Overall Experience

I highly recommend Tops Day Nursery Warminster, after moving my little boy here it was like seeing a completely different child. He's settled in so well and every single staff member has been so welcoming and kind. He enjoys and wants to go to nursery, which is what every parent wants for their child-

to be happy. It's a fantastic nursery we have here at Warminster and I would recommend it to everyone I know. I am so glad I made a big decision to move him here it's been the best experience by far for him and myself. I feel so confident that he is very secure, safe and happy here with the lovely team at Warminster. You are all doing a fabulous job, thank you.

Overall Experience

There simply aren't the words to explain how thrilled I am with Warminster Tops. My little one absolutely loves it there. He gets so excited to go in and always greets me with huge smiles when I collect him. He leans across to the staff for them to take him on drop off, with his arms outstretched, with

hardly a backward glance at me! I love that they always send photos/a daily observation and the handovers are always thorough. Most of all, the staff are just amazing. So loving and kind and made me feel totally at ease leaving my 1 year old there, from day one. Thank you Tops, for doing such a wonderful job looking after my little love!
For anyone reading, the reason for my not rating the nutrition bit is because Warminster Tops is still very new and is still sorting out the food side. The menus look amazing though and I can't wait for them to be up and running with them, hopefully soon.

Overall Experience

My 4-year-old boy's face at the end of every day at Tops says it all. He is happy, challenged and loved by the staff. He considers them friends and his time with these enthusiastic, caring and professional individuals has been outstanding for his development. I really have nothing negative to say about

My daughter attended this nursery for nearly 2 years and she had such a great time and made lots of friends, she ended her time here in September which they held a graduation for which we very much enjoyed, we have never had any big issues with the nursery the staff are super friendly. The only slight

thing that I would point out is I would have liked more observations posted on the parent's online log and maybe updating the outside space wood chippings definitely not my friend but apart from this we as parents were very happy with the nursery... Since my daughter left the nursery she has since attended the high 5's club which she really enjoyed...

Overall Experience

The staff are just wonderful at Tops, couldn’t fault them. They really care about my child and are so helpful, especially when it came to applying for the 30 free hours. They even provide extra classes such as cooking or swimming. Would recommend them to everyone I know, thank you!

Overall Experience

Tops in Salisbury have helped to completely transform my son from a shy little boy to a thriving, happy child. They initiated small group interventions to help with his confidence, and he has come on leaps and bounds since. My son’s key worker and a young male member of staff, in particular, have been

utterly outstanding. I just want to thank the lovely manager and her team for the outstanding communication, support and love they have shown my son and all of the children within their facility. We are so grateful.

My 6-year-old son started attending recently, I have struggled so much to find a suitable setting for him as he has ASD, but his carer has been so amazing, gave him a chance, and now I have a happy little boy always welcoming me with a lovely smile on his face when I pick him up, so amazing!

Amazing! Next to none! My son's progression has come on greatly since my last review. He always has a smile on his face when leaving and tells me about his day and just loves the setting. Nothing is too much for management, either assisting with financial queries or helping where possible. I am looking

Staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. The nursery is very accommodating to mine and my children's needs. My children enjoy their time at nursery and feel comfortable with all the staff. Overall Experience

Our child has attended the nursery since seven months old. The nursery has been fantastic for her. She has always loved the staff and has made lots of friends. For busy parents with constantly changing schedules, the flexible booking the nursery offers takes a lot of pressure off!

Overall Experience

The staff are all lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The food/menu is great, I love she doesn’t have loads of sugar there and that she gets exposure to lots of different food.
However, it is very expensive. I know they have their reasons but it’s difficult to accept the price increase when as an NHS

nurse, my pay rises never meet the same increases.
