Overall Experience

Both of my children attend the nursery and both are very different in their needs. My 1st child is a real mummies boy and we still have the normal bribes on the drop off to not go to nursery- over time and another child later I've learnt that this is quite normal so let this be reassuring to any mums

with screaming babies at the drop off. But I can honestly say it's been invaluable. The bonds, friendships and development he has achieved would not have been possible without the staff and activities at KP. My second child is delayed in her gross motor skills and the team have been so supportive. I have daily updates about both children and see how they've eaten and what they've been up to each day. The handover with staff makes me know that they know my children on a personal level and that's all I could ask for.

Overall Experience

My son has been with this nursery from September 2024. As first time parents we didn't know what to expect with him starting nursery and we both were very apprehensive. Everyone at this nursery made us feel completely at ease from the word go! We were never made to feel a nuisance when we regularly

rang for updates at the beginning! The staff really made the effort to get to know my son so that he really felt comfortable being there. We get regular updates on the app about all the wonderful activities they do with the children and how my son is developing. The staff always give my husband and I advice if we are worried about something and reassurance too. I really feel my son is really well cared for and love and kindness that he receives is so lovely. All the staff members have gotten to know his name even if he isn't in their room. We appreciate all the wonderful activities that the staff come up with and how much time the children spend outside. We can't thank this nursery enough!

Submitted this as 2025 because my boy currently attends but used this nursery since my first born who is now 21. Many of the staff are still the same! I think that says alot about work environment! Not just a couple, i mean most! Have had 3 children now attend here between 2002 and 2025 and i really

wouldn't want my preschool kid anywhere else! He's an absolute handful but they are honest about his behaviour, eating, sleeping etc so we are aware. They massively reward his good behaviour, he loves his stickers and he loves his time there!

Overall Experience

My son has been attending the nursery for 2 years now and I don't have any regrets in choosing this setting for him. As full time working parents, it was important for us that he created bonds with the nursery staff. From the early days in the baby room, through to the pre school room, all staff have

nurtured him and supported his development needs. As a first time parent it can feel quite overwhelming leaving your child in a childcare setting, however I have complete peace of mind that my child is well taken care of in my absence. My son enjoys outside time which is encouraged in all weathers! A highlight for him is also mealtimes due to the nursery's wonderful cook who prepares healthy balanced meals with lots of variety. Every week the children also partake in an arranged activity provided by an external company that my son loves to tell me all about when he gets home. The staff at the nursery have played a big part in shaping my sons wonderful character!

Overall Experience

Fantastic Nursery with Caring Staff. My children currently attend this nursery, and we couldn't be happier. The boys love it here and are always excited to go. They take part in a wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors, keeping them engaged and learning in a fun way.

The staff genuinely

care about the children and create a nurturing environment. The nursery provides an excellent educational foundation, helping with early development. The food is of high quality, and including free nappies is a great help, especially during toilet training.

I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and stimulating place for their little ones!

Overall Experience

We have been really pleased with our choice of sending our child to Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and supportive with helping our daughter to settle at nursery. The app is a brilliant resource in helping to reassure us throughout the day that she is okay. The staff

are amazing at helping her to settle when she is upset and we have been really impressed with how the staff really get to know what helps her with this.
We love that they go outside all the time, and love that they have food and activities around the fire pit. Food is really varied and our daughter eats everything and more that is offered to her. Communication is really important to us as parents as we were initially nervous of leaving our daughter in the care of someone else, but we are constantly reassured and know that our daughter has a fab time when she's there and it is lovely to see that she is making friends.

Overall Experience

My little boy has been at the nursery since he was 7 months old, he loves everyone there so much! He talks about the staff when he is at home all the time and tells us about all the fun things they do. The nursery provide so much for the children and always go off their interests. Their love for outdoors

is amazing, especially the fire pit sessions. We love all the updates and feedback from the staff. We are gutted that he will have to leave nursery to go to school soon.

Overall Experience

Since our daughter has started here she's come on in leaps and bounds. I can't thank everyone at Kids Planet enough for what they have done for our little girl and being an essential part in not just her education but her overall development into a funny and very loud little girl.
She absolutely loves

going to nursery, I think if she could stay there 24/7 she would. She literally never wants to leave when I pick her up and ignores her dad when she gets there to go play with her friends and the staff. If that doesn't speak volumes about the place. The food as well is fantastic she eats better than me.
I love to see how she's doing and what she's getting up to do it's nice that they have an app where they will post a story time of what she's doing today with some pictures and then also what she's had to eat, gone to the toilet and if she has a sleep to which is all time stamped.
The staff are so lovely and friendly and you can tell they really care about the children.

This is such a wonderful nursery. I really do feel like I am leaving my child with the experts. They make me feel so at ease about having to leave my child to go to work. He really enjoys going. They are always happy to give me advice when I ask. I never feel rushed out of the door, the team always

have time for you. Thank you so much for all your hard work. This place feels like an extended family and they offer regular parent events for you to attend. I love that they teach core skills and recognise the importance of the great outdoors. My boy has developed so much since starting here.

Overall Experience

Great experience all around for myself and my child. The staff are excellent and my child has a real bond with them. They go out of their way to nurture that bond and make sure my child has a great experience and enjoys his time there. The management staff have been able to handle all requests swiftly

and with attention. My child's development has came a long way since attending and I have seen first hand some of the activities they get the children involved in to provide fun learning experiences. The nursery is kept very clean and to a high standard. They use an app so parents can see moments of the child's day such as what they have eaten and how much, how much sleep they've had, nappy changes and learning experiences. It is an all inclusive nursery where everything from nappies to food is included in the cost so I only have to pack a spare pair of clothes for when the fun gets a bit messy. Overall have no complaints at all and am glad we chose this nursery for our child.

Absolutely fabulous in every way! This is my second child attending Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke and I wouldn't have looked anywhere else!
For me it's like home from home; the love and care all the staff provide is heartwarming and makes you feel safe and reassured as a parent.
From the setting to the

activities, the food and the outings provide a place for
Children to blossom and develop in a fun caring and encouraging environment.
For me, above all, it's the staff at Kids Planet who make this nursery outstanding! Each and every staff member knows your child and always greets you with a warm welcome. They take the time to build amazing relationships with each child having a truly special bond making their time at nursery and preschool special, one that will leave them feeling happy, confident and full of insight and knowledge as they take their next steps through education.
Would highly recommend this nursery setting.

Both of our children have been to this nursery. Our eldest son has left now but when we were pregnant with our second, we immediately knew which nursery she would go to. Some of the staff have been at the nursery for years and it's so lovely to have such familiar faces over the years. Our son loves

coming back to pick his sister up as everybody loves to chat with him. Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and has made such great connections with the staff. We love sending her somewhere we know cares about her to such a great standard. I would always recommend Kids Planet Basford.
