Overall Experience

Riverside Nursery Schools Twickenham Park is such a great environment for our daughter. She genuinely loves the baby room. The staff is wonderful and they genuinely care about her and her development. You see it in the interactions during drop off and pick up but it is also reinforced through the other

events like parents evening. Not only does the staff care for my child but they care about each other and are friends which means they are happy at work (an often overlooked thing in child care). They have such a consultative approach, helping you and your baby navigate whatever needs working on (for us it was her milk and egg allergy). They do lots of fun activities with them and she's always coming home with art, which I didn't expect from the baby room. We are extremely sad to leave but we are moving house and it's just too far away for us now.

Overall Experience

My son graduated from Riverside Montessori St Margarets in June 2024, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. He had an absolutely wonderful time there. The teachers are like mothers, nurturing, caring, and incredibly supportive. They provided a safe and loving environment that made my son look

forward to going to nursery every day. Additionally, the staff were always supportive of parents, offering guidance and assistance whenever needed. Their dedication and commitment to the children and their families are truly commendable.
Thank you for everything you did for my son. We will always cherish the memories and the positive impact you had on his early years.

Overall Experience

Twickenham Park is a cut above other nurseries in the area, and the staff and management team have always gone way beyond expectations. The facility is great, the quality of care is excellent and the genuine care for our daughter is clearly evident in the thoughtful reports we get. She has been so happy

in the baby and now toddler room. We are so sad to leave due to relocation and will miss the team so much.

Overall Experience

Our son has been attending Twickenham Park for about 18 months now and this has been our first experience of a nursery environment. TP offers an excellent selection of activities for children (including yoga, karate and forest school) and has an abundance of resources in preschool room to prepare them

for school. The staff really care about the development and needs of each child. They adopt a tailored approach to nurture each child physically, emotionally and mentally. The preparation for school and the relationships they have with local schools is really excellent. They help with other areas of family life outside the nursery too - for example the arrival of a new sibling - these small things really help bridge the gap between home and there. It's an incredibly professional and well-run nursery, they take the safety of all children as their highest priority. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Overall Experience

Six months ago, we had to move to London due to my husband's job. Riverside Nursery Schools, St Margarets Montessori was the first school our son attended in a new country. Despite not knowing any English, the compassion of the teachers, the headmaster, and all the staff always made him feel happy and

at peace. His language skills and confidence developed quickly. We are grateful to all the teachers who do their jobs with passion and to our headmaster, who is always present and supportive. You have filled our first memories in a new place with happiness. We are deeply grateful and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Overall Experience

This is a one-of-a-kind nursery. It is an absolutely gorgeous setting, with every detail thought out to create an optimal environment for children. Beyond the stunning and impeccably clean facilities, the staff are what makes this nursery so amazing. They radiate warmth and kindness and are attentive

to the needs of each individual child. There are many extra-curricular activities and kids are taken on regular trips outside. Parents are also given opportunities to be part of activities which is fantastic. Since joining the nursery, my son has already learnt so much and developed many new skills. Seeing how happy he is going to nursery and his excitement sharing with us how his day has gone at the end of the day, really shows how outstanding this nursery is. A massive thank you to the excellent team.

Overall Experience

St Margarets Montessori has been a game-changer for our son over the past nine months. From the very first day, the staff went above and beyond to help him settle in. The teachers are not just experts in early childhood education, but they're also genuinely warm and patient people. They seem to have

an endless supply of compassion and understanding, which is truly a gift.
The facilities are top-notch, with a garden that's practically a kid's paradise compared to most other nurseries. It's spacious enough for the little ones to run around and explore to their hearts' content. Watching our son play there, make new friends, and thrive in such a nurturing environment has been a joy.
We feel like we've struck gold with St Margarets Montessori. It's a place where we know our son is in great hands, learning and growing every day. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

To the baby room and overall the all nursery: Our personal experience at the nursery has been truly great. As first time parents, leaving our 1st child to nursery (at 7 months) was one of the hardest things we had to do, but the nursery and baby room made it easier. We found a lot of support from all

the nursery, we really appreciated the honesty (in calling us any time our daughter would have fallen or hurt herself) and the precise and detailed track of several details in the app. Thank you!
We truly had an amazing experience with the nursery and we recommend it very much! Teachers are caring and loving, the nursery has a very high degree of honesty, trust and reliability.

