Overall Experience

I am extremely pleased with Kids 1st Jesmond. My 2 boys settled in very well and love their time there. The boys have a very good relationship with all the staff, as do I. The staff are amazing, they're genuinely very caring and supportive and are clearly dedicated to creating a positive environment

for the children. There's a lovely atmosphere around the nursery. The facilities are fantastic, activities are engaging and the outdoor space is great too! The app is great and it's always lovely to receive photographs of the boys whilst they're at nursery! Overall a fantastic nursery!

Overall Experience

My Daughter has been attending Kids 1st Jesmond for five months now and has settled in great! Although she was nervous her first few weeks the girls really helped to settle her in and put both of us at ease. My Daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery and now runs to the room herself without looking

back! It's lovely knowing that she's in a safe environment with staff who will go above and beyond to help. The girls in the room listened to my requests as a parent and got to know my Daughters needs and comforts. We are so grateful for the help of all the staff at Kids 1st Jesmond for making nursery fun for my Daughter, while reassuring me that she is learning and being well taken care of.

Overall Experience

Our little one has attended Kids 1st Low Fell for about a year and a half now, and we've found this nursery to be absolutely brilliant.
The staff are all second to none. It's reassuring, as a parent, that so many of the staff have been with the nursery for years, as there's a deep level of continuity

and understanding the Kids 1st way. We have always been well-informed and supported, particularly during tricky times when our little boy has struggled with moving into a new room.
There is a lovely atmosphere in the nursery and the children have lots of activities and fun to keep their minds and bodies busy, as well as lots of cuddles from the amazing key workers in each room.
All in all, a brilliant setting and one we trust to enrich our little boy's early years before he moves to school.

Overall Experience

We have had nothing but a brilliant experience with the nursery on all levels. The staff are highly professional but also very caring and genuinely care about our little boy and his play and development each day. We feel completely confident that our son gets a good balance of messy play, reading, singing,

and other activities each day. I'm glad to see that he's getting outside a bit more now the cold snap has passed we would generally get him out every day even In the rain as we feel natural light and fresh air is vital for him, especially given the busy environment in the classroom. The communication from the team has been excellent especially if he's had a day where he's been under the weather. I feel the level of attention to detail on his behaviour and mood has been great.
Our sons development and speech has come along in leaps and bounds and we really appreciate the benefits that nursery offer him.

Overall Experience

My 14-month-old son started at the nursery at the end of June. He has settled in so quickly under the genuine kindness and professional support of the teachers and directors and has had a great time since. The staff are all incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, reliable and work wonderfully as a team.

My son enjoys the wide range of activities on offer every day, including painting, arts and crafts, music and physical activities. He would not have had such a varied and fun experience if he had stayed at home. The food is nutritious and healthy. The building, rooms and garden are spacious and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated by the teachers. There has been a lot for my son to explore. He has already developed not only physical and language skills, but also confidence, independence and positive social interests. I feel like I have an extended family and friends here.

Overall Experience

Some staff appear demotivated. There was also a high staff turnover with often new staff we don't recognise looking after the children. My child had quite a few weekly injuries and one bad one which still can be seen after a few months! Some staff needs to improve their communication skills with parents,

totally no manners!

Overall Experience

What a nursery. Both my children attended this nursery, my daughter for four years and my son for six months. After taking my son out to put in a closer nursery, I can honestly say I miss Busy Bees. Everything about the nursery made me feel at ease. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are extremely clean.

I would highly recommend this nursery and if I lived closer I would definitely send my son back.

The care love and attention the nursery has shown for both myself and my daughter has been outstanding! I suffered from postnatal depression and finding a nursery gave me nightmares. The second I walked into Kids 1st QE I felt comfortable and reassured. The care that my little girl gets blows me away.

My little girl suffers seizures and the staff are always so calm at reassuring both myself and my daughter. The activities and the learning provided is amazing, I love seeing her artwork and photos of her on the parent app throughout the day which really gives me the comfort and reassurance I need whilst I'm at work. My daughter has attended the nursery for just under 2 years now and is absolutely thriving. All of the staff are caring, polite, welcoming and happy all of the time! The meals provided always sound lovely and are all NHS approved and cooked on site.

My experience with the Kids 1st Gosforth nursery has so far been very positive. I find the staff to be very understanding, caring and interested in my son. He is very happy once at nursery and plays with the staff and other children. He eats a healthy diet whilst at nursery and enjoys playing in the

Overall Experience

I can’t recommend Kids 1st enough, my daughter has attended from age 1 to 4 and I have always been hugely impressed with the nursery and the way in which it runs - especially remaining open for key worker parents throughout lockdown. The staff at the nursery are always very approachable and genuinely

warm towards the kids and my daughter thinks very highly of everyone. As a much younger single mother, I have often felt patronised and judged in the past by my daughter's previous childcare providers but Kids 1st are always warm and welcoming regardless of circumstances. The staff should be very proud of themselves and I feel they have made a great contribution to my daughters start in life while I have been working though I hugely miss her I know she is well looked after and thriving. I feel I can ask them about my daughter without feeling as if I am being a nuisance. The manager is fantastic too and always very supportive. We will both thoroughly miss the nursery when she leaves in September.

We have been extremely pleased with Kids 1st Gosforth and could not recommend it highly enough. Both my son and daughter have attended another Kids 1st and then in 2018 transferred to Gosforth. They have absolutely loved their time at Kids 1st Gosforth, the staff are completely professional and caring

and make every effort to ensure the children in their care are happy. The nursery is a warm, welcoming environment and I would recommend it without reservation to any parent. The staff have been excellent during a challenging 12 months, our daughter attended nursery during the height of lockdown and we always felt completely reassured that she was safe and well looked after.

Overall Experience

Kids 1st Rake Lane is a lovely nursery and I feel very confident that my daughter is well looked after and has a fun and educational time each day. The nursery staff are lovely and listen to concerns and work with parents, in my experience, to meet the needs of the child. The last 12months during the

pandemic have been difficult for everyone but all staff at the nursery have always been happy and smiling when I drop off and pick up my daughter. This has given my daughter routine and stability during this time which I thank Kids 1st Rake Lane for all their efforts. The communication in general and on specific covid topics is good.
I also like the new parent's app which is being used now, allowing me to see photos of activities my daughter has been doing that day, what she has eaten and how her potty training is going.

Overall Experience

My little one has attended this provision for around three and a half years and every day she is there is a happy one. Even since being a baby the care provided has been consistent and attentive. The nursery routine now is focused on preparation for school. Never a complaint about care of my child.

The nursery are also very considerate of parents and support the children to celebrate all festivals and important events diversely. There is good communication and absolute credit to the management and staff for the management of the impact of Covid-19, not only keeping it out of the setting which is amazing but being creative to maintain the home to nursery links. Happy children equals happy parents. Thank you.

It took a while to decide which nursery we could go for, but after our visit to Kids 1st Gosforth, we just felt that we found the right place for our little one who is 2 and a half. He comes home very happy and tells us he loves everything about it. I definitely recommend this place. We couldn't ask

for any better nursery to leave our son. You can only leave your child with people who care with love, so Kids 1st Gosforth, Jubilee Road is the best. Everyone is doing such an incredible job. I am very grateful to them.
