Great British Bake Off at Dolphin Nursery

Aspiring little bakers at Bright Horizons Dolphin Kingston Nursery and Preschool on Elm Grove showed off their culinary skills as part of the nursery’s bespoke Creative Cooks Programme.

Fun was had by all as they the children enjoyed measuring all the ingredients, mixing them in a bowl and talking about different textures, smells and tastes. But best of all must have been the final tasting of their delicious cupcakes.

The Senior Nursery Manager, Jasmina Haigh, explained: “All of the children in the nursery love our cookery classes. Learning bout measurements, shapes, numbers and patterns through fun guided play is a great platform for our bespoke Growing Mathematicians programme. ”
