My daughter has just graduated from the Kangaroo Pouch. She has come on leaps and bounds from being here. The staff have been amazing with her. My daughter absolutely loved going; she woke up every morning, and still does now, asking if she has nursery. Thank you Kangaroo Pouch for helping my daughter

Two of my grandsons attended but not at the same time. I found the nursery welcoming and cheerful and the staff was always ready to listen and help. Both of the children were happy to go and full of smiles when they were fetched to go home. I will recommend this nursery at any time if someone was asking.

An absolute pleasure to send my child to this nursery. Very pleased with the level of care they provided my child.
My child has always ended his day at nursery with a huge smile on his face, which is enough to tell me that he really enjoys his time there.
Constant updates throughout the day to inform
me of what my child eats, nappy changes and sleep gives me peace of mind whilst I am at work.
This nursery also supported my child 100% in regards to his hearing aids and worked very well with his ‘teacher of the deaf’. I am very pleased and appreciative of all their help and support.
My child started in the baby room and is now turning two soon. He has developed very well and can now count to 10! Proud of what he has learnt and achieved whilst being here. Thank you!

The nursery staff are all very friendly both my children have attended and both my children loved going to the nursery. Issues were dealt with in a timely manner and any concerns were addressed. Head office staff are amazing all emails were dealt with within a 24 hour period and in a professional manner.
I would definitely use the nursery again if I had more children.

My son attended this nursery since he was 7 months old. Whilst in the baby room the staff were great, however after moving rooms, my son was constantly ill, 4 out of 5 days per week he would come home with a nappy rash (but would never experience this when was not at nursery) and his key worker lacked
communication skills, and did not seem qualified, as struggled with the basics. The manager is rude and unapproachable. I had a number of meetings with management to try to work through the issues as the last thing I wanted to do was move my child, but I found her again to be rude, and failed to listen to my concerns, or take accountability when the wrongdoings were clear to see. As a result, I would score zero, but the 1 star is in recognition of 2 staff who were great throughout his time there and frankly too good for this nursery.

My son started at Kangaroo Pouch Bloxwich nearly a year ago, he has come on so much with his confidence and speech! The educational/academic side of my son's learning has been absolutely brilliant and he is doing fantastic. Each time he has come home lately he has learnt something new and surprises
us all the time. The staff are brilliant with him and very intentive and genuinely care about his well being.
I love that Kangaroo Pouch has an app that tells you about what your child has done throughout the day, however, there are times when the app has not been updated for a while making it hard to know what your child has eaten or if they have had a nap. I would love to see more observations on my child and photos of him enjoying his day. I would love there to be an opportunity to come in and be able to watch my child interact and more parent's evenings. They have done amazing with helping support my son with his potty training and gaining his confidence. The staff are amazing.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9-months old. I was initially worried about returning to work and how my son would feel when he grows up about being left in a day-care facility whilst his father and I worked. I needn't have bothered worrying. My son has thrived in the nursery so much
that I am considering putting him in there full time as I feel he is getting so much more from being there, than being stuck with me all day! The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the children. They have an app so I know what my son has eaten and when he has been to sleep throughout the day. They also publish observations, pictures and messages through the app, so I always feel in the loop with what is happening.

Fantastic nursery. My child started in September, not being able to say a sentence and still in nappies, he is now fully toilet trained and can express with confidence sentences, count to 10 and is extremely clever, couldn’t thank the nursery enough for the support they have given my child.

My son has started Kangaroo Pouch Willenhall recently, due to covid he had never left my side before going here. However, every member of staff have been so lovely and welcoming and really took a massive weight off my shoulders knowing every time I drop my son off he will be in the best care possible.
He has only been here a short while and I am already seeing great improvement in my son's speech and knowledge. I am updated throughout the day which is ideal as I can see what he has eaten, when he has slept and what fun he is up to etc. This nursery is very clean, spacious and has very high safeguarding standards. I can’t fault it at all and would recommend to anyone looking to give their child the best start to their education in a home-from-home environment.

I was very nervous when my child started nursery for the first time. It was hard getting her settled in at first, many tears from both me and her but the staff were so supportive and helped my daughter settle in very quickly.
I have noticed a very positive change in her behaviour since she started
the nursery, she has become more independent and she’s now happy to go to nursery.
I would recommend the nursery, I have personally seen my child’s behaviour change positively, it’s always been a struggle to manage tantrums and get her to listen but I don’t face these issues anymore. Happy days.

I discovered Kangaroo Pouch Day Nursery when I needed help with my child. My first encounter was very encouraging and had to drop all my other options. The environment compared to others was welcoming. The nursery time allocations also suited my needs and all staff members have been very helpful. They
are flexible and now that I am a student, I have been given an opportunity to ask for help when needed and they are more than happy to support me. Honestly, I have not regretted my choice and I am happy to have my child attend the nursery.
