Overall Experience

Be careful with this nursery and for parents who have never used a nursery before make sure you ask for a breakdown in cost for 0-2 and 3 and above because they charge you more even with the funded hours. When my child turned 3 her charges more than doubled to what I was paying when she was 2. So ask

for everything in writing or email. This nursery is very unorganised and doesn't take responsibility for any mistakes. Do not use this nursery because they are not upfront and honest about what you're paying for.

Any adjustments in charges when a child turns two or three are due to the way government-funded hours are allocated and not because we increase our own fees arbitrarily. The local councils set the funding rates and, when children turn three, those rates drop considerably. Your grievance should be with the local council and not with our nursery. We are always fully transparent about our fees, which are clearly outlined for all parents before their children start attending nursery. We refute your allegation that we are not upfront or honest. Please do not use a fees issue to discredit the standard of care and education provided - this is petty and unnecessary. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us directly. Overall Experience

As a parent, entrusting your child to others is challenging, but Kids Inc Enfield made this experience incredibly comforting. From the beginning my daughter's key worker, showed immense love and care, treating her as if she were her own. My daughter struggled with solids when she started nursery, but

her key worker's patience and encouragement led to significant improvement. She went above and beyond by providing us with tips for home and sending videos of her progress, giving us peace of mind. Having her as her key worker gave me peace of mind, knowing she was in safe hands. The Nursery Manager, also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Her daily warm greetings and helpful nature created a welcoming atmosphere. All the teachers showed genuine kindness and care. We are grateful to the key worker for her extraordinary dedication and for leaving a lasting impact on our family, and to the Nursery Manager for fostering such a nurturing environment for my daughter's early years.

Overall Experience

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the lack of proper safeguarding measures and the overall management response at Kids Inc Nursery. My two children have been attending this nursery, and over the past three months, my younger son has suffered two severe injuries while in their care. Both incidents

were serious enough to require hospitalization, and one even led to surgery.
As a parent, I trusted Kids Inc Nursery to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my children, but they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of care. The fact that my child has been injured twice in such a short period of time raises serious concerns about the safety protocols in place at this nursery.
It is heartbreaking to think that my child has had to go through so much pain and trauma. I strongly urge other parents to consider this experience before enrolling their children at Kids Inc Nursery.

We are of course always concerned when a child encounters any sort of incident at nursery, but we would like to reassure you once again that your child's injuries were purely development-related. Whilst you did take your child to the hospital to be checked (as we recommended), the 'surgery' that you refer to was in fact when your child needed stitches. The nursery acted entirely appropriately and delivered the correct follow-up care in a safe environment. As you are aware, this has been confirmed by Ofsted. Following the second incident, your older child still attended nursery, showing your continued faith in the staff team. Indeed, in a previous review, you wrote 'we found the Kids Inc team to be helpful in all matters, management is always approachable, highly recommended to everyone' and gave us five stars in all areas. It is a shame you felt the need to leave a poor review when we were not at fault.

Overall Experience

My son has been attending here since he was two and a half and now he has graduated and due to start reception in September.
I can not recommend this Nursery enough!
The staff are so friendly welcoming and kind , very clean and tidy nursery well organised.
My son was very shy and he settled in very

well he loved it here and looked forward to attending!
The staff made him feel welcome and helped him settle in quickly.
The nursery updates you on a regular bases about your child's development and the communication is very regular so you can keep up to date on what your child is doing and what areas they need assistance.
My son has learnt so much and become very independent he also has started eating new foods and his communication vocabulary has developed very quickly!

I enrolled my child in Kids Inc for a three-hour slot starting in September 2023. Initially expecting a positive experience, I soon found that I was not permitted to accompany my baby, leading to his development of trauma and separation anxiety. Despite my requests, the staff never took him outside

or fed him properly. Moreover, they disregarded my efforts to reduce his dummy time, always offering it to him to quell his crying. It’s not worth the money I paid to them. Fortunately, his new nursery is gradually easing him into independence, and within 20 days, he will be fully settled there.

We were very saddened to read your review and feel your comments are not balanced or accurate, and hence a misleading reflection on the nursery. Parents are always permitted to stay during settling-in and we offer as many settling-in sessions as needed. On reviewing our records, it seems that although you booked three 5-hour half-days per week (we do not offer 3-hour sessions), you only left your child for between 1.5 and 3 hours at a time, making it difficult for him to connect with the team and his peers. All children are fed and taken outdoors throughout the day. Your child may have missed garden time due to shorter sessions. Mealtimes might have been a better experience if we had been aware of his medical condition, which wasn't discovered until shortly before you withdrew him from the nursery. Your comments are conjecture and defamatory, and it is regrettable that you felt the need to express your thoughts in this way, rather than talking to us directly.

