Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Redruth Flying Start since she was 9 months old, she is now 20 months old and still loves going every day she is in. The staff are kind and caring, and my partner and I feel massively safe and content dropping her off that her needs will be met and the care given, is fantastic.

We have had nothing but positive experiences since she has been at the nursery and would recommend the nursery to anyone who would listen. My partner struggled at first dropping her off but the staff are not only supportive of our daughter but also of us as parents. We cannot speak highly enough of the nursery and are so glad we found them.

Overall Experience

My daughter has attended Flying Start @ Redruth for 2-4 days a week since she was one year old, she is now 4 and a half years old and is starting school after the summer. We love Flying Start, especially the outdoor playing area and the staff.
I feel very lucky to have such a fantastic nursery near

to my work. Flying Start is the only reason I didn't transfer to work in another area yet, after we moved house away from this area.

Overall Experience

I moved my daughter from another nursery/preschool to Flying Start @ Illogan. I was nervous about moving her as she was very settled where she was. I needn't have worried, the staff were all very welcoming and she settled quickly at Flying Start. I love the outside space and the focus on outdoor learning

and being out in nature. They always have the children doing lots of lovely activities and I always look forward to hearing what they are getting up to and seeing pictures via the app. It's reassuring as a parent when my daughter asks to go to preschool, as I know she is happy. Overall Experience

We used to have our son go to Flying Start in Redruth before he started school. They were great then, and continued to remember our little boy when we started his sister here last year too. She loves it, and is really thriving, and the staff are always friendly. Flying start will bend over backward

to accommodate hours too. The fact they facilitate working usual working hours, (unlike a lot of local preschools) makes all the difference.

Excellent purpose-built stimulating facility with easy parking for drop-off/pick-up. The staff genuinely care about our child who has settled in wonderfully, loving his time there. The progress reports are very thorough. It's a full 5 stars from us.

She is attentive, provides good handovers, recently asked about plans for his school and talked through how the pre school do role play with school uniforms which I think is fab. Overall Experience

We are so happy that we made the decision to send our daughter to Flying Start Redruth. Every single member of staff there is purely brilliant. They make our daughter feel happy and comfortable and she has so much fun. Having to leave her is always hard as a parent, but knowing that she is going to

be looked after by these wonderful people makes sending her in a pleasure. She has the best time and has formed lovely bonds with each of the staff. They have helped her with her development, supported us as a family, they are kind and caring and seeing her face light up when she sees her key worker or one of the others is priceless. All of the staff are friendly and approachable and we honestly feel like we hit gold when we found them. From viewing whilst I was pregnant, again when our daughter was first born, to when we sent her in at 10 months, they have been nothing but attentive, kind, helpful, caring and they generally make us feel as though we are part of the family. Thank you Redruth!

Overall Experience

I can't recommend flying start at Redruth enough. Both my 4 & 2 year old attend and have the best time. They seem to get lots of outdoor time, have fun themed activities set as well as great crafts and curriculum learning. The staff are all brilliant, always really friendly and supportive. You are always

updated promptly about their day and their progress, and contact in general about events/funding/illness is excellent.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loves it at flying start nursery. I leave her there knowing she will be well cared for. I get photos every week showing me everything she has done to aid in her learning and development. She has made friends and has learned so so much. I

was able to choose hours that suited me and staff are great at communicating and getting back to you promptly. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and it really is an amazing nursery.

A fantastic nursery, spacious and clean. Nice big garden for the children to play in with plenty of toys/activities. The staff are so lovely, kind and friendly. Each day is different with different activities to do/help them learn. My son comes home each time he goes with a big smile on his face and

says he's had a great day. I can not fault this nursery in anyway, my son will leave here in the summer for school and I will then put my unborn baby's name down to start when it's his time. Highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are amazing and work so hard.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Flying Start @ Pool, nearly two years in and our girl is flourishing, the environment is brilliantly child lead, her confidence is growing all the time and she adores all her grownups and has formed wonderful relationships with her peers. The girls at the nursery are great. My son has a great time there and always looks forward to going. He always comes home in a different set of clothes to what he went in as well which is always the sign of a happy well spent day! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always on hand to help.

Whenever I have made enquiries about being able to book additional days or hours or enquired about potentially making changes they have always got back to me promptly and have done all they can to accommodate!

Overall Experience

The nursery is a big and busy nursery which I was concerned could make my family or my little one feel one of a large number - however, this simply isn't the case. The staff know my child inside out, they know what he loves to do, how he learns best and what excites him - they provide opportunities

that make him want to go to nursery every day. The nursery building and facilities are fab, they are so big, that my boisterous boy has all the space he needs inside and outside to be physical but also the space to focus and learn with his friends.

I love that the nursery have been teaching my child independence skills, he can toilet independently, get himself dressed and they cook most days so he can now peel vegetables, safely chop and is now always wanting to help cook at home which is such an important skill. The nursery always have time for my questions and everyone is so friendly - I really recommend this nursery, it is definitely helping to get my child ready for school.

Flying Start Redruth is amazing. The staff are welcoming and caring and they provide educational activities that engage the children.The stay and play sessions are a lovely chance to have an insight into the children's day. Special mention must go to their daily app entries. These are fab and the photos

of your individual children make such a difference. It is lovely to see and then to be able to talk to your child about their day. A special mention must go to one particular keyworker who was fabulous. She had so much time for our granddaughter and took the time, care and attention to make her feel happy and settled. She really is a strong asset to the team.
