Fantastic! Staff are so great they have worked miracles with my son's naps and his eating has developed massively. The staff are so lovely, couldn't think of anyone else I'd be more happy to leave my baby with.

On the whole, I feel like this is a good preschool. The staff are friendly and my son has settled relatively quickly after moving there from the other site. He seems to enjoy his food and eats well. He is usually happy when dropped off and clearly has formed bonds and healthy attachments with staff,
which is lovely to see.
Compared to the nursery, I feel like communication, especially when he moved locations could be better. We weren't shown around the building, or introduced to staff members and replies to emails were slow or non-existent. We have gotten to know the staff and our way around, and communication has improved but I think a little more effort at the beginning would have gone a long way.
He always comes home messy, which I take as a great sign that he's had a fantastic day. Staff are very supportive of his needs and he has definitely learnt new words and skills from his time there. On the whole a good setting, which I would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing nursery! Staff are incredible, professional and clearly knowledgeable. They treat the children as their own and make it feel like a home away from home. My daughter loves HDC nursery. The staff are so lovely and you can tell they really care about her and are invested in her development. She's genuinely happy to see everyone when we drop her off. Meals always look varied and she does a good range of activities throughout the day. The app is a great
tool so that I can see what she gets up to and I love receiving pictures of her all happy and smiling. One piece of feedback would be that some days I don't seem to get as many updates through - meals aren't logged etc. but on the whole, were delighted with the nursery.

Our child has been attending for 18 months and has thrived here so far. The staff in each of the rooms we've experienced are caring, supportive and stretching of our child's development. The outdoor space is great and the team definitely make use of it and it's great to see the children outside regularly
with weekly trips to forest school a huge highlight for our child.

They have an app which they update every day to say what they have done, what they have eaten, what their nappies have been like etc. This really helps to put my mind at ease.

Both our children are currently at Old Station Road Mottershead, one is in preschool, and the other is in the baby room. Both children are really happy at nursery and have built positive relationships with the staff. The staff are wonderful, and we can see that many genuinely care and love our children.
We always feel confident that our children are completely safe and will be beautifully cared for.
The manager is so helpful, caring and extremely approachable. She is a real asset! She makes it so easy to communicate our needs and will respond very quickly. The teams in both rooms are brilliant.
The chef also works really hard in the kitchen and offers a great selection of nutritious food!
The new space outside is great, and my preschooler loves how much outside time there is!

he's learning so much every day. The activities are always engaging and well thought out, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children's happiness and development.
The building itself is fantastic, both inside and out, providing a safe, bright, and stimulating space for the children to learn and play.
Communication with the nursery is excellent, and as parents, it's so reassuring to know he is in such safe and loving hands.

My child has settled in really well this month. She enjoys the sandpit, playing outside.
Everyone is extremely attentive in looking after my child and she is starting to reach out for the girls on drop off which is lovely to see.

The care and kindness of all the team is wonderful. My baby is in safe hands and I feel confident he will be comforted, nurtured and cared for while he's at Sandhills.

Having had a really positive experince with our first daughter, we returned to Sandhills for our second daughter.
She's developing her milestones and is looked after by each and every staff member, who some are now friends because of how lovely they all are.
