Overall Experience

Since my daughter has joined the nursery she has come on in leaps and bounds learning and growing everyday.
The staff are fab and make you feel at ease even when you have a upset child at drop off.

Overall Experience

Could not be happier with our nursery experience so far. Our son had just turned 9 months when he started here in Sept and as a first time mum feeling quite anxious and emotional at the thought of leaving him for me to return to work, I needn't have been as he is absolutely thriving here and the staff

are out of this world. Our son has just moved on from the Baby room to the Toddler room and after a small adjustment period he is loving the new setting. We have already booked our place for our daughter who will be joining him later this year at Kiddi Caru Hengrove! We feel so incredibly lucky that this nursery is on our doorstep and that we were able to secure spaces here as I know it's become very challenging for parents to find childcare recently so we are really grateful to have found such a gem of a nursery, he absolutely loves the staff there and we love the updates on the app (would love more of those!) that let us know how he's getting on and what skills he's learning. So happy!

We recently moved our son to this nursery and in the short time he has been here we have already seen a massive change in his communication and what he is able to do. The staff have all been amazing and helped him to integrate very quickly. Their communication with us on how each day has gone and his

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old. She had no problems settling in. Staff in the baby room sent regular updates, which was nice to see.
She is now in the toddler room where she has, again, settled with no issues. And have lovely updates from this team too.
The manager is

always willing to accommodate any extra sessions where possible and nothing too much trouble.

Overall Experience

Absolutely amazing nursery and our daughter loves it here. She settled in quickly and all the staff are fantastic and very friendly. The nursery has great rooms and lovely outdoor area and we also love the events and activities the put on. The app is really useful and well-updated throughout the day.

The management are always very helpful.

Overall Experience

The lovely staff at Kiddi Caru have been amazing from the day our daughter started. They have helped her settle in to pre school (sunflower's) and supported her with her development and any additional needs.
Since being here they have created a support plan for her, supported with her ASD assessment,

and are applying for an ECHP. They have embraced her and I feel happy that she is going to have a lovely day full of 'cuggles' play and learning each time I drop her off which is so lovely. Her confidence, speech, and communication has come on so much and I'm sure it has a lot to do with her interaction here. There's an amazing garden and so much for them to play with it's fab. I cannot thank the staff here enough - absolute stars I would recommend 100%.

My daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru Hengrove, thanks to the wonderful staff - she loves going in and always has stories of the fun activities she gets up to.
The nursery is excellent at providing daily updates, along with photos and videos.
The staff's passion, enthusiasm and diligence is ever

present and I couldn't be happier with the setting.

Overall Experience

I couldn't be more happy with the support and care that we have received for my son. He started in January aged 6 months and the team - especially the staff - are just amazing. They really care about the children, and I am so certain that my son is having a wonderful time when he goes.
Really, I couldn't

We love this nursery and our son is very happy there! The staff are so warm and friendly, and always keen to update us on pick up about how he’s been getting on in the day. There are always a lot of free-play-style activities set up for the children to get involved in, and we get photos sent across

on an app which shows us what he’s been doing, which I love! The only slight downside is the outdoor area which is maybe a bit small and doesn’t have grass, but it is surrounded by trees so still has a green feel.

Overall Experience

The nursery has undergone a lot of renovations over recent months and it's looking great. The décor seems to have somewhat made the children calmer yet the quality of play and resources is still just as strong, lots of new wooden toys, role-play activities etc. The staff are just incredible, warm, inviting

and are happy to spend time talking about your children, they really know them well and are happy to share stories of what they have been up to. This is especially welcomed as the observation entries have been somewhat reduced since changing over from Mama Bears to Kiddi Caru but I always leave my daughter knowing she is safe and looked after.
Overall, it's a great nursery and when my daughter heads to school in September I will carry very fond memories of everyone there. It really is the staff that makes the setting feel like my daughter's 2nd home! Thank you for everything!

Overall Experience

The staff are what makes Lake House such a special place! They are so enthusiastic and nurturing. I wanted a home-from-home for my daughter and that is what they deliver. She is so comfortable there and has established some really secure relationships. Transitions to date have been managed effectively,

communication at all levels is excellent and safeguarding systems are strong.
The provision for learning is clearly child-centred. The progress my daughter has made since joining the setting is phenomenal! The staff plan a range of exciting learning opportunities both inside and outside of the setting e.g. taking the children to see Christmas lights or visiting the local park.
The only areas for development would be the outdoor facilities, particularly the front garden, which needs some TLC. Food is mostly very good and provides a balanced diet but we have noticed spells where it's less varied so it would be great if it maintains this variety. Overall I cannot recommend Lake House enough! Thank you all.

Overall Experience

This is a warm and caring nursery with great facilities and strong communication. Our little boy settled in fast and is keen to be there. It's one of the few nurseries in the area that provides longer days and year-round care. They've been flexible with additional days when we've needed them. The food

is healthy, varied and cooked on-site by a staff member who has been at the nursery for decades. Communication from staff is excellent, with updates at pick-up, information on the app and calls where there are immediate concerns. The whole nursery has just been refurbished, and it looks really smart. The outside space is particularly impressive for the preschool children.

Overall Experience

The staff are excellent, and we're very happy with the care and early years education that our child is receiving. The only things stopping me from giving them five stars are the outdoor/garden spaces could do with further work (there's no grass and little in the way of plants etc.), and more trips

to the park or out in the community would be beneficial too, I believe.
I feel the nursery and children would greatly benefit from these changes.
But I want to reiterate that we are really happy with the choice we have made and would recommend 'Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Brislington' to anyone living in the area.

Kiddi Caru Hengrove are fab! My daughter absolutely loves attending and looks forward to her days with her teachers and friends. She comes home singing new songs, singing along, and a much more varied diet due to being introduced to new food and thriving there.
Her teachers are brilliant, and always

go the extra mile to let us know how she is getting on and how her days have been.

Overall Experience

Since starting nursery, our daughter has flourished!
We cannot thank the staff enough; they are incredibly supportive and approachable.
Every time we collect our daughter, they fill us in on how her day has been, and they also regularly update the app during the day.
It is a sign of a great nursery

when your child comes home and immediately says "more nursery"!
