My daughter loves this nursery! She is thriving here. The staff are amazing, they genuinely care about the children and the family members who attend. The outside space is brilliant, the food is very good and there are lots of activities that the children can enjoy. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru.

Overall Experience

My daughter is very happy here. She does 4 days a week and she loves coming to nursery. They have a buzzer system to get in/out of the building and a code to enter to get into the corridor where the children's rooms are - very secure! The food menu is varied and my daughter enjoys the food, they do

various activities such as painting, and they allow the children to go out into the garden which is nice and big (younger children have their own special area away from the bigger kids). The youngest children have tiny beds to sleep in and the older children sleep on a quilt cover area on the floor. As the children grow, the nursery encourages more and more independence such as toasting their own bread for breakfast etc and prepares them for school although my little one hasn't reached that point yet. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Excellent day nursery with caring and compassionate staff who are very responsive and well-led. Staff have a positive attitude and are proactive in facilitating various enriching activities and experiences. My child's love of creative activities is encouraged and supported and the love of learning is

encouraged as well as building friendships - this is wonderful to see. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their role. My child now walks into the nursery and this is due to the staff supporting and building his confidence and making it a wonderful environment for him to want to come to daily. There is a clear structure of management/leadership. One of the most brilliant things about this nursery is the leadership/management team. Are visible and have an open-door policy.
My child feels well supported and cared for and their individual developmental needs are regularly assessed/reassessed and staff provides regular updates, overall excellent care, and team communication throughout the nursery.

Overall Experience

Both my children have thrived since they joined this Nursery nearly 18 months ago. It's clear to see that every staff member I come across truly cares about the children, even if they work in different rooms they still know your child. Both my kids surprise me with new things that have learned from

being at Nursery. I would 100% recommend sending your child here as yes it's worrying, scary, and can be nervous to leave your kids with other people but this place helps melt all that away!

Overall Experience

I highly recommend this nursery for any new or existing parents.
I moved my daughter here from another nursery setting in 2023, and now my son attends here too and it's the best decision I have made.
The building is safe, all staff members are friendly, approachable and welcoming.
Each nursery room

has play equipment and set-ups perfect for the age group intended for that room.
There is a lovely garden for all children of all ages to enjoy and is supervised by the staff members at all times.
The nursery have a portal/platform to communicate with parents to update you on daily updates (such as nappy, eating, sleeping) with your child and keep you posted on development, milestones, incident reports and reviews.
My children absolutely love being here, you can see they are content, feel safe and excited to start their day and also leave happy and that's all you can ask for as a parent.

I highly recommend this nursery. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the staff here are just wonderful. They're polite, reassuring, respectful, and supportive. My youngest has struggled with transitioning from being with me but thanks to the great bonds the staff have made with her, she is now

always happy and excited to come to nursery. Things have also been slightly adapted to accommodate my youngest too; like buying different foods that she will eat and adapting the menu slightly for her, using a separation plate so that foods aren't touching. Allowing her to bring comfort items with her and supporting the use of her ear defenders as and when she needs them. The manager is also brilliant. When speaking to him regarding a bereavement, he took it upon himself to there and then ordered in books for kids related to grief, and allowed me to take them home to read to the children. This, I feel is an example of going above and beyond for the families who attend this setting.

I highly recommend this nursery.
The staff here are polite, reassuring, respectful, and caring.
I chose this nursery because for the first day when I was in, the manager was very polite and friendly with us, and my daughter start immediately playing and I left her along with teachers and other kids,

but I was very impressed because she even not noticed me when I left her. I was afraid she would start crying.
I think she will always remember the staff and the things she did.

I now have my second child at Kiddi Caru, having already watched my oldest daughter start at 9 months and then graduate this September and start school. I couldn't ask for anymore from the nursery. Every member of staff is supportive and gives/has given my children what they need whether that is additional

resources for development, emotional support or brilliant fun! As a family we feel part of the nursery family, which is very special.

Overall Experience

Caring and friendly staff, my 2.5-year-old child goes in happy and comes out happy and has done so since joining at age 1. I feel there is genuine interest in his well-being and progress through his milestones. He is kept occupied and entertained throughout the day as there is plenty of variety of activity

in the room/outings to the garden, and I am sure he feels safe and cared for. Staff and management have gone the extra mile to help me with reaching certain targets for his speech development in and outside of the nursery, making extra observations, and I feel the nursery is as flexible and accommodating as it can be if I've needed extra days at short notice. The app is helpful for info about food/toileting hand in hand with in-person handovers which I appreciate. I find parking outside no problem, handy location.

Very pleased with this nursery, our child has been in two different rooms to date and the staff in both rooms have been exceptional.
She is always happy to go in and has bonded with a number of staff there.
The rooms offer a lot of variety for the children and I feel my child is safe and well looked

after.
She always comes home happy.
The management have been very supportive with any questions we have had and it feels like everyone there really cares.

Overall Experience

We came to look around in September for our 2-year-old to start. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. All our questions were answered and we came away knowing we had found where we wanted to send our daughter.
During the show around she happily went off to explore the toys and have a look

around herself.
The staff have been very supportive in helping her settle in the early days.
Communication is really good, we get to see daily photos of her and read everything she has been up to each day.
