The girls are amazing with my wee boy.
They are always so friendly and welcoming and have helped me and Mum with the toilet training. The learning that he takes part in is amazing his journal is great I love seeing all his activities and achievements each month and the girls give me and Mum verbal
feedback daily.
The nursery is always clean, fresh-looking, and smelling, and the staff always looks professional.

I've been taking my grandson to Kiddieshack for a few months now. I've never experienced any issues with collecting or dropping off etc. In fact, I think being asked who you are etc is a good thing! There has however been quite a turnover of staff of late which gave cause for concern but this hasn't
hindered the development of my grandson. He always looks forward to going and seeing all the staff and other kids. I believe it's now under new management and she appears to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in the children and their needs. I have seen quite an improvement recently with the daily activities, snacks etc. So long may it continue to be on the up. I cannot fault this nursery in the slightest.

I've had a lot of issues at the nursery with a lack of feedback in regard to my child and constant new staff who ask at the door who are you.
Not completing accident forms or informing me when there has been an incident. When I contacted you it's been we forgot, even whilst the directors are in they
also forgot.
I've asked repeatedly for more in-depth details on my son's daily activities, and it is always the bare minimum. Even the health visitor has contacted you for an update.
The Acting Manager has had to step into a role, and I can't fault her as she has taken it on so well.
Apart from this, I'm not satisfied with the care my son receives. I made this very clear to the previous manager, and nothing has been done, hence why I have removed my son from Tuesday and now with a childminder.

It's hard to find the right words to explain how good the care at Kiddieshack Nursery is, lets start with outstanding, marvellous and wonderful. My wee girl has been cared for since January of this year. She has grown into a more confident girl with excellent communication skills. She has been reaching
goals and excelling in all areas of her learning. It's actually been such a positive change in her development in such a short space of time really it is amazing. I's testament to the high-quality calibre of staff. The staff are just brilliant. You can approach anyone with a question and you can guarantee a truthful response. My wee girl adores her key worker, sometimes more than she likes me! Thats a good thing though! The manager I find to be so refreshing, a down-to-earth genuinely lovely lady. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to everyone. Your child will be well cared for, well-fed and loved. Something that I think is hard to find. The daily diary and updates are great too!

A few years ago, as a college student, I had the opportunity to attend my childcare work experience at Kiddieshack Nursery, and straight away the whole atmosphere just clicked with me. I knew straight away, that once I have children of my own, thats where I'd like them to start their preschool journey.
So, a few years later, soon after my girl turned 2, she started at Kiddieshack Nursery and I knew that it was the right decision! From a child who wouldn't go near a busy playground, she turned into a child who keeps asking when she gets to go to the nursery to see her friends and favourite aunties!
In her nature she's mostly shy and quiet, so seeing her this excited every time is one of the best feelings for a parent! It keeps me assured that she's comfortable and happy, just as I knew she would be!
I see her thrive and I'm thankful for all the hard work, patience, and amazing care she gets!

There has recently been a higher turnover of staff, and it has been hard to keep up with who is who, and my child has sometimes not wanted to go in with the person opening the door. Can't properly rate some areas since parents are still not allowed inside the nursery. Food seems to vary week on week,
sometimes little one has only sandwiches for lunch as doesn't want to eat the food provided.
Overall, I like the nursery and there are more good days than bad days.

Hi Zuzana I am sorry your experience with our nursery has not all been positive. We, like many other sectors right now have had some staffing issues including cooks. This has been due to circumstances outside our control but thankfully it seems to be settling down and we have a fantastic new Manager Heather who will be more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have so please do not hesitate to ask for her at the door.

My son has been attending the nursery part-time since August 2021. He is now attending full-time since August 2022 as he turned 3. All the staff at the nursery have been fantastic with my son. I have concerns regarding his development and, like any mum, was concerned about leaving him at the nursery.
He has definitely come on since he started and this is down to the excellent care from the manager and all the staff. Staff are always professional and helpful at all times. I am kept updated verbally and through the online learning journal which is great to see what activities/learning experiences he has engaged in. I would highly recommend the Cabbage Patch Private Nursery to anyone that is considering the nursery.

Honestly can't thank the staff at Cabbage Patch Private Nursery enough, when my son started back in April he was a shy wee boy who wouldn't leave his mum. The staff have been amazing in making sure he knows he's safe when he goes in and that he always has a fun day. Since starting his speech is coming
on great which I was worried about.

My son has been attending this nursery since August 2021 and has always been well cared for. The staff are all very approachable and have a range of activities on offer for the children. Communication between staff and parents is helped by the daily completion of online diaries, where staff also regularly

I am really happy with Kiddieshack nursery. My son loves to go here and I have seen a massive improvement in his development, in his speech etc. Would recommend to anyone. I would ask that they update his journal more so I can see what he is up to on a daily basis but apart from that, great nursery.

I initially picked Cabbage Patch Private Nursery as it was local, convenient and reasonably priced - however, I didn't realise, just how good value for money it actually is! Both my kids run in every morning, often not saying goodbye to me because they're so eager to get in which shows me just how much
they love attending. Their development is spot on and I'm kept well informed through their daily diary updates, I especially love the photos provided showing me some of the activities they're completing. The staff are amazing and flexible and they always accommodate me if something comes up at work and I need any additional hours. I can't speak highly enough of this nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. I can leave them at nursery all day, knowing they're well looked after and safe.

My daughter started with Cabbage Patch Private Nursery when she was 9 months old and she has loved every minute of it. She is nearly 2 and she is flourishing in speaking, social skills etc. Cabbage Patch is so accommodating and always there to help when needed. Staff are lovely and very friendly.
