We have had a brilliant experience with Busy Bees Wandsworth. We were really nervous about settling our 1-year-old but the staff were so supportive and helpful in getting her used to nursery life. My daughter is already so happy at nursery, very relaxed at drop off and happy at pick up, and clearly
enjoys her days so much. The staff are all excellent at what they do and are so friendly and helpful to us too.

My child has been here for about nine months and she absolutely loves it. The environment and the surrounding fields are so calm and provide a lot of exploring space. Since joining this nursery she has become more confident in communication, play and verbally which is credit to the fantastic staff making
her feel so happy and relaxed there.
The director of this nursery has great visions and I've seen the place evolve in the nine months and can see it improving week by week.

My son attends Busy Bees and the care he has received here is brilliant. The staff always greet him on arrival and he happily goes to nursery.
We have noticed as his parents his character coming out more and more and how they are developing his skills socially and from a learning perspective- he is
always showing us new things he has learnt. He always was a social child and independent but we see this more now than ever.
An additional note is the staff; I cannot fault any of them, I can call anytime and they provided great support to me leaving him there as a first time mum as I found it particularly stressful. Now I know he loves going and enjoys it and I know he is in safe hands.
Would recommend this nursery in a heart beat to parents.

I can only thank everyone who works at this nursery from the bottom of my heart. 7 teachers in particular you are all wonderful. Since day 1 I did not doubt that I could trust you all to look after my daughter.
This intimate setting is perfect. The activities organised during the day are fantastic
to support my daughter in her development. It's been amazing to see her flourish since she started at nursery. They somehow work their magic to get my daughter napping and frequent and appropriate nappy changes and she is always well kept and clean on pick up (and always smiling on pick up). Updates on the app are consistent and very sweet.

I have sent my son to a few other places in the area before settling with Busy Bees and I've got to say this is the place that makes me feel most assured. The management team is professional and involves closely in taking care of the students. The room teachers are confident, knowledgeable and loving
towards the children. My baby makes friends with many kids from around the world and my husband and I form great relationships with their parents.
The teachers organise fantastic events all year round to promote family relationships, environment, sports and culture/religion diversity and that, aside from teaching the children about different aspects of life, creates strong bonds amongst families.
My son learnt to be independent and compassionate as well as is nurtured the love of reading.
Can't recommend enough!

Both my children attend the nursery and they have settled in so well, I'm so happy with the progress they have made. Every morning they are so excited to go into nursery. The staff are always quick to inform me if something is not right. The staff are brilliant they are always making sure the nursery
is super clean and well set up for when the children attend. I'm so pleased with everything and I couldn't think of sending my boys anywhere else.

Our baby is incredibly happy at this nursery. All the staff members know her by name and she has a big smile each time she comes in and sees familiar adults. The children spend lots of time outdoors and the environment is very safe for them to explore their surroundings autonomously. I like the fact
that different age groups sometimes mix, which allows our little ones to observe older kids. The staff are all very attentive to the children's needs and I feel there is great back-and-forth communication with the parents. What I particularly enjoy is the nursery's app through which I know what our daughter has eaten, and how much she slept and at the end of the day we get a written report of what she has done during the day with some photos, which always brings a big smile on my face, as I get a glimpse of her day without having been there!

We are very happy that we chose Busy Bees Glenalmond for our daughter. It took a while for her to settle in the nursery but thanks to caring and dedicated staff members she is now loving it there. The environment is great and feels like home once we enter the building. I like to follow the app and see

My children attended the Busy Bees Glenalmond nursery from 2 - 4 years old and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The staff and management were consistently engaging, friendly and got to know our children well. The staff was focused on addressing special needs as they arose and kept us
up to date on speech development and potty training progress. My son was quite shy to begin but became comfortable and confident in the environment speaking volumes to the trust he had in the staff. We loved how much the children are offered time in the garden to be outdoors throughout the year. The parent app isn't updated consistently but we took that as a sign that the focus and time is spent on the children where it should be. The staff was very good about contacting us if ever there was a need and would answer any questions we had on progress/updates at the end of each day. Seeing the progress and independence my kids have gained during their time here has exceeded our expectations!

The nursery staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes information doesn't get passed onto relevant staff, which causes delays as having to ask/inform each individual separately.
The food provided is versatile and enjoyable and usually, plates are finished. I do wish more fresh vegetables
were provided at lunchtime. Nevertheless, a portion of fresh vegetables/fruit a day is always available, that's great.
The rooms are well equipped and are constantly being improved. The children spend lots of time outside, in fresh air always beneficial. The staff is always creating new resources and decorations and is updating the room information board and artwork. I find that sometimes children's work tends to get lost, I wish it was better organised so that parents can keep them.
Maybe an indoor/outdoor shoe policy could be implemented to keep the rooms even more clean and avoid rain and dirt on the floors. Also to make children more comfortable so that they aren't in rain boots all day.

Our sons over the years have really enjoyed each day over the last 3 years here. We loved that the boys were taken outside whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music and exercise sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between.
The
carers have been amazing - we've known all of them over the last 3 years; that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a second home to our children. The chef has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs with great enthusiasm. It was a really warm and caring environment which helped nurture our sons. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable.
Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment; it's based on 3 years plus of experience with two different-aged sons. Thank you so much to the Fortune Green team for being there with us.

We started in April and have had a really positive experience so far. The staff in our room have been at the nursery for a long time and have been really supportive in our transition from maternity leave. The information and pics on the app are great but the handovers in the morning and evening show
how much care and attention is taken for each individual child. It 100% makes it much easier when your little one is happy to go to the staff that they see regularly. Being purpose-built, every room has access to an outside area so they don't have to work to slots and outside time isn't just restricted to nice days. They literally do in a day what I could do in a week the amount of activities they do! Couldn't recommend this place more!

Our little boy has been attending the nursery since he turned 1 and we are so happy with how he has settled in over the last six weeks or so. The staff have been wonderful - especially the ladies in his room. He goes in smiling and is always happy and laughing when we pick him up. We feel he is safe
and well cared for and seeing how much he seems to enjoy himself has made us feel so much better about leaving him. The staff keep in touch via a helpful app and we get to see photos of the varied activities the children have been doing (even Spanish lessons!). We also really enjoy the opportunity to attend the nursery for 'Stay and Play' sessions so we get to witness the fun firsthand! Thank you to all at Busy Bees North Chiswick for such conscientious and kind childcare. We are very grateful.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since April 2024. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and caring. She's always happy to go and happy at the end of the day, and the activities are varied and engaging. I love the fact that I've never felt that she's solely under the care of his key person, the staff
really do work as a team and it makes a huge difference. The manager is brilliant, and the nursery has been extremely supportive and accommodating to our family needs. I genuinely can't recommend this setting highly enough. They are all wonderful but one staff member in particular needs a special thanks, she is absolutely amazing.

I can't say thank you enough for the great help they gave to my son.
It has been a year full of achievements, with great care and love from all the staff. We leave the nursery with plenty of good memories we will always cherish!
