We took a tour of the nursery before deciding on it, immediately we were in! We loved the old barn, it had a super homely feel and the staff were super caring to top things! We sent our firstborn, our son who adjusted so well and has totally come into himself. As we were very happy, we sent our little
daughter too who is also thriving. Overall a beautiful nursery with wonderful staff covering a wide range of ages, setting up our little ones for school. Thank you Poppies!

CherryGrove Nursery

Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

We chose CherryGrove for our 2-year-old because, not only were the children happy when we visited, but the staff were happy too! We visited several nurseries in the local area, and CherryGrove gave us the best feeling. We are still so happy with our choice.
Our little girl would go to nursery seven
days a week if she could. She absolutely loves it, and you can tell they really enjoy having her too.
I really enjoy seeing her bond with the staff in the room and her key worker -she adores them both.
From the staff in the room to the office and the kitchen, everyone is happy and willing to help whenever needed.
Our daughter's days are structured and creative, and the range of meals she is given is just brilliant!
Management is kind, thoughtful, and super helpful.
I have nothing but positive words for CherryGrove. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any parent looking for a setting for their little one.

There is so many positives to this nursery.
The manager is outstanding. Kind and compassionate. Very visible and approachable!
My boy started here at 10 months when I finished materinty leave and as you could understand, it killed me to leave him with strangers. These strangers are now my friends
and he loves them!
One staff member in baby room is outstanding at what she does. So much love for all the children and thinks of everything. She works so hard to make sure each individual child is supported. I never had any issues when my boy was in babies in fact he loved it so much he enjoys going back in to say hello.
Now he is in toddlers and he is still loves it. We are going through big feelings at the moment and they are so supportive. He and his key worker have such an incredible bond. However, he feels safe with all the staff. I am so grateful for the team and everything they do for us. They inform us well of everything too. I could go on and run out of characters.

Under the manager's leadership, the nursery became a fantastic environment for my eldest child. She's loved every minute and still talks about all her experiences. The staff, especially her key person, has made a lasting impression on her. I've even had to cook like the chef or the food will not be

Not a good nursery if your child has any additional needs. My son has a speech delay and as such was not as advanced as other children when it came to sitting and eating lunch. On almost every day he would be sent home with us being told he had eaten a solitary cracker. We had advised the nursery that
he eats with a high chair at home so as to focus him on the meal, however, they refused to use a high chair and were happy for him to go a while, 8-hour day wasting only a cracker. By comparison, he has now started a primary school nursery and is given access to a high chair and eats the majority of his lunch every day. For how much money you pay for a nursery like this you would hope they would at least feed your children. He was left to his own devices most of the time and we were left with the impression they did not have the time or resources to support him.

Reply from Sonny Amjad, Marketing Executive at Kids Play The Childcare Hub

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and that we weren't able to provide the tailored support your son needed. Your feedback about mealtime adjustments and overall support has been taken seriously, and we're working to ensure that all children receive the individual care they deserve. Our child didn't get any service from the company, so was a non starter, but they will still happily take your deposit! our child there!

The staff are amazing, extremely caring and always provide a detailed review at the end of each day. There are lots of different activities each day which I can tell
