We are very happy with the nursery overall. The staff are extremely caring and loving and my son loves going to the nursery. However, there are some areas that I think can be improved. For example, providing daily updates written in a copy, more frequent photo updates on the app, more communication
with parents etc. Thanks.

Thank you for your review. Daily updates and staff communication are always available at hand over at the beginning or end of the day. Parents are welcomed to call the setting if you wish to speak to the keyworker or arrange a meeting. We find this is more suitable as the staff can then spend more time with the children. All focus observations are uploaded every 6 weeks.

After much research and personal experience, I can confidently say that Quality Kidz Nursery is an exceptional choice for parents seeking a safe and nurturing environment for their children. The staff at Quality Kidz Nursery
are caring and attentive. They genuinely care for the children and make efforts to build strong relationships with them. The teachers are experienced and well-trained in early childhood education, and it reflects in their interactions with the children. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children feel comfortable to express themselves and engage in various activities. Overall, I highly recommend Quality Kidz Nursery to parents seeking a high-quality nursery for their children. An absolutely amazing nursery. I have two children with special needs going to this nursery. The staff and Senco have been very helpful in giving them the help and support that is needed. I would highly recommend. They are also very helpful in referring children to specialists outside school, who can
offer additional support. Staff are always lovely and polite.

I am very pleased to have my granddaughter in Quality Kidz Nursery. My granddaughter joined the nursery at the age of 3 months old. Both our children really enjoy their time at Quality Kidz. They happily go to the nursery. Staff members all know the students' names and general care about the children. It is such a shame that the app isn’t updated on a daily basis. I know other local nurseries are able to do so. When the children
get older don’t get as much feedback about activities that have taken place, always a handover regarding food and behaviour.

Extremely happy with the care provided. The staff is absolutely amazing; so kind, caring and patient. My son absolutely loves it there and is always full of stories of the fun activities he participated in at nursery. I am 100% at ease knowing he is well cared for when he is there. The setting is warm
and welcoming and is perfectly equipped to support the different areas of child development. I would highly recommend Quality Kidz Nurseries - Keppel Road without hesitation.

My son started Quality Kidz, Campden Crescent in November and since then I have seen such great improvements in all areas of development.
He is becoming a sociable, active child and is learning things every day. Recently, he has been eating independently; naming facial features and saying words (bye-bye,
whoops). The staff in the baby room are amazing and I thank them all (as well as staff from other rooms who help) for the continuous support they give my son.
I am always notified about any important information, verbally and written (through the home book).
I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can definitely say my son will be staying here!

Brilliant setting.
My son has attended since 18 months old and he is now 3.
He started off as a little shy lockdown baby, and now he is thriving.
He goes in waving bye to me and honestly is so excited to attend.
His speech is above average and I believe it's due to him attending this nursery.
The staff go above and beyond, for each and every one of the children.
The meals are also varied so no repeats week in week out and veg is served with every meal and my son has no complaints with them! He even has 2nd portions sometimes.

My son has been at Quality Kidz since 2021, he has a fantastic bond with each of the staff. The staff take time to get to know each child individually, as a parent I feel like they are part of our lives too. I feel confident that my child is thoroughly taken care of whilst at Quality Kidz and I’m always
contacted should he injure himself. Quality Kidz has been very flexible on a number of occasions when I have needed last-minute childcare due to having to be in the office, I am able to email the nursery and confirmation has been the exact same day. I am dreading the day that my son goes to a mainstream school, as I don’t want him to leave Quality Kidz! When my son is at home, he is often telling us about his day or telling us which of his teachers is his favourite today. I love hearing about what he has been getting up to throughout the day and really appreciate the photos and updates on the app. A big thank you to everyone at Quality Kidz Keppel Road!
