I couldn't be more happy with Cherubs. They go above and beyond for my little one. He is always so happy from the pictures they send on his session and he loves to be involved in all the activities they set up. The food always looks and smells delicious, it's great knowing everything is cooked from
scratch on the premises.

Our son loves his time at Cherubs. Although apprehensive when he arrives. The staff are lovely and patient with him. We love having the app to see all the photos of him enjoying the day. The staff and facilities are excellent cannot fault their dedication. We know he is well looked after and his development
and confidence has grown massively.

I have previously had my daughter in another nursery and it doesn't have a patch on Cherubs. Management and staff are friendly and always help. And my daughter is so happy here. The app is helpful and puts my mind at case knowing what she is doing.

Overall my child's experience has been fantastic. He's come on leaps and bounds, especially with his speech. The staff at Cherubs are an absolute credit, they really are fantastic and we couldn't wish for a better team to look after him. It would be good to get a monthly review of his progress, however
the updates we get on pick up are always very good. My child absolutely loves it at Cherubs and that's just massive testament to the team, and the environment they have created.

We are kept well up to date of our granddaughter's progress, via our family messaging group. I am extremely impressed by the efforts of staff to both educate and stimulate her. When we visit we regularly pick her up from Cherubs at the end of the day. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient.
The levels of security/safeguarding are impressive. There is a definite 'caring' atmosphere, which is obvious, from the moment we are allowed onto premises. Trust needs to be earned usually, but I can honestly state that my trust is implicite in all at Cherubs.

My little girl loves the nursery. She is always so happy on the pictures they send home which gives me so much reassurance while I am at work. The meals and snacks they offer are great and something different too as I don't make half them things at home. The staff in her room are so kind and always
explain how she's had a great day and what she's been up to when collecting. Her speech has also come on massively while being at nursery as she sings all the nursery rhymes possible through the days she's not there which is so lovely to hear. Could not fault the nursery at all. Thank you!

The nursery provides a well maintained, safe environment for my child. The staff are friendly and very attentive to needs. They keep great communication with parents through the app, emails and notice board. Lots of learning activities at the nursery and outside of the nursery. Great value for money.

Lovely nursery, modern, clean and beautiful garden for children to play outside. Few staff issues recently left us feeling a little un settled leaving our baby, however, it seems this is now being rectified and I now know who our key worker is. It's moments like this morning that need a special mention and recognition. Thank you to the manager and my sons key wroker at Ilkeston Cherubs. My little boy was unusually upset going into nursery today and as I was about to leave the nursery manager acknowledged and asked 'is that my son I can hear
upset' and said I will go and check he's OK. And did so straight away. His key worker got his favourite toy out (a ball) and was soon to turn it around. I was quickly updated with pictures on the app to reassure me that he was OK playing with his sensory ball with his key worker. This isn't a little thing the acknowledgement, care and reassurance changed a sad little boy happy and a worried mum settled knowing that her boy is in the caring and safest of hands so thank you so much.
