Can't fault Cuddles Day Nursery at all the staff have been so welcoming to my daughter and myself and are always extremely helpful a true credit to the company, my children absolutely loves going to nursery! I'm so glad I chose them at the beginning.

I have sent both my children to Cuddles Day Nursery and they have both come on in leaps and bounds. Each room designated to the different age groups are all amazing and do a great job. Both my children have loved going and never looked back. The staff are all so caring and love what they do. I would
highly recommend to other parents. Both of my children have started in the baby room and it will be a sad day when my youngest leaves for school.
Although we are never far away as the holiday club is also fabulous and the kids have such fun and outings.

My 3 year old daughter joined Cuddles Day Nursery following an abrupt ending with her previous care provided by a childminder. The staff have been welcoming, patient and caring during that transition which at times my daughter found difficult.
The experience of the staff and their dedication to the
children is clear.
Every day they enjoy time outside, there are different activities set up which the children can choose from each day but there is also structure to the day which my daughter benefits from. I have no hesitation recommending Cuddles and will continue to use them for holiday clubs once my daughter starts school.

My child has been attending Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) since he was 11 months old in 2022 and is now in the preschool room. As an early years teacher, I had high expectations for the setting I wanted for my child and Cuddles have exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff are so welcoming
and provide excellent experiences for the children. My son is so happy and is so excited to attend every time! The preschool staff are making his final year before starting school so wonderful! He has a severe allergy which is so worrying for us as parents but the staff at Cuddles are so attentive to every detail that we have never felt worried.
Thank you so much to every member of staff who have made an effort to greet my son by name and make him feel so special. It makes going to work that little bit easier knowing he is so well looked after! Thank you Cuddles!

Cuddles has been a lifesaver. It is the best childcare provider ever in the area. I have had my 2 kids in Cuddles. I would strongly recommend Cuddles to anyone looking for excellent childcare and peace of mind. The staff are amazing. They are caring and always listening to my daughter's needs. They
are respectful to all families and they respect and appreciate differences among kinds due to culture, religion, ethnicity etc. My girls have been always the happiest with Cuddles. I have been also using Cuddles Holiday Club and it has been brilliant and cost-effective.
If you are looking for a place where your kid will be happy and well looked after, then Cuddles is the perfect place.

My little girl started at Cuddles in September for her final year before starting big school. She has come on leaps and bounds with her friends and teachers in the Conchitas room. She is always so excited to go in and even asks to go in at the weekend! This just shows me how well looked after the children
are. My daughter has a great bond with her key worker, who has made us feel so comfortable. She loves it here, we will be sad to see her leave! Thank you to all the girls who have helped my little one grow and flourish!

Our son has been attending Cuddles for the last 18 months. He has enjoyed his experience, and we would recommend this nursery to local parents, particularly those planning to transition their children to nearby schools.
The staff at the nursery are warm and engaging, forming significant bonds with
our son. However, a notable downside is the part-time nature of the staff, leading to roaming between rooms. This is disrupting, and often the room leader is not the most experienced.
The nursery's large, school-like setup is a definite plus, providing an environment akin to a small school, great for children preparing to enter full-time education. Despite its size and the benefits that come with it, this does mean the setting is less personal vs smaller, more intimate childcare options, like that of our daughter with a childminder.
Additionally, the nursery organises far fewer outings; perhaps only two annually compared to the almost daily trips our daughter enjoys with her childminder.

I am a mother who has been using the nursery for the past 3 years. I can say that the preschool rooms have been absolutely fantastic. My children have had so much fun in the preschool rooms and gardens, especially Hetty Hornets! The staff of this age group has been a great support to my children and
myself I could not have asked for a better setting for them to attend. They have developed and learned so much, with so much to constantly do. The room leaders and key workers go above and beyond to ensure every child's needs are catered for individually. They have shown my children love, learning, and happiness. Thanks for everything you do, especially to the hornets who have cared for 2 of my children, you deserve so much recognition for all of your hard work and dedication!

My children have been with Cuddles, Parkstone for a total of 4 years between them. The staff and environment are second to none and I couldn't have wished for better. Sadly, my son leaves cuddles this year to move on to a big school; and I know I'll be very sad to not only leave nursery days behind,
but this nursery and staff in particular. They have helped my children progress enormously, providing encouragement and giving them the confidence they need to start in school life. My son has said that he "loves nursery affinity" (infinity) and doesn't want to leave the staff and other children in his class. Thank you all for everything you have done for not just my children, but for me over the past 4 years. Your support has been so gratefully received. We'll miss seeing you every day!

I can rate this nursery highly enough, it’s fantastic. Both of my girls have been at Cuddles from the age of 1 year until they started school (my youngest is due to start school this September). The staff are amazing and the care is excellent. The nursery is perfect for getting them ready for school!

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter joined the baby unit at just 6.5 months old and has thrived under their care. The communication between the admin team and ourselves has been super efficient and quick and the communication and feedback from the staff who work with my daughter is always detailed
and positive. I’m so pleased we chose it as it has a lovely welcoming family feel to it and the staff, although busy, always make time for you. They cater brilliantly to my little one’s allergy and are so caring and lovely! Thank you.

My daughter settled very quickly even if she started later. The staff are amazing, and my daughter considers them her best friends! I think that it’s the most important part, she feels safe and cared for and has a lot of fun activities during her stay. She loves it here!

We have had 2 of our children at the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone. The setting is perfect with lots to do for the children, great access and parking for parents, and lovely staff who are friendly and treat all the children like they would their own. Fantastic indoor and outdoor play
options and lots of trips out, great food options, and reasonably priced. Impressed with the nursery and how much my children have developed in confidence and academically.

I am very glad that I chose this nursery. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. They go on trips, go to soft play and the library. The staff support the child on difficult mornings. Both of my little boys went here. The older one, who is already in school, mentions how good it was to be here.
In short, I am very happy.

My daughter has been with Cuddles for just over a year now and it has done wonders for her confidence and social skills. The staff are amazing and take great care of the children, going above and beyond to help with their personal development and get them ready for school. I've been extremely impressed
with the facilities, events and activities that the children get the opportunity to participate in; most recently the class nativity, which 9 months ago my daughter wouldn't have done in front of all the other parents! A big thank you to all the staff in the Conchita's room, you're fantastic and I hope my daughter is fortunate enough to have similar experiences when she starts at school next year!

Staff at Cuddles were great, my daughter really came out of her shell and built so much confidence thanks to everyone. She really enjoyed going to cuddles and playing whilst learning, so much so it was often hard to get her to come home! Not only that, but my eldest also thought it looked great and
asked to use their wraparound care this year rather than the school's.
