Overall Experience

Baby Acorns has been amazing for my little boy. The care, dedication, and warmth shown by the manager and her fantastic team has been outstanding. Their passion for early years education shines through in everything, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact they have had on my son's development.

The indoor and outdoor activities are brilliant. There is always something engaging and stimulating for the children.
The food is fresh, nutritious, and delicious. It's reassuring to know that my little one is getting healthy, balanced meals every day.
The communication with parents is excellent. The team keeps me well-informed and involved, and they go the extra mile to arrange activities for parents to attend, making me feel like a real part of my son's early learning.
My son has come on leaps and bounds. I will always be grateful for everything Baby Acorns has done for him. If you're looking for a nurturing, fun, and well-run nursery, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Overall Experience

The staff are very welcoming, kind and caring. My daughter runs in everyday and can't wait to see her keyworkers. Nursery is very clean and fresh. Have a healthy, nutrious meal plan. A excellent range of activities from creative to messy fun! I would highly recommend Acorns to any parents looking for

quality childcare.

My grandson goes to acorns house,he do love to go ,they have wonderful staff,always very polite,and nothing is too much for them.He has come on so much with all the activities they do,and the interaction with other children.such a safe friendly environment I would highly recommend Acorns nursery

Overall Experience

My son has been attending Acorns for two years. He is always happy to be there and has formed great relationships with staff and children. Acorns go above and beyond on a daily basis and I always feel he receives the best care. Acorns have become family and I would highly recommend to everyone.

Overall Experience

We tell our two year old, you are off to nursery today and he puts his arms in the air and shouts "yay".
That's all we need to know.
His happiness and well being are obviously of paramount importance and I can not emphasise enough how much the staff go above and beyond.
There is aways plenty going

on, the staff and management are phenomenal and dedicated to the children and parents.
When picking him up, we get a little handover of how he is doing that day and all the activities he has been upto which we then chat about on the way home.
If anyone is thinking of putting your child in nursery then this is definitely the one.

Overall Experience

We are very pleased with the service provided by Aorns Llandaff. The staff are excellent and provide great care for our child. The facilities are first class and always maintained to a high level. The food and drink is also excellent, with an interesting and varied weekly menu. The fees are higher than

other nurseries in the area, but in our experience Acorns Llandaff provides excellent value for money.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Llanishen for my daughter. From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are warm, caring, and genuinely passionate about fostering each child's growth. My daughter has blossomed in their nurturing environment, gaining confidence,

independence, and a love for learning. The nursery offers a perfect balance of structured activities and free play, which encourages creativity and social skills. I truly appreciate the open communication and regular updates from the staff, ensuring we're always informed of her progress. It's evident that every child's well-being is their top priority. Baby acorns has been a joy to take my daughter to. The staff are the loveliest people and we couldn't be happier that she is spending a few days with them every week. We love how happy the staff are to tell us everything she has been up to in the day. Our only issue is that the parking can be frustrating.

Overall Experience

Acorns is a fantastic nursery. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed into a warm and friendly environment.
Our son has thrived during his time here. The staff are exceptional; they are always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the children are

happy and well-cared for.
The nursery offers a wide range of activities that support children's development. The environment is always clean and tidy, with learning materials displayed throughout the nursery, celebrating various cultural events throughout the year.
The staff know each child well, including their likes and dislikes, which makes for a truly personalised experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Acorns to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

Overall Experience

Acorns Llandaff is a wonderful nursery with staff that are friendly and professional. Our child joined last year and accustomed very quickly to the staff here, who helped nurture him in a friendly, safe and clean environment.
I am particularly impressed by the clean environment, where children rotate

into different rooms or the garden throughout the day, whilst the other rooms are cleaned.
Acorns looks beyond just daycare, and puts a lot of effort in bringing the best out of a child to which we really appreciate.
They also use a phone app to keep us updated with our child throughout the day with photos and activity updates - so parents don't miss out in the fun.

We are very happy with our choice of Acorns House (city centre) nursery. They are very personable, ensure a review of our sons day at every collection, and are always transparent with any issues or accidents. The menu is varied and our child seems to enjoy as he usually eats everything. We are especially

Overall Experience

My second child is currently at Acorns Llandaff and my experience for both children has been nothing short of excellent. The environment is caring and nurturing. The range of activities is great, especially the messy play. The food menu is very healthy and varied. The staff are very kind, positive and

caring. The managers are extremely professional and maintain this level of professionalism day in and day out, I always leave drop off and pick up feeling so impressed at the constant high level of service they provide. My child's key carers have all taken the time to really get to know him and his personality, his likes and dislikes and all members of staff knew him by name almost immediately- a small thing that makes such a difference as a parent. I know that my child is well cared for, safe and happy at nursery and I cannot speak highly enough of Acorns Llandaff!

Overall Experience

Acorns Whitchurch provides a homely feel for my daughter and this is the standout feature in comparison to other nurseries from personal experience and that of friends. The environment is always clean with comfy furniture and well-prepped play areas. The food and variation of menus are excellent. Most

importantly, I always feel that every staff member cares about my child and visibly other children around her. They know where she is, and how she is and interact with her excitedly. This makes me confident that it's the next best place to be home.

Overall Experience

We are really happy with the care that Baby Acorns offers our son, he is really happy there. I was very anxious at the start but they helped him settle so quickly and now he loves being dropped off. The environment is so warm and cosy and the food is excellent. Our son has come on leaps and bounds with

confidence since starting to play with other children and the staff treat them like they are their own. It is on the more expensive end of the scale for the area but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. They do so many activities with them too - far more than me at home! A lovely nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter loves her days at nursery here. I can see how much she is thriving and gets from her time with the team. I can't praise their care enough.
Staff are so friendly and caring. Always going that extra bit further to make me as a parent feel settled leaving my baby and my daughter just adores

them.
Always a warm welcome. Very clean, bright and great facilities inside and out for the children. My daughter is engaged and learning (without realising it) every day. Great activities planned (you can tell time and effort is put into the planning).
My daughter definitely enjoys her meal times as well, always well balanced and a great variety of food. Location is also very convenient. Great nursery, I highly recommend.