Overall Experience

Our son started in the baby room at Riverside Nursery, Twickenham Park at age 10 months. As soon as we visited we were greeted with such a warm welcome from a friendly team that put our worries at ease immediately. You can truly feel how much the staff care about the babies.
Our son has a health condition

and the manager was so accommodating and ensured all staff were given in-depth training on the condition in order to safeguard our little boy at nursery. It made us feel so much more comfortable and reassured us we had made the right choice.
Our baby has come on leaps and bounds since starting at nursery and has formed such a sweet bond with his key worker. The nursery has been a home away from home and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The trust, care and warmth is unmatched!

Be aware that the photos shown here are not for this nursery, they are for the affiliated pre-school opposite for older children. The rooms at Grosvenor House unfortunately do not look like this at all. Our son attended this nursery for 2.5 months and we did not have a great experience. He came home

most days dirty with food smeared all down his front (easily avoided with a bib?!). You can't pick up or drop off to the room itself which I assume is due to the layout but means that you can never see your child and the carers in situ. We always had to ask lots of questions on pick-up to get any information about how our son got on or what they did that day. The room which we saw during the settles is OK, but doesn't have many colours or lots of toys and activities like other nurseries we've seen. Our son (who is normally very easy-going and adaptable) cried at every drop-off and pick-up here - at his new nursery this never happens anymore. Every child's different of course but this was our experience.

Overall Experience

We feel so lucky that our daughter goes to Kew Montessori, it is a wonderful little nursery, with most caring and attentive staff. The different activities each day, seasonal events, even introductions to various cultures, and traditions (often parent-led but it's lovely that it's so supported by the

nursery!) are all brilliant. I love seeing the weekly updates and pictures and seeing my daughter's progress.
The little playground right in front is such a great bonus too!
As others mentioned, the hours aren't ideal but if you can work with this and/or find wrap-around care then go for it. It's a great place!

Overall Experience

Our son (11 months) has started the nursery at Twickenham Park recently and seems very happy there. We had a great experience so far with a caring team and understanding management.
A few things we particularly like:
- That they allowed us to start with two days a week, for a smoother transition.
-

The flexibility of the settling period, which was adapted to our son (due to holidays and sickness) and completed with an extra day to help him finish the transition properly.
- That they are well-staffed (1 adult for 3 babies!).
- That they tell us when new behaviour happens and discuss it.
- The diversity of the meals.
- The photos on the app.

Overall Experience

Today is our daughter’s last day at the wonderful Twickenham Park and we are absolutely heartbroken to be leaving (we are relocating to live closer to family). Our daughter has thrived all the way through the baby, toddler, nursery and pre-school classes here and the care, support and love shown to

her by staff in all rooms has been nothing short of exceptional. A real home from home.
We have always felt strongly that our daughter would learn best in an environment where her personality is allowed to shine through and where meaningful social interactions are at the heart of every learning opportunity (she’s a chatterbox, like her mother!). Twickenham Park has provided exactly this backdrop for her to explore and develop confidence away from her family in a trustworthy setting (with delicious food from the chef!).
I will always be grateful for the impact that TP has had on our daughter (as well as us as parents!) and can wholeheartedly recommend them as a fantastic start in life.

My son loves this nursery and has made many friends, one of the drawing points for us was the big open space in the back garden which they make the most of with forest school, my son loves to make popcorn in the big tent outside and search for creepy crawlies. The activities are engaging, using basic

objects in an interesting way to pique the child's curiosity. I love the fact that you don't have to have expensive equipment with all the bells and whistles to engage kids. Staff are attentive to the child's interest and intentional about how each activity can develop a child - it's great to be part of his learning and get regular updates from an app they use. I want my son to be well-rounded and enjoy all aspects of his learning journey and so far, this nursery has been a great fit for him.

Overall Experience

A dream of a nursery. The staff have been exceptional in supporting my daughter (and me!) to settle into the community of Kew post-divorce. My daughter has also become more independent with her play, which has been a massive help. The little playground across from the nursery is invaluable to take the

nursery friendships further. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from Kew Gardens station. Sometimes I wish they offered longer hours, but then you'd probably need to be on a waiting list for some time. If the timetable works for you, it's the best choice. Highly recommended.

Our son has attended Riverside Nursery Schools, Kew Montessori for approximately two years, and has had the most incredible experience! When your child is desperate to get back to nursery after a break, you know that they are comfortable with their surroundings. The dedication of the staff at this nursery

is beyond all expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend it to other parents. Further, the group of parents and carers is close and the nursery encourages this through regular events. When you join Kew Riverside Montessori, you are joining a second family.
