It's one of the biggest joys to see my son run into the room every morning because he loves his key person and all the other nursery teachers. They take such good care of him and his individual needs, I can honestly say I am happy to leave him in such capable hands, 5 days a week. He is learning so
much every day and creating wonderful friendships.

My daughter has been in the baby room for 7 months now, and I can honestly say it's been wonderful for both her development and confidence. The staff have been so patient, caring and creative. She has been challenged and supported throughout this big adjustment, overcoming some initial challenges on
both sleep and food to become a happy, adjusted and good eater and sleeper. She has made friends in both staff and kids who she talks about at the weekend and clearly loves her time there, which is such a comfort as a first-time parent.

Terrible nursery. Regret ever sending our daughter here.
We had a issue where our daughter fell over in Fennies garden. Picking her up, our daughter was visibly injured, holding her ear, mark on her cheek. Fennies has an odd policy where they won't log an accident unless they see it. Our daughter told

us that she fell over, and we told this to Fennies. They refused to check the CCTV and just said they didn't see anything.
This wouldn't have been an issue necessarily, children do have accidents, but the next day they text us saying our daughter had a bruise which wasn't there the day before. We told them this is more than likely to do with accident the day before which we thought obvious.
Despite this, Fennies then called Social Services to report suspicious bruising but oddly decided to not mention the accident to SS.
This led to a huge investigation by SS and a trauma to our family, which they never apologised for. The nursery was reported to OFSTED. We removed our child from here.

Our experience at Fennies was a nightmare. The nursery is cramped, and staff are poorly trained in safeguarding. Management is unprofessional and focused on protecting Fennies rather than the children. Fennies called to say our daughter was injured at nursery but staff claimed no accident occurred as
they "didn't witness it". A bruise came out the following day. Despite video evidence of our child saying she had fallen in the garden, they reported us to Social Services for "suspicious bruising". They didn't mention the injury from the day before to them which led to a huge investigation and complaint. After investigation, a staff member was removed, but Fennies denied any wrongdoing and mishandled our personal data. We pulled our daughter out and found a better nursery where she's happier and healthier (a lot less illness). We urge other parents to avoid Fennies, as the experience caused significant trauma to our family. Don't make the same mistake we did. Read other similar reviews!

Lovely staff who are kind and attentive to the kids. The processes and policies are clear and well communicated and adhered to. My 4-year-old has thrived since joining a year ago and hasn't had a single day where she hasn't wanted to go into nursery (very different to her previous nursery, where she

Our daughter has been at Fennies for 3 years, and our son is now going too. We've been so impressed with how much thought and effort the staff put in. The activities they do with the kids every day are varied and great, they've supported our daughter really well through the big transitions (learning

The staff at Epsom have been so fantastic in helping her settle in quickly, providing me and my wife regular updates to help up feel more comfortable and being so friendly every day. The Nursery Practitioner has been a brilliant key
worker and provides us with lovely end of day overviews and my daughter goes happily to her and Dee in the nursery every day, and has so much fun. I feel comfortable that she is happy and safe everyday.

This nursery is above 5 stars reviews the staff at this nursery is exceptional with attention to care for your child and always going above and beyond to support the child and family. The staff are so friendly and the establishment is so clean and so well planned out that the kids have so much fun

We couldn't be happier with Fennies. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this was a special place. The staff are incredibly nurturing, kind, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. They've created a warm, playful and welcoming environment.
What really stands
out is the level of care and attention to detail. The team goes above and beyond, making thoughtful observations about my daughter's health, emotional development, and overall wellbeing. They don't just look after the children. They truly care of them, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind.
Both the staff in the rooms and the management are amazing. Communication is seamless, and they're always happy to answer questions or share updates. You can feel the passion and dedication in everything they do.
I no longer live that close to Fennies but I wouldn't dream of moving my daughter somewhere else. Highly recommended nursery.

It's a great nursery my son has been in since 1. He has developed well and has moved up the rooms before starting in inventors. We had a few issues with him moving up (his medication being left in the old room) being placed in nappies while we're in potty training which confused him, few clothes going
missing because they where in old room and the handovers between rooms lacked a little but after settling, he is having fun, making friends he calls out to when we go home, he's learning and his speech is coming along and developing into a great little young person.
Then we come to cost. It's a private nursery the day rate is £10.50 an hour, my son has just turned 3, with the 15 hours of "free" childcare hours (11 due to the full time stretch) my total hours come to 19 we pay for total cost £934.09, he has now turned 3 doubling his funding hours to 22 a week, 8 hours to pay total cost £759.63. which is made up of a supplement cost of £395.63 which increased 495% from his 2 year supplement cost

The whole team at Fennies London lane have been so kind and wonderful with our little one. She had a hard time initially settling in but they were able to make a plan for us and support us all through the change. We get plenty of updates, she is making great strides in her language skills and physical
abilities. Our daughters key worker has been wonderful and sometimes she wants to stay and play with her friends when I pick her up! I particularly liked the additional education sessions for parents and the occasional stay and play. Looking forward to more of these in 2025.

Amazing nursery. Staff go above and beyond to cater to each child's needs. Parents also get lots of involvement, whether it's stay-and-play or parent hubs to help with picky eaters etc. We are also meeting on a weekend to go to a farm with all staff, parents and children.

Our daughter has been at Fennies Walton for just under a year, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are brilliant! Having moved from a different nursery, they made the transition smooth and easy. Our daughter is happy, thriving, and developing so well.
Evelyn and her team are amazing. I really love
the food menu - it's nutritious and well-balanced. Our daughter seems to enjoy it too, as she barely eats dinner when she gets home!
The garden is fantastic, fully equipped with everything children need to play and explore. I also appreciate the daily updates on the activities the children have done, along with plenty of pictures.
A happy child means happy parents - highly recommend!

Fennies Epsom has been an incredible place for our daughter, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives. From day one, when she was just 5 months old, she has absolutely loved going to nursery and has built such strong relationships with the amazing team. Her main carer, is truly
fantastic - caring, attentive and always going the extra mile to make her feel safe and nurtured.

I have met the staff recently and I understood since the very first moment how caring all the members of fennies ( London lane ) are.
It is such a relief to know that your children are treated they way you would or even with more activities and hobby which are developed everyday. My son love to
write is name and my daughter counts and she has just turned 2 years old. They both love the food and they talk about the teachers all the time. I can see they are very happy there!!

One of my children used to attend this nursery, and my other child is currently there - and I couldn't be happier with the experience both have had. They've developed so well, learning new things every day and growing in confidence. It's clear that the staff genuinely care, and the environment is both
nurturing and fun.
The management team is excellent - always approachable and supportive, making sure everything runs smoothly. It's so reassuring to know my child is in such good hands.
Overall, it's a brilliant nursery, and I'd highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe and caring place for their little one!

I love this nursery. The staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much to ask of them. My son started here at 6 months old and has been attending for just over a year now. My daughter also attended for a short while when the site very first opened but she had to move on to school. My son started
in the baby room and is now in the toddler room and he loves going. The garden is designed to be a safe fun space for them and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff keep you up to date real time on the app so I can see how much he is sleeping/ eating etc and they accommodate any dietary requirements/ parent preferences. I have been most impressed by the friendly, professional and caring staff. The Managers, Room Leaders and staff members are fantastic and the level of care they provide for my son is outstanding. I cannot recommend this nursery enough for anyone considering sending their child here.
