Nursery chain Just Learning acquired by Busy Bees

Day nursery provider Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd have announced a major acquisition, having confirmed that seventy-one Just Learning Ltd nurseries are to become part of its already substantial childcare portfolio.

The chain – which includes Just Learning, Careshare Ltd and Nunu Ltd nurseries – are registered to welcome more than 6,600 children from birth to five years old, meaning that Busy Bees are now easily the largest UK provider, with more than 19,600 admissions at a total of 214 settings.
