I have been involved recently in picking up and dropping off my grandchild and I can't express how grateful I am to the nursery and the staff there. The way I see my grandson jump into their arms and look at them will always give me that reassurance. I have experienced a few other nurseries with other
children in the family and never have I experienced the way they do their events, there Mother's Day was amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing the Easter bonnet parade! And I always express how my grandson goes and supports the community by going and visit the people in independent living! Absolutely incredible, highly recommend!

Both my granddaughter and grandson were at Nuffy Bear until my granddaughter went to school and the family moved away. Both the children were extremely happy there - the staff are caring and professional. The children formed close friendships, they were encouraged to be creative in play and considerate
of others. All times they were reluctant to leave at collection time! It was a great pity my grandson had to leave due to the family move.

For a long time I was struggling to find a suitable nursery for my Daughter.
After finding Nuffield health I cannot say anything other than perfection of a nursery.
All the ladies are phenomenal at their jobs, the really put the hard work to help develop all the children.
This has really helped my
daughter progress during her time in the nursery, may it be with interacting with the staff members and learning her P's & Q's, or simply developing first friendships within her group of toddlers.
She regularly comes home relaying the days events back to me, telling me her daily outings or what she's
ate and how much she likes it.
The nursery is so clean, the app always updates daily on what your little gets up too and it's so nice to see everyday!
Every single staff member of the Nuffield health team are diamonds.
Love to all the staff at Nuffield nursery and continue doing such an incredible job. Truly amazing

We've been very happy with the nursery particularly the staff. My little one had issues settling in after a long holiday, but instead of him being sad and cranky they proposed a gradual settling in plan which worked and now he will just zoom into the nursery and start playing/socialising. The staff
are kind and always ready to listen and make things better.
I would recommend them.

I now have two children at Nuffy Bear Sunbury and could not be happier with the service of the nursery. Both my boys love going to nursery and I can see from the frequent online posts that they have been up to lots of different activities during the day. The food variety is great and they always come
home with a full tummy. Communication is great and we are always greeted with happy faces in the morning by the staff in each room and they have just as much enthusiasm and happiness at the end of the day when we collect our children. I love the events held throughout the year for parents such as a mother's day tea party I have just been able to enjoy with my boys. I would reccomed this nursery to my friends.

Closed the pre school provision with a day notice, leaving parents without child care or means to find alternative options. Many Staff leaving has prompted this, you have to wonder why there is a mass exodus.
Poor management to allow this to happen and without giving parents and warnings, and no
date of a re opening, it will be at least 2/3 months! The children and parents will be the ones totally disrupted, shocking it's
been allowed to happen.
Pre school swimming lessons have not been happening, and a general decline in activity leading to bored children, (now now were due to staffing).

We understand how disruptive the temporary closure of the preschool provision has been for families, & we apologise for the upset caused.We are actively working to recruit the right team to ensure that we are once again able to provide the quality of care & consistency throughout the setting that everyone is used to & deserves.We are surprised by your comments regarding a decline in activities, as we have not had any concerns raised regarding this & we have had a number of exciting interests that have led to ongoing activities, which the children have enjoyed. Volcanos, children learnt all about volcanos, participated in a variety of activities based around volcanos. This interest was sparked following an interest in dinosaurs & learning about the end of the dinosaurs. We pride ourselves on being child led, this was documented in our Ofsted report where the inspector said the nursery curriculum is ambitious, with clear intentions for what they want children to achieve and learn.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear enough! My youngest daughter started in September last year in the baby room and settled so much faster than I expected. The staff are so lovely and she adores them, she actually asks to go in when we are at swimming lessons at the weekend. One big difference between
Nuffy Bear and my elder daughter's nursery is staff retention. Our youngest daughter has had the same staff in the baby room since she started which I think is so important when they are settling in.


The setting itself is new, modern, clean and well thought out with a lovely garden area. Whilst our youngest daughter is too young at the moment, the swimming and exercise classes that the older children get to take part in are a real differentiator with other nurseries in the area.


We are so happy that our youngest daughter is getting such a wonderful experience of nursery and would highly recommend this to other parents.

Our son started at Nuffy Bear in September 2024 and he absolutely loves it. He settled in quickly and is happy to be dropped off in the morning and is always so happy when we collect him in the evening. He adores his key worker (thank you to her!) and we can see that all the staff really care about
the happiness of all the children. We have seen him develop so many new skills since starting nursery and can see that they really encourage the children with their learning, for example with things such as using a spoon by themselves. He seems to enjoy the meals and snacks provided throughout the day and i just wish he would eat more of this at home! They do lots of different activities throughout the day which he loves getting involved in and we love seeing the pictures of what he has been up to. Overall the nursery seems well run and also good with the administration side of things - keeping us updated with things, billing processes etc.

My child has been attending Nuffy Bears Bromley since they were 1 year old. They are now 3 and a half. The nursery is amazing. The staff are friendly and fantastic, always engaging at drop off and pick up. They ensure the app is always updated so you can see what is going on. My child is always happy

I absolutely love this nursery - I was recommended it 5 years ago and now I'm always recommending it to others. It's small and cosy but at the same time the kids can benefit from the field, the outside play den and the gym studios. They even get to go swimming once they hit 3 years old. The staff are
fantastic - so caring and there's a good dynamic between them. A lot of them have worked there for a very long time. The nursery manager brings loads of energy and fun and the kids adore him. A safe space full of fun and care!

The staff and management at this nursery are fab. Communication is great, and they took time to sit with me and learn about my boys before they started. The facilities are great, the food is healthy and varied. My children come home happy and I couldn't ask for any more. The activities provided are
diverse and challenge my children in a safe and nurturing environment. Very happy, and would definitely recommend it.

My daughter has been attending Nuffy Bear Nursery since September last year. Every member of staff made us feel very welcome and my daughter loves being there. Communication between the staff and parents is second to none. Management and the other staff members are always keeping you updated with the
latest information and how well your child is getting on while being there. The variety of activities throughout each day are well thought through and I couldn't be more appreciative of all the staff that make the effort to meet all of my child's needs. I feel my daughter's welfare and safety is paramount to all staff and as a parent, I couldn't ask for much more from a nursery setting.

Leaving my little one is definitely something I felt under-prepared for. Right from even the tour I was so reassured and all my worries were listened to. The Nursery Manager and Deputy manager understood that my baby is the most important person in the world to me! My daughter's key person has been
so friendly. Three practitioners in particular all treat my daughter like their own which is just what I need as a mummy going back to work!

Deciding to take our daughter to Nuffy Bear Nursery Gloucester was the best decision we could have made!
Although anxious at first as to how she would react/cope without us, and being in an unfamiliar environment, we were quickly put at ease with the friendly, caring faces of the staff and it didn't
take long before the tears at drop off and pick up were a distant memory.
Nuffy Bear Nursery have allowed our daughter to grow and develop in the most wonderful way, and it's a joy to watch her personality and confidence blossom, as she makes more friends and learns skills she wouldn't necessarily get if she was just at home with us.

I've only got positive feedback to give to Nuffy Bears. My daughter started attending in April 2024 and has been happy ever since. I cannot praise the staff enough, especially during those precious settling-in days.
All the staff are very attentive and provide lots of fun and stimulating activities
for the little ones. We get frequent updates on the activities and progress, which is very useful. My daughter loves attending the nursery, and I'm very happy with the care she's given.
