Overall Experience

I chose this nursery for my daughter as me and her dad loved the general feel of the nursery and staff, they are all so friendly, accommodating and genuinely care about the needs of the children. However they didn't have the hours available when we first went to look around and we settled on another

nursery. We withdrew my daughters place at the other nursery before she had even started due to some concerns we had. The difference between explorers and this other nursery was eye opening. One lady was amazing in sorting a place out last minute. I love how they update you via the app throughout the day with the things she has ate, drank, the activities she has completed and if she has slept or not etc. It really puts your mind at ease. The food always looks delicious from updates on the app. They even gave out little Christmas bags with presents and keepsakes inside for her. I loved this gesture as it meant that every child had a present to open on Christmas day regardless.

Overall Experience

Absolutely amazing nursery! Staff are fabulous and caring and my child has come on leaps and bounds there and runs towards there as soon as he sees it to go inside. The most friendliest, cleanest, professional nursery! Would recommend to everyone!

Overall Experience

This is, hands down, the best nursery you could wish for! The staff are absolutely dedicated to their job and love what they do, the facilities are always clean and cater to all ages with special attention to sensory requirement. They have regular fun activities, including personal development and constantly

update us parents with observations. Since my child has been here, he has developed in every aspect and truly loves attending his nursery. As a mother who suffers with PTSD after a traumatic pregnancy and my son having a brain condition, it means the world that they take extra special care of him. The morning staff I owe special thanks to as they have been absolutely amazing, especially one member of staff, in particular, who is a credit to the company. Would always highly recommend, thank you for all your hard work and dedication to our children and their development.

Overall Experience

As a first-time mum, I was anxious about putting my son in daycare however after visiting the nursery/settling in sessions, I felt much better about the decision and was impressed by the care and attention given. All the staff have made us both feel welcome which has made our new routine much easier.

Our son has progressed massively since starting here, his comfort and confidence are clearly visible when attending. Several times when collecting our son, we have been told about what he has done that day and the staff member has told me how proud they are of him; the staff have such lovely bonds with the children. We are kept well informed around personal care throughout the day and activities that the nursery will be hosting, e.g. charity/Christmas events (via an app). I highly recommend this nursery, the staff and managers should all be proud of their achievements and commitment to childcare as they provide such a happy and supportive place for our children to develop.

Overall Experience

My child has been in Explorers since she was 2 and now she is 4 years old, she absolutely loves the nursery and all the staff there. Any problems I've had, they have been quick to sort it and keep updates on it.
Any accidents that occur are told very quickly via telephone or by the app
The app is

very good for updates etc., always updating what my child is doing, also very good for newsletters to keep updated with what's going on throughout each month.

Overall Experience

Our son has additional needs and he struggles socially and with change. The team at Explorers are so caring and have helped him to develop so much. The manager has gone above and beyond in supporting us to ensure he has all of the correct input and future planning for his move to school next year. All

of the nursery staff are amazing, they understand our son's needs and have helped him to integrate with the other children more and help to comfort him when overwhelmed. We will be so sad when he has to leave for school, as he is so happy and settled at Explorers.

Lovely welcoming staff. Safe entrance/exit.
Our little boy looks forward to going to his sessions.
They send regular updates with regard to his progression and daily updates with regard to what he has eaten/slept/nappy changed.
They often have special events on eg Halloween and Christmas.

Overall Experience

I chose this nursery due to the outside space for my child to run around in.
I am so happy with everything the nursery does with my child, I feel like he is better off for going here.
The nursery staff really support his funny little adventurous personality and he seems to thrive. They have really

helped him with his social interactions too and have helped him become a kind and caring boy.
They keep parents updated with what we can help at home with and what he is doing well in learning. All of his friends seem to be kind too based on the lovely stories he tells me on the way home.
He always wants to go to nursery even on the weekend so it must be a good place to be. I feel like I could discuss anything with the staff and they are really supportive in my tough times. They have taught me parenting tricks that have really helped too at home.

Overall Experience

Explorers is an amazing nursery. My son has been attending since April this year. The staff and managers are top-tier, communication is excellent and I could not possibly feel more comfortable and secure about the setting. My son loves attending and it is evident that all staff make an effort to get

to know each child - even across the three rooms. My son's language and communication are continually developing, he is happy and confident. What more could parents want? My son's key worker is excellent and her commitment to my son's development is evident - as is the bond between them. She always gives us a good rundown of his day on collection which is really reassuring as a parent. The baby room staff are all brilliant, the updates on the app are regular and the learning activities provided are varied and fun. Can't fault Explorers. My son is in safe, competent hands!

Overall Experience

The experience is going excellent so far, my son is developing much more now and improving his English skills, as is not his first language. He absolutely loves going to the nursery and loves the girls who take care of him.
The two things that could improve are the app update about the meals and more

updates about activities and day-to-day, (better quality photos will help as well).

Overall Experience

We moved our child from a different nursery as he didn't settle there (for 18 months!) and I just wish we would have moved him sooner. Previously he wouldn't entertain a conversation about nursery, cried at every drop-off and stood with his head down at pick-up. Here he walks straight in, doesn't even

turn back to say bye, talks fondly and regularly about his time in Explorers.
The staff are always smiley and welcoming and all seem to know my child regardless if they are a regular in his room or not.
He loves the outdoor space, which I know he spends a lot of time in, and also enjoys the loan library.
The manager is always approachable and communicates promptly to queries. She's flexible and seems to go the extra mile to help out if she can.
We really appreciate the added extras (which are communicated in advance to make arrangements) like Halloween and Christmas events and the pumpkin carving competition. These things integrate Explorers into home life and vice versa.

My 2-year-old little girl has only been going since September 2024 and I cannot fault the nursery one bit, she was anxious and crying for me after 30 minutes during settling in's so had to extend her settling-in weeks, but now my little girl has gained so much confidence and absolutely loves going into

This is such a beautiful nursery which I couldn't recommend enough. My daughter has attended this nursery for the last 6 months and settled in extremely quickly thanks to the love and care from all the staff. Due to us moving house, my daughter had to transition into a new nursery which I was worried

about at first but the staff here made my daughter so comfortable and welcome that she settled in very quickly. I cannot thank the Manager and the team enough for their input into her continued development. Each day she comes home talking about how much fun she had, reading and playing. My daughter is going to miss you all so much, thank you.

Overall Experience

The staff make you feel very calm and collected when leaving your child with them. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The current Manager is top-tier, extremely helpful and understanding. All staff are friendly and approachable. My child adores it here, he runs in with no issues and is all smiles

when he goes in and is all smiles when I pick him up! It is very reassuring!

My son has attended Explorers for approximately 2 years he has come on so much since being at this setting. As a SEN child, my son has been fully supported every step of the way. He absolutely loves the staff and has a real special bond with all staff, I honestly can't thank them enough for their support

and kindness over the past few years. From the second he knows it's nursery day he's excited, when he's in the setting we receive daily updates too. He's just graduated from pre-school, and the staff all went above and beyond to make it special for everyone it's a gorgeous memory we all had an amazing day. I know my son will miss coming here he leaves for big school in September. I would 1000% recommend Explorers Nursery to all I have a lot to thank them for.