Overall Experience

The best thing about this nursery is the manager and her staff. It would be very hard to find anyone who cares more deeply about the children they look after than her. She goes above and beyond what is expected, always thinking of extra things to do to make the children's time at nursery more enjoyable.

This includes a weekend scavenger hunt in Richmond Park, a Halloween party, summer fair and so on. The nursery is small, which is what attracted us to it because it has a family feel, but well equipped. My only wish would be that the individual nursery got more support and recognition of the wonderful work they do from the Kids Inc head office.

Overall Experience

Both my daughters attended Kids Inc from around 9 months old and had a great time! The nursery is not very large so it's easy to get to know all the adults and children, which really helped my kids to feel at home. There is good continuity of staff which made communication easier and helped build up

trust, both between the children and their carers and the parents. The nursery tries hard to provide a fun and educational environment for all the children, irrespective of age, and puts on lovely Christmas shows, summer fairs etc. Both my girls are now at school, but have been asking to go back to nursery as they are missing it!

Overall Experience

My 17-month-old child started at Kids Inc Clarence Avenue in August 2023, and she has loved it since day one.
The team at Clarence Avenue are warm, friendly and kind, together with the manager and deputy manager both reassuring and attentive to parents' needs, as this was the first time I sent my

child to nursery so I was a little nervous.
But I soon realised I need not have worried at all, the nursery staff cared for my child like their own, they work hard, and go the extra mile! That goes to every staff member, including the friendly chef, and cleaning staff, always a warm welcome every time we see them! The nursery security is extremely strict, with digital locks only opened by staff members. The environment is child proof and there is a very detailed app the staff updates daily on your child’s progress during nursery time with photo activity and what she’s eaten so you can check up on your child during the day. As a parent, I highly recommend Kids Inc Clarence Avenue!

The staff members of this nursery are excellent; they are all involved and devoted to the children's development and care. They are welcoming and family-like warmth. The children have a very close relationship with the cook, as well, they have different activities together, from preparing snacks to

growing their own vegetables. My son is very proud talking about his peers and other children and missing them when he isn't there, which tells me, as a parent, what an amazing time he is having.
Totally recommend this nursery - children are in great hands!
Definitely worth the money for my child to grow beautifully.

My son really likes it there. As a parent, I am satisfied with the responsibility of the nursery team. It is a very good advantage that it opens from 7:30 to 6 in the evening. Overall Experience

My two sons have attended Kids Inc, East Sheen and have both been very happy and given excellent standards of care. My youngest son is currently at the nursery and has been since aged 1 and I am very satisfied with our experience. We originally chose Kids Inc in 2014 because it is smaller and more inviting

than some. Of the other larger, perhaps more obviously impressive nurseries and this is still the case today. There is a friendly, family feel which extends to all the staff. Trusting your children to anyone is difficult but Kids Inc make it as easy and reassuring as possible. There is regular communication from my son’s carers about his progress and activities during the day and I do feel that the manager goes above and beyond to build a bond with parents and children. There are regular events organised by the manager to invite parents into the nursery too. More than anything I feel that they know my son and nurture his needs. No hesitation in recommending it.

I have been using the nursery for over five years now (first for my son and now for my daughter) and the care is exceptional. The staff in the rooms really get to know the children and are extremely supportive. The management of the nursery is excellent, communications are clear and timely and lots

of thought obviously goes into ensuring the children get a breadth of experience. My daughter is always bringing home lovely things she has made and she was especially excited about growing potatoes at the nursery this year. I would recommend this nursery in a heartbeat!

Wow, this place is a real gem in the heart of Chingford. The manager and her team work so hard to make the nursery a special place for us to send our children. The staff are outstanding, exceptionally caring and professional. You get a real sense that every child is known, liked and valued. The room

leaders organise a lovely range of activities so the children are always busy and engaged. Our child is always happy to go, which is testimony to the loving environment, culture and atmosphere. Initially, we found it difficult to find a nursery that had space, and we feel truly blessed that our little one got a place here. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more highly.
