Overall Experience

Our daughter has attended the nursery full time since she was 5 1/2 months old (currently is almost 2yo). We have loved the strong connections that she has had with her carers, who have truly looked after and cared for her. She has grown and developed so well under their care and we highly recommend

the nursery, especially to those looking for a nurturing environment for your young baby.

Overall Experience

We've been incredibly impressed with the experience our 3.5-year-old son has had at Little Elms Daycare Nursery Greenwich. He has become noticeably more confident, which has been such a joy to see.
One thing we love is the weekend activities they suggest for families. These have been a fantastic way

for us to bond while continuing his learning at home. He also gets hands on with baking pies and cakes, and it's so delightful to hear him list the ingredients of the recipes they've made together.
His fine motor skills, he has an excellent pen hold and creates beautiful paintings.
His language skills have also grown, he now speaks in full sentences and communicates his thoughts clearly.
As a naturally curious child, the science experiments they do with him are a perfect fit. They encourage his inquisitive nature and keep his interest in learning alive.
Overall, Little Elms has been a nurturing, engaging and inspiring place for our son and we're grateful for the positive impact it has had on his development.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Little Elms since the Bromley branch opened in 2023 and she loves it there! The staff are amazing, so friendly and they teach the children a lot, like phonics and letter writing. My daughter has grown in confidence since joining. They are also really reliable and don't close

readily- the last nursery we used closed a lot due to staffing issues and they'd send the children home at the first sign of illness. Little Elms has never closed and take a practical approach to minor illness, which as a working parent is essential. Little Elms regularly do nice extras for the children, like events for special days, and bringing a photographer in. We would recommend Little Elms to anyone.

Overall Experience

I'm very happy with my child attending Little Elms Bromley, he started at the end of October and the staff have been wonderful in helping to settle him, especially his key worker! They've always made me feel very welcome and reassured me along the way as I was quite nervous to leave him. The nursery

has a lovely homely feel and the staff are always very friendly. Would 100% recommend.

My son attends Bromley Little Elms, which is such a lovely nursery with a family-type feel and caring staff. I think management are so helpful and supportive and always keep us up to date with all the latest. I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else, he loves it here.

My little girl started in Robins in September, Little Elms has been more than accommodating! I viewed a few nurseries in the area and this one, by far, made me feel most comfortable, and most importantly, my daughter loves it there. On the open day, she claimed the nursery for herself and in fact told

me thats her new nursery haha! Her communication has improved, she's becoming much more comfortable around other children, her food palate is expanding too. Honestly in the 3 months she's been there, we haven't had a single issue. Very very pleased.

My son has been at Little Elms for over two years now, he absolutely loves it. He has developed absolutely beautifully and learnt so much more than I ever could have imagined. He used to be so shy and unsocial, the nursery has supported him so much that now he is confident and made friends that he loves

to come to nursery to see. My son has such a good relationship with all staff, they nurture and care for him with so much love and care. I genuinely couldn't ask for a better space for him to feel safe and cared for. Staff have always been so supportive even with myself and are never too busy to give you time and listen to my worries, issues are always resolved quickly. I'm glad I chose Little Elms Daycare.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to Little Elms Bromley since September 2024.
She was 10 months when starting and had been at another nursery previously so the change was a little challenging.
All the staff in Doves room have been fantastic in her settling-in period, updating me and my husband with everything

needed.
She's now 4 months on and loves going to nursery for 2 days a week, smiling when seeing the staff, coming out with big smiles. So many activities done during the day, all updated on app and told about at pick up.
I can't recommend this nursery enough and can't wait to continue to see her develop.

Overall Experience

Fantastic warm, welcoming and professional staff. My daughter settled so quickly at Little Elms and loves being there. She eats well and is constantly being developed to learn new skills in a fun and relaxed way. There is a new theme each month with specific developmental areas. As a result, my daughter's

walking, language and social skills have all grown. The spaces are clean, bright and stimulating. The staff know every child regardless of what room they're officially in and always makes the time to say hello. I've always felt consistently informed about my daughter and enjoy regular pictures of her day. Couldn't recommend the nursery any more!

Overall Experience

Little Elms have been brilliant. It is a super nurturing atmosphere where all the staff genuinely care about the children and enjoy what they do. The nursery feels small and personal like a home-from-home. Staff take a lot of time to understand and value the individual needs and personalities of the

Overall Experience

My daughter started Little Elms when she was just 5 months old and is now 2 weeks off turning 1. I have watched her grow in confidence with the support of the staff in the Doves room and any new staff to the room make sure they bond with her. They send regular updates on how she is developing and what

she is doing throughout the day. When I have had questions about stages of weaning etc her key workers have always taken time to discuss the next steps and how they will do it. The management knows every child by name and always makes an effort to talk to the parents. I highly recommend Little Elms it is a fantastic setting.

Overall Experience

My boy has been in Little Elms Peninsula for over a year. He started going to the nursery two days a week from his sixth month, and three days a week from his ninth month. Every staff in the baby room is super caring. The regular follow-up on my boy's development progress is very positive. It supported

us in different baby's weaning, crawling, and walking stages. The time in nursery helped him to be more sociable, outgoing, and confident. The staff and nursery policy gave us a great sense of comfort. They call us immediately if there is any accident or baby is unwell. There are also very frequent updates on what baby had for breakfast, lunch, tea, time of nappy changing, nap time. This nursery also invites parents in different occasions like tea party, for mother's day/father's day and Christmas events. So we could join the babies and make crafts together. We are very happy to have our son there for the next couple of years to see him continue to have fun, learn, and play with others.

Overall Experience

The carers are great and I always felt my child was in good hands. The management has lots to improve, particularly the central management team. Communication is overall poor and parents often find out about changes at the last minute. In my experience, you have to spend a lot of time reminding them

of conversations you had on issues (otherwise they keep charging you), keeping an eye on fee invoices, etc. The staff provide lots of interesting and fun activities for the children and my child always enjoyed it.

The nursery is very attentive, with wonderful caregivers and dedicated key persons. My child is developing very well there, and the food they offer seems very tasty.
