Overall Experience

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff. Our girl is thriving in the baby room. The staff know the kids inside out and take beautiful care of them. Loads of fun each day with Indoor activities, messy play, Jo Jingles and some guinea pigs. Loads of opportunities for learning every day! The food is excellent

Overall Experience

Both of my children have attended Footsteps Hawthorn and loved/love it. The team are awesome! There's ample outside space and children are allowed to just be children which is really important. The activities are always enjoyed and well thought through. I've found the nursery has really supported my

children's learning and development, it's taught them to interact with others outside of the home/family environment and laid a really strong foundation for primary school. I know my children are safe and cared for and that their needs are prioritised and that peace of mind is everything.

Overall Experience

Brilliant nursery both my children have been here. My son currently attending. They are fantastic with dietary requirements and I'm at complete ease knowing my child is in safe hands. The app keeps you up to date with what the children eat, sleep times and nappy changes which is good. I would recommend

this nursery over and over again.

Overall Experience

Our son attends Dosthill Footsteps and he loves it. We've noticed his development just especially since he's gone up to the toddler room. The staff encourage his to try new things and when he's upset on the odd occasion at drop off they will comfort him without making a big deal. They are also great

with doing observation so that we can keep up with what he's doing.

My daughter has been going to Dosthill Footsteps since she was 8 months old. It's a wonderful nursery and all staff make your child feel at home and they look after them so well. Obviously been a first time parent it was scary for me putting her into nursery so young but I had to go back to work they

have always made me feel so comfortable and my daughter loves going there. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

We have two young children who attend Footsteps Canwell Nursery. It is commendable how the nursery has aided our children's development. My son has been going to Footsteps Canwell Nursery & Pre-School for over 2 years and we couldn't be happier with the care he has received during his time there. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the thought they put into all the various activities they provide is second to none. His time

at nursery has had a hugely positive effect on all aspects of my son's development, and he genuinely loves going to Footsteps, especially the forest school! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Footsteps to anyone.

We recently moved our daughter to Footsteps Cannock Nursery & Pre-School, and the change in her development and willingness to attend has been incredible! Compared to her previous nursery, she is so much happier here, and we are beyond relieved that she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing-always

informative about her day and incredibly supportive of any requirements we have. Despite only attending for about three weeks, she was already able to participate in a trip to buy stamps for their Valentine's letters, which was such a lovely experience for her. The nursery's security system gives us great peace of mind, and the cleanliness is outstanding. I really appreciate being able to enter the classroom for drop-off while maintaining hygiene by removing our shoes.
We can't thank the team and management enough for everything they do to create such a positive and nurturing environment. Well done to everyone at Footsteps - your hard work truly makes a difference!

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care and education that Footsteps Canwell Nursery & Pre-School has provided for my daughter, guiding her development from a baby to a confident toddler. The staff's dedication and expertise have been instrumental in nurturing her growth at every stage.

December 2024, the festive activities were thoughtfully planned and executed, providing the children with joyful and educational experiences that celebrated the season. The staff's enthusiasm and creativity shone through, making the month truly special for all the children.
Communication with parents is excellent. The staff keep me fully informed about my daughter's learning, routines, and day-to-day care.

My son started in the baby room and is now in the toddler room. The nursery is fantastic. Staff had previously looked after my older daughter from nearly 8 years ago and my daughter still talks about them. They really have had a positive impact on our family. They are warm and friendly and communication

is always brilliant at the start of the day, during the day through the app and feedback at the end of the day. Activities are always varied and the children are always kept busy. My son loves going in and has a big smile on his face when handed over. Outdoor equipment is great and nursery meals are up to a high standard and nutritious! Staff are trained and experienced and always support me with anything regarding my child's individual needs. My son is well-stimulated and staff are always seen engaging well with all of the children in group. Staff are also flexible if extra days are (ratio permitting) required which works really well for us due to work commitments.

My little boy has attended Footsteps's Fazeley since he was 10 months old and I cannot recommend the nursery enough! My little boy has come on so much, he's grown in confidence since starting and I can see all the girls have a real passion for helping each child grow and develop. There are lots of opportunities

for both indoor and outdoor learning as well as forest school sessions and extracurricular activities. They plan activities in line with the EYFS curriculum and according to each child's interests, for example,e my little boy loves ducks and being outdoors so they took the children on a walk to go and feed the ducks! We get daily dairy updates on the app as well as pictures and regular observations and assessments! Parents are also able to upload their own observations.

We've had a lovely experience of the viewing and onboarding process at Footsteps Fazeley. Having to be quite a rushed process on our side the staff at the nursery have been nothing but accommodating, responsive and supportive. We are under no illusion that this has helped our child settle in so well

who seems to really enjoy his days. He's already mastered some new skills in just a few short weeks and we are really glad we chose Footsteps Fazeley.

My daughter has attended Footsteps Dosthill since 2023 and I cannot recommend it enough. Each room she has been in she has flourished she come out of her shell and is a very confident little girl who certainly keeps the staff busy. As she prepares for pre school the staff have supported her in toilet

training and as a result at 2 years old is completely dry during the day she has given up her dummy and transitioned into a bed at home. All of this would not be possible without the staffs encouragement and support. They feed her imagination and encourage her daily to express her emotions and try new things cannot thank them enough. We love it so much she will be staying at Footsteps Dosthill until she starts school in 2026 we will be sad when her journey there is over.
