Everything about the nursery is well-organized and transparent, making it easy for parents to stay informed and feel confident about their child's care and development. The staff build wonderful relationships with the children, showing genuine care, patience, and dedication. Their ability to connect with each child on an individual level creates a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere where little ones can thrive.
Overall, this nursery is a fantastic place for young children to learn, grow, and develop in a loving and stimulating setting. Highly recommended!

Opening times are discussed during the initial tour of the nursery, we are clear that we close over Christmas and our fees are worked out over 50 weeks of the year. This is documented in our fee structure, which states " Pennies are open 51 weeks of the year (but we only charge for 50 weeks) closing on public holidays and between Christmas and New Year. We are transparent with parents from the beginning, so they are clear what we offer before registering. We offer two official parents' evenings throughout the year, but parents are welcome to discuss their child's development at any time. We will always make time to meet to discuss any concerns or to give an understanding of what we are working towards. Please feel free to talk to the Head of Unit or your Key person if you would like to arrange a "catch-up". Thank you for your feedback with regards to our outside equipment, the managers' have been notified and will assess it as a matter of urgency and rectified where needed.
