My 18 month old girl is going to Busy Bees since she was 9months old and she loves it! We are very pleased with the care that she is receiving. Staff are very friendly and caring. She loves her key person and bonded very quickly with them. They have made her transition from home to nursery and between
rooms very smooth! Managers are always available and very accomodating to our little ones needs. New and loads of activities for children to do and enjoy! Overall we are very happy that she is going there.

Our daughter is 2 and a half and attends. We have found the nursery and staff to be very nurturing, caring and supportive of our daughter and her needs. She receives the nurturing care needed when still so young alongside the educational development required at this stage. We would recommend the nursery

Honestly such a wonderful place! The staff make you feel like family. The games, activities and learning provided are loved by my child. He's always very proud of his artwork he brings home. The keyworkers work hard to communicate with all the parents. The feedback about my child's day is always useful.

The nursery has been through ups and downs during the 3 years that my eldest daughter has attended.
I currently have two daughters there and staff turnover has reduced and the staff who now work there and run it are great. Special mention to 3 staff members in particular. My girls are very lucky to
have such engaging, fun, and dedicated teachers.
The food has also improved and I'm pleased to see that the offerings are much more nutritious and that the children are being exposed to some interesting food.
I have regularly fed back any concerns to the nursery and I feel like the staff do listen. My 2 year old is particularly happy there and I'm sure that her joyful, kind and sociable disposition is partially due to her time at Busy Bees so far.

Our daughter didn't take long to settle into nursery, going 2 days a week, she's formed very strong bonds with her lead practitioner and the other lovely staff in her room. She's very excited to get there in the mornings and we always get such positive reviews about how her day has been. She's seems
very happy, cared for, well fed and stimulated so we are very happy with Busy Bees.

They have a really wonderful and caring staff that provides good updates throughout the day. The kids always seem happy and well looked after, I never worry about leaving my little one in their capable hands.

My 2-year-old son absolutely loves attending Busy Bees Nursery. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about providing a nurturing environment. He's always excited to go in the mornings and always seems to have a great time. The nursery is clean and well organised, and the activities

My son has really settled in well at Busy Bees nursery. A few tears the first few months of him going but all of the staff have really made him feel welcome and now he is excited to go in the mornings. He has a great bond with all of the staff in his room. The app is updated daily with pictures and
meals and this makes me feel much better when I am at work so I can see what he is doing and how he is getting along. The staff ALWAYS teach my son new things, he has come such a long way he is beggining to eat on his own and now knows how to dress himself and put his own coat on. The staff are very encouraging with learning new things to be prepared for reception. Everytime I pick him up the stafff tell me how he has been which really makes me feel that they are watching him and monitoring him well. My son often mentions his key workers name which is lovely. Its a very safe and loving environment for kids to be and I would have no hestiation to recommend to more mums! :)

When picking nursery for my son I was very hesitant due to him being nonverbal. From the initial visit I felt comfortable sending him.
He settled in so well. The nursery have worked extremely hard to help my son with his needs and anyone who has seen him since he started can see a huge improvement.
One staff member in particular especially has built a great relationship with him where although he can not voice his needs she understands him very well. He gives eye contact which is a huge indication of the work everyone has put in. I am extremely grateful to everyone in the nursery for what they have done and sending my son to Busy Bees Shenley was the best decision.
They have a genuine care for the kids which as parent puts me as ease.

My experience with this nursery has been extremely poor, & I deeply regret enrolling my child. Within 2 weeks, my child became seriously unwell-croup, nappy rash & repeated tonsillitis-likely due to poor hygiene. Staff are untrained, disengaged & lack compassion or curriculum knowledge. Children receive
no educational stimulation and are left outdoors for hours with no structured learning. Despite repeatedly asking for developmental activities, we were met with hostility or excuses. The parent app was rarely updated, offering no insight into our child's day. Meals were equally unacceptable, they were tiny, poorly prepared & no alternatives were provided for dietary needs. Our child was often starving at pickup. Management was condescending & dismissive when we raised concerns. It was clear they had no interest in improving. We eventually removed our child and only wish we'd done it sooner. This nursery fails children in care, health, learning, and basic respect. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic nursery offering brilliant development opportunities for children. All of the staff are friendly and professional and clearly have a great relationship with the children. The nursery uses an app to keep parents up to date with their children's progress and activities across the day. They also
run events such as mothers day afternoon tea and also parents evening to give parents the opportunity to see the nursery and speak to staff.

We've had an excellent experience with BusyBees Forres Street. I cannot recommend Busy Bee Forres Street enough! Our daughter has been attending for nearly 7 months and has loved every minute of it. Since starting there, she has developed so much, and I love seeing what she is up to on the app. She goes in smiling every day and we can go to work knowing she is
safe and well-looked after. The staff are just wonderful! They are attentive and caring and have supported us as a family through different stages of our daughter's development. As an (anxious) first time parent I am particularly grateful for the incredible manager who goes out of her way to keep parents informed and is deeply committed to seeing everyone at Forres Street thrive.
