Overall Experience

Absolutely fantastic nursery with a really amazing staff. My little girl adores her time there and I leave with no worries or concerns. All staff respect what I ask and follow her routine perfectly. Staff are very helpful with difficult changes my daughter has had to face but they offer the same support

as she gets at home. You can see how much the staff care and all the children look happy and cared for. I love they get outdoor and indoor play. And constantly changing activities and themes. Outstanding nursery.

Overall Experience

My child has loved going to this nursery and has come on since being there. The staff are also lovely. However, some of the decision-making from senior management is not done with parents and children in mind.

Overall Experience

My son started at Langley Mill Childcare in April 2023 at 12 months old. He is now just about to go up into the toddler room and the difference we have seen in him since starting is amazing. As first-time parents, we were apprehensive about leaving him with 'strangers' especially as he had quite an

attachment to me. We absolutely made the right choice with this nursery and he settled in within a very short space of time. His social skills have grown enormously and we are taken aback on almost a daily basis with his new learnings. He was counting to twenty by the age of 19 months and that is purely down to his teachers. The main thing for us is that he is happy and he shows this by easy drop-offs each morning and by telling us all about his day on pick-up. The staff are great and my son has a lovely relationship with each of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone and if we ever have another child, there is no question that this would be our nursery of choice.

Overall Experience

I can't fault them at all my child has come on leaps and bounds in his time at Langley Mill. The team are amazing and I'm going to miss them all greatly. My child loved every day he went and never complained about going or never left upset he had a bad day. I would happily return with future children.

Very friendly staff who take care of my little boy, lovely rooms with a vast variety of toys, dress-up clothes, sensory toys for little ones, great outdoor space where the children can safely play and overall fantastic!

I feel my boy is coming on well at nursery. He was a little behind with his speech a few months ago but now he’s doing really well. We are super proud. He seems to be making friends too which is a great thing to see.

Overall Experience

They are lovely nurturing staff who promote my daughters learning in a fun and informative way. They provide healthy balanced meals and are happy to accommodate dietary needs. I especially like that they use hugs to help calm my daughter if she is sad or upset.

Overall Experience

My twins have been going to this nursery for the last six months and have settled in really well, have even had to potty train while going as well and they’ve handled them both so well! Lovely staff, always happy to see the twins (not sure why! Ha ha!)
I was able to spread my free hours and also pay

for nursery all year round which has really helped me as well, would definitely recommend it.

Overall Experience

I have had three children at the SureStart nursery over the years, 1 is currently there. This is the only nursery I would ever choose. The staff are all amazing and an incredible team/family. They have worked well with me and kept brilliant communication and have been understanding and adaptable to

circumstances and situations that have come up, giving helpful advice and support with me and especially my children through their time and education there. I have personally recommended this nursery to many.

Overall Experience

My little boy's nursery had to close down and we were really worried about having to get him to settle at a new nursery. We didn't have to worry though as he settled straight away with Langley Mill Childcare.
The staff are always welcoming and they do different activities each day with the children,

as well as having plenty of outside time. I have never had any tears from my little boy going to nursery and he always runs in with a smile. The nursery also offers a more flexible day, than some nurseries which worked better for our working arrangements. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

My little boy started attending Langley Mill Childcare just before his second birthday, and he has just turned 4. In the time he has been there, he has learnt so many new skills, as well as a huge development in his speech. The staff go above and beyond to make each day educated and fun. He will often

sing new nursery rhymes and show me little dance moves he's learnt. My son loves arts and crafts and is always bringing new paintings and drawings home. He has developed a loving friendship with the staff and other children. I myself am very appreciative of what all the staff and management do day to day to provide this care for my son whilst I work.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My child has been registered with them for three years now and loves attending.
