Overall Experience

Kids Planet Conwy has just been fantastic for my little boy. I was so worried about having to put him in Nursery, but I shouldn't have been as the care & love he has had here have been second to none. He was very unsure to start with & would initially cry being left, but now goes in with open arms &

usually a smile for the Aunties. This is a real credit to them, it is the work they have done with him to make him feel happy & safe there. The Aunties are pure gold, no question is ever a problem, they explain everything & share any concern. They get to know your child & that really does make all the difference. I can't thank them enough, they have made the heartwrenching task of having to leave him whilst I work so much easier knowing he is happy. He eats so well when he is there & they have been great with his dietary requirement! He loves getting fully involved in all the activities. Plus the photos (which are just the best) & updates during the day let me know how he is getting on too.

Overall Experience

An absolutely fabulous nursery and setting. I only ever speak so highly about everything to do with Kids Planet. My little one absolutely loves coming and loves all the aunties. I can't wait for my other little one to join eventually. My little one is so loved, cared for and looked after when attending.

They understand my little ones' needs and even love for bunnies! Bunny never misses out either, bunny goes on all adventures and enjoys all activities too. Which makes my little one super happy. Every week I see my little one stride in something new and I only have the aunties to thank for this. I can see just how much my little one has learnt so far in not even a year of attending.
May I also add such a warm welcome to us as parents when we drop off and pick up.

Absolutely lovely nursery and staff. Always busy with the children and take them on little trips. Love seeing photos shared throughout the day of what he is getting up to. Feel comfortable knowing my son is going somewhere that's welcoming and good care is given.

All the staff at West End are so lovely my son loves going here.

Overall Experience

My son used to go to this nursery and now my daughter goes there. The staff are lovely and very welcoming towards myself and my daughter. The minute you walk through the door it's just a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Overall Experience

Great nursery and the staff. If I have any worries I know I can talk to them and have support. My son loves going to nursery and seeing all his friends. The outdoor play is amazing. My son loves the pirate ship. I couldn't recommend a better nursery.

Overall Experience

My child's being going here nearly 2 years now and she loves it, she's just turned 3 can sing the whole alphabet and count to 10 in Welsh.
Also loves nursery dinner and often has seconds, can't fault the nursery.

Amazing staff. Always so lovely helpful happy and welcoming. So good with the little ones. My little boy loves running in in the morning always greeted with a morning and his name by everyone. He's always had a lovely morning and doesn't want to come home at home time. He would be more than happy to

stay and play all day if he could. Always playing outside which is amazing. The team always have amazing tuff tray ideas for indoor play too.

Overall Experience

I'd love to be allowed to mention names as this girl deserves to be recognised but I always get a friendly warm welcome and a 5-star service every single time. Most recently she went out of her way to bring my daughter to the car and strapped her into her car seat whilst I attended to my other daughter.

Not only this girl but all of the girls in nursery are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome. There is nothing negative I can say about this nursery as a whole I think you are all brilliant.

Overall Experience

All the staff at Ashbourne House make the effort to make every child that attends along with their family feel welcome. My daughter has difficulty with drop-off time at nursery, the staff are so patient and there is never any rush for me to leave when dropping her off, so that I can settle her. She

is always happy when in nursery. There are a variety of activities for the children to engage with along with nutritious and varied lunch/snacks. As a family we are very happy with Ashbourne House and would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Springfield/Kids Planet is a great daycare for our little one, who has been going since he was 10 months old and is nearly 2! We are always greeted enthusiastically which makes him excited for the day ahead (on the odd day when he is sad I know the Aunties will always try to make him feel better when

I have to leave him for work). I believe he is safe and as parents, we are comfortable in the knowledge that he is well cared for, as if they're a big happy family. We enjoy the updates they add onto the app which includes a care diary where they add meal times (a good variety of food too) and when they have changed his nappies, and there are many activities with photographs which show him enjoying his time at nursery with his aunties and friends. Wholly recommend this nursery, everyone is wonderful; Managers and Staff are all very lovely and friendly and they genuinely have the best interests of the children at heart. Overall Experience

My daughter has been here for the last 3 and a half years. She absolutely loves it. The staff have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for her. Since being here she has gone from strength to strength. She has come on so much in her development and communication skills. She loves the

craft activities she is involved in daily and the outdoor area. The atmosphere when I'm there is always a positive one with all the children happy, smiling and playing. The communication between myself and staff is excellent, with handovers daily. The building itself is lovely, clean and always decorated with children's work, photos, and themed decorations. The online portal is great and regularly updated with photos that I really enjoy looking through. I'd like to thank everyone who has been involved in caring for my daughter and helping me bring up a confident, independent, caring and happy little girl. She was well equipped to face going to school because of her experiences here.

As a first-time mum, leaving my baby for the first time was incredibly daunting, but as a working mum, it had to be done. After researching several nurseries, I'm so glad I chose Springfield Nursery West End. The entire team is amazing and truly your best supporters, but I have to give a special mention

to the two ladies who have been absolutely incredible with my little girl and with me. Their care and attention have made balancing work and motherhood just that little bit easier. If I had another baby, I would 100% feel confident putting them here. I can't praise them enough!

Overall Experience

Mine and my child's experience of Ashbourne House has been one of overwhelming positivity. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The work that they have done with my child has certainly seen their development accelerate and has aided in the building of confidence and other skills which have aided
