Overall Experience

We absolutely love Kids Planet North Wingfield and are so happy we have chosen to send our child here. He has progressed hugely in every area since he started in April 2023 and we will be so sad when he leaves this summer. He's made lots of new friends and also has fantastic relationships with all the

staff, especially his key workers. He speaks so highly of them, as do we! They are all so kind, caring and imaginative; they're always providing new activities and ideas. We've especially loved hearing of the new Udeskole approach which has built brilliantly on their existing outdoor learning initiatives. We know our child is in safe hands at Kids Planet and love the regular updates we receive through the app. Thank you so much for you all do!

Overall Experience

I heard about how good Newbold kids plant was through friends made at a local play group, and a good friend of mine whose child had an amazing experience there.
The staff are amazing and quickly made a close bond with my daughter, she's become so much more confident since staring there its lovely

to see. It's really helped with her development milestones too, every day she seems to have learnt something new. It's such a warm inviting space for children to learn and grow and become independent, the staff are angels and just radiant warmth and love for what they do. Very lucky to have the best nursery on my doorstep, thank you very much for making the hardest transition of motherhood that much easier.

Overall Experience

We absolutely love this nursery for our son. The nursery is outstanding, they always provide the best care for the children. We get updated all the time through an app where we receive pictures and information throughout the day - this is very comforting.
He loves exploring outdoors and with kids

planet he is able to do this. We can't believe how much he has come on since going here! His speech, development and confidence has grown tremendously.
The meals provided on a daily basis are always changing, our son seems to love all meals. We even have the recipes at home for us to make!
All the girls working there are up to standards , we absolutely love seeing everybody when dropping River off. The manager is very friendly and is always there when needed!
We definitely recommend.

Overall Experience

We have never had any problems here. Our children absolutely love it and the staff. I felt at ease leaving my children here for the first time. The staff can't do enough for us and always go above and beyond to make sure our children are happy. I would recommend this nursery.

My daughter is in the pre-school room. The staff are always friendly and approachable. They give a thorough handover at the end of the day. We get regular updates through the day on the app. They make an effort to take the children out on trips.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Brampton for almost three months now. Initially, she struggled to settle in, but the staff were incredibly supportive and kept me well informed throughout the process. Now, communication continues through the app, which is updated regularly with details about

her day, sometimes even including photos of her activities.
The staff are caring, attentive, and always willing to adapt to align with how we do things at home.
While there is no dedicated outdoor space, this hasn't been an issue as she is currently in the baby room. The team takes her on occasional outings in the local area, and she absolutely loves visiting the ducks.
We're really pleased with our choice of Kids Planet Brampton.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise this nursery, the manager and the staff in the toddler room enough. I was dreading sending my son to nursery as he has never been left with anyone other than his nana, me and his dad. The staff made me feel so at ease and the manager answered all my questions both in person and via email

(very quickly). My son has settled so well and even when he was having a difficult transition period the staff did everything to make him feel welcome and cared for. I am so thankful I found this nursery for him. His eating has come on amazingly and his speech improved withing the first few sessions. Highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been attending this Nursery since September 2023. Before starting, she was invited for settling visits to help with the transition - even before starting, the staff were so welcoming and happy to answer any questions. We needed a care plan put together due to daily medication; The manager

and the team made sure to go over this thoroughly which really eased our minds.
It has been wonderful to see the progress and friendships our daughter has made. She will also often come home talking about the staff.
Our daughter loved both the baby room and nursery room and has now started in the preschool room. It is clear that all the staff absolutely love their jobs; they provide lovely creative activities whilst ensuring all the rooms have a calm, nurturing atmosphere. We have also been impressed with the recent introduction of 'Udeskole' and have loved seeing pictures of our daughter toasting marshmallows around a fire pit! The app is great and we love seeing what she gets up to!

Overall Experience

Both our boys have attended this nursery - One of them has left to start school, and we've seen such positive growth in him, all thanks to the nurturing and supportive environment provided here. The staff have always been kind, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being and development of the children.
The

transition to school has been seamless for our eldest, and we believe much of that confidence comes from the solid foundation he received at the nursery.
Our youngest is still there, and every time he comes home with a huge smile on his face. The nursery has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that really puts our minds at ease, knowing he's in great hands. They are very careful with the aspect of children with allergies also which has made us feel more at ease leaving our youngest.
We couldn't have asked for a better start for both of our boys!

Overall Experience

My granddaughter has been coming to this nursery since September and has settled really well. The staff are attentive and compassionate, they always show an interest. They work on lots of development milestones and my granddaughter has really come on in leaps and bounds, her social skills are excellent

as a result of the environment and stimulation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Overall Experience

My 3 girls currently attend Kids Planet Newbold, it's a fantastic nursery, all staff and management go above and beyond. The girls are always upset when I leave them but from the support and reassurance staff give, means they always have a fantastic day and are very happy when I pick them up. My eldest

who is 3 always comes home singing different nursery rhymes she's learnt, counting her numbers and practising her ABC's. Great communication amongst staff to parents. They use a fantastic app in which you receive photos of your child during the day, information on what they've eaten, nappy changes etc. Variety of different snacks and meals are also given. Overall brilliant!

Overall Experience

Overall Experience

Both my son and daughter have attended here since they were 10 months, my son is currently in pre-school and my daughter is in babies, both settled in well and have a good relationship with their key workers and other staff, they are comfortable expressing their needs and I'm reassured that their needs

are always met. The building is a clean and welcoming place and there is a good variety of toys and activities for the children to choose from in each room. I love that there is a good and increasing focus on outdoor time for all the age groups, my son in particular will excitedly recount things they've got up to outside. I feel the staff know my children well, the communication is really good and I feel informed on what stage both my children are at. I get a detailed report at the end of each day with food eaten, naps, nappies, any accidents/incidents and general behaviour throughout the day.
