My daughter began attending nursery at 9 months after I accepted a role at a local hospital. While she did cry a few times during my initial departures, she quickly adapted and now seems to happily ignore my goodbyes. It's clear that she is really enjoying her time there! The staff are wonderful, always
greeting the children with positivity, and I have found the other parents to be just as lovely. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and love it!

Exceptional Nursery with Outstanding Staff
Both my daughter and son attend Bright Horizons Long Road Nursery, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and professional, always creating a warm and welcoming environment for both children and parents.

of the biggest advantages is the nursery's convenient location next to my workplace, making drop-offs and pick-ups much easier. I have experience with other nurseries, but none compare to the care and quality at Long Road Nursery. The team truly treats us like family, and I can see how much my children are progressing and thriving under their guidance.
The only challenge is that many parents work in nearby hospitals, which increases the likelihood of illnesses spreading among children. However, the management and staff handle this situation as best as possible, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons Long Road Nursery!

I have had a very positive experience with Bright Horizons in Ely. My daughter has just started in the baby room. I found the settling in process was very well thought out, and although longer compared to other nurseries, allowed for both me and my child to be reassured about her starting, in order
for me to return to work. The key workers are really lovely and very attentive to my child's needs. They also provide regular updates.

The nursery has gone above and beyond to help my son settle in. They offered extra settling in session for him as he really struggled at the start and offered an experienced practitioner to be his key worker. Since then, they have really supported his development by practising physio and other exercises
that have been recommended. Great communication from both the management and the baby team. Thank you for everything!

Our child started here in September 2024 and has been very happy. All the staff are friendly and take good care of our child. She is close to her main carer and other staff. They provide her with opportunities to learn and interact with other children. We highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is one of the best nurseries. My child went to preschool and the ladies were really interactive with the children. My daughter absolutely loved going there and her key worker... my daughter just loved her. They are giving cuddles when a child needs it. They do play dates where parents are
allowed to go in as well. My daughter was very excited when those days came about. Admin part, I find getting replies to emails is slow and no point even to try to call reception. Otherwise, everyone is very kind and friendly. Food is different to what we are cooking at home but I am happy for that. She got to try new things.

My child attends Bright Horizons two days per week. The staff are fantastic and always ask how they are, how the rest of their week has been. The taster/settling-in sessions included are brilliant to get the child and parents used to dropping off and staying at nursery. They always provide photos of

Both of our sons attended Bright Horizons Eddington Day Nursery and Preschool and we'll forever be grateful for the support and care we received from the incredible nursery staff over these past years (2019-2024). One of our sons was diagnosed with developmental and health challenges and the staff approached
these with exceptional dedication, putting special development and health plans in place, reviewing them regularly and leading the applications for additional support. Their commitment was unwavering. Both of our boys loved their time at the nursery, made wonderful progress and formed deep bonds with their key caregivers. The staff at the nursery are caring and supportive of your needs and always aiming to achieve a high standard of care for the children. Our daughter always went into her preschool without tears and was happy to be there. She was always greeted with smiles in the mornings by the deputy manager on the
desk whom also built a great rapport with our daughter and her family so we then felt we could voice any concerns we may have with ease. The staff, particularly five, and team guided our daughter and even put up with her demands to draw lots of treasure maps! The nursery held a wonderful graduation event to celebrate our daughter's time with them at Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery and Preschool. Thanks team!

Both of our daughters attended Bright Horizons Eddington Day Nursery and Preschool, with our eldest being part of the first cohort when the nursery initially opened. Our youngest daughter graduated in July 2024 and has now settled into reception wonderfully. It's been so encouraging to hear positive

Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool is a wonderful nursery, my son has been attending since he was 11 months old and is now 2.5 years old. He first learned how to use a spoon at Bright Horizons, we were pretty shocked when we found out he could use one at 1-year-old! Periodically, there are
parents' evenings where you can have more in-depth chats about your child's progress, these are really useful to discuss any issues or anything that you'd like your key worker to spend time with your child on.
Staff will take time to tell you how your child's day has been. They are supportive of things you are trying to implement at home and will try to do the same at nursery, e.g. I used a specific technique for potty training and I wrote down what I want/don't want regarding potty training and my son's key worker ensured that these were followed.

My daughter started attending Bright Horizons Bunnybrookes Day Nursery and Preschool full-time since she was 11 months and stayed until she started reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a high retention rate comparing to a lot of other nurseries. Activities were fun and engaging, they
did a lot of messy play and arts and crafts with various themes. They spent a lot of time in the garden with seasonal activities, such as growing vegetables, using the apples they picked from the garden to make apple pies etc. In the pre-school year, she learnt how to write her name, counting and alphabet. Management team was always very responsive. They always provided updates on the app regularly with pictures which was always nice to know so I could ask her about the activities she did! The fees and fee increase over the years were also very reasonable comparing to other nurseries as well. Only thing that could be improved would be that the facility of the nursery was a bit outdated and the temperature control system wasn't very good.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool in April this year. Despite some nervousness about how she may settle in, we needn't have worried.

seem to be on offer for our daughter to do and she always comes home with a smile on her face.
