Overall Experience

We had a fantastic experience from the baby room up to pre-school. The staff are caring and helpful, and they have setup convenient systems for parents. They setup amazing activities in a great setting and our child has always loved the food. Our child is vegetarian and this has been no problem! They

helped our child develop and be ready for their next steps and we feel lucky to have had such a great nursery near to us.

Overall Experience

We have nothing but great things to say about this nursery. Our little one has been attending since they were 1 year old and they are now 3.5 years old. Every staff member (key workers, other staff in the room and management) have all been fantastic and very supportive, not only with our little one

and supporting their education and development, but also with supporting us as first time parents.
As month later have gone by, our little ones key talks more and more about the hat they do at nursery/pre school and are always excited to go to nursery/pre school each day.
The app is really useful and enables us to have discussions about their learning or what they have eaten during the day (the variety of food is great).
We always feel at ease sending out little one to nursery/pre school and will be so sad to leave such a caring and nurturing environment.

Overall Experience

Great nursery, professionally run and really great safeguarding protocols. A big improvement from our nursery in London. Staff are always attentive to your child's needs and there are not a lot of temporary staff (ie your child gets consistent face to face with their key worker).

Overall Experience

My son goes to nursery two days a week and has an amazing time! He loves the staff there, everyone is really friendly and supportive and there's a fantastic range of activities for him to enjoy. The staff in the Little Dippers room have been great, helping him settle in and it's been possible for me

to pop in and feed him during my lunch break too. The app is very useful - the right level of communication to know your child is doing well. The nursery is also conveniently located right next to my work so I don't have to add any extra distance to my commute. We would definitely recommend it!

My daughter was informed that I am not her mother, and this led to her expressing her frustration loudly at the nursery. In the oak classroom, her diaper often went unchanged. As a result, I chose not to seek assistance with her potty training.

My daughter started with Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool in March 2023, she settled so quickly with welcoming and supporting staff. We can get detailed updates about her day-to-day activities. Staff always went over and above to make her happy. She initially took her time to get used

to food in nursery, staff were eating the same food with her to encourage her eating. My daughter always looks forward to going to nursery. She has a few transitions as she progresses to different rooms and with different key workers, all of them have been great. As parents, it's hard to leave your child away from you while working long days but staff looked after her so well which gave such a happy experience for my daughter, made it easy. Early foundation age of child is so important and staff take it seriously and help them to flourish in individual wayd. We had a very positive experience. Thank you so much.

This is our second child at the Bright Horizons Didcot and we couldn't be happier. Our 16 month is always happy to go to nursey, they do such fun activities for the children and take great care of the children. All the staff are so friendly and caring towards the children. My child has been going to this nursery since he was 10 months old and the level of care has been outstanding. The team have been really supportive throughout his journey with them. The activities available have helped him develop his skills and also his curiosity which has been great to see. The outside

Overall Experience

Absolutely brilliant nursery and preschool. Our daughter is just about to start school, having been here for four years and I can honestly say that the team across the whole nursery, from the baby room through to preschool, chefs, leadership and support staff, are simply fabulous. So friendly, warm

and caring, and they are so good with the children. Amazing memories have been made over the years and lots of learning through play.
The graduation event for preschool was so special too - thank you to the whole team for giving this year's preschool children such a wonderful event (and a lovely event for us parents to be part of too).
I am so glad we chose you to look after our little one - you're all superstars. I've loved seeing the updates through the day of what she's been up to, getting pictures and working together with you to give our child the best support and love to help her succeed. Thank you for helping her grow to be ready for the next adventure at school! We will miss you all.

To the wonderful Didcot Bright Horizons Team.
Just a quick note to say a massive thank you for the amazing graduation ceremony you put on for the kids! On the hottest day of the year, no less! You all deserve medals for pulling that off so smoothly.
The garden looked fantastic, and having two film

characters there was pure genius - the kids were over the moon! You could see the joy and excitement on their faces, and it was all thanks to your hard work and planning.
Honestly, you guys should be proud of yourselves. You've created some magical memories for our little ones (and us parents too). We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate. Our little one will be talking about this for the rest of the year.

Overall Experience

Cannot rate the nursery highly enough. They have always been so great with our two children. The communication is good, both throughout the day, giving updates and with the office. The staff are, without exception, really warm and friendly and genuinely care about the children in their care. One of

our children has additional needs and they were excellent at helping us navigate our way into the extra services that she needed.
We feel very lucky to have had this nursery on our doorstep.

My son started nursery last year and he has been loving it. He likes playing outside so the school's outside facilities give him the chance to play and explore. He was not speaking well when he started and there has been a massive improvement since. He has more words now and he speaks more clearly.

Overall Experience

We have both of our 2 children go through Harwell Bright Horizons since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Since that time we have been immensely impressed at the organisation, activities, communication and most importantly the quality of the people at Harwell Bright Horizons. Not only do the children

love to go (including the older one who likes to pop in and see his nursery staff friends) but the team make an effort with little things like bird music in reception in the morning which lifts the spirits, free fruit for rushed mums and dads who skipped breakfast and fun gatherings with parents.
We will really miss the whole team at Harwell as our youngest leaves next month and would recommend it to anyone.

My 2-year-old started here in Bluebells a year ago and she loves it. The staff are doing a five-star job, we have no complaints about anything. We were stressed a bit in the beginning but now we enjoy dropping her off in the morning knowing she is in great professional hands. She is currently in four

days only but we often regret not going full five days from the start.

Facilities are good at nursery but I really hope that during the first week of baby joining daycare, to ease settling process for mother and baby both, should allow few hours to spend with baby in daycare. Mainly considering no half day allowed anymore.

Overall Experience

We have been really happy with this nursery and the whole team’s efforts to make our son feel comfortable and confident. He loves going to nursery and has great fun there with a wide variety of activities (eg soft play, play dough rolling, outdoor sessions and sensory tables for holidays!).
My son

didn’t want to go in at first and the team were excellent at helping with the adjustment; I got updates multiple times in his first few days when I was very nervous.
He also has a dairy allergy and I’ve been very impressed with the support for his milk, and the whole alternative meal plan he received. He eats really well at nursery.
Really happy with Milton Park - thank you for the whole 0-2 team! (18-month-old son, been at nursery 6 months).

My son attends this nursery. The staff here are considerate to his needs and 4 months in he is excited to go in when he hears the word ‘nursery’.
My son also has a milk allergy and the team has been fully supportive of this, he has his own menu and loves the food, which is really reassuring!
