My child has been attending the nursery for a year and a half and he loves it here. He is always happy to go into nursery and excited to see his friends and the staff. They cater to his needs and are friendly and helpful! His development has come on brilliantly since starting at Tiny Teddies and the
activities he does throughout the day are educational and fun. He absolutely loves the outdoor area to run around in and explore. Management are brilliant and show great support for staff.

This is a fantastic nursery. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, always greeted with a smile. The managers at the nursery are very helpful and are always there when I needed advice or help with something. It really is like a home-from-home feeling! Every time I collected my niece, I got full
feedback and excellent communication. The app is also really nice to see photos of what she had been doing. Would highly recommend this nursery can't praise the staff enough!

My daughter has been going here since the baby room and loves every minute. She can't wait to go on her nursery days and wakes up talking about it every day. She runs in with a smile and is greeted with a smile and hug from the staff. I get feedback weekly on the parent app and always get clear handover
feedback from the staff. They take her personal needs and preferences into consideration every time and if she doesn't like the meals given she is always given a substitute so she's had a substantial meal. She has blossomed since starting and her talking is amazing since. I can't fault the staff at all, the manager is lovely too and always there to be able to speak to if needs be. I would recommend it to everyone, my other two children also went to the Radford site and absolutely loved it there too.

I would definitely not recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff are not actively communicating with parents and will find any excuse to send your child home. The place is not clean and the garden is in a horrible state. My child used to come home starving every evening and this is not the case since
we swapped to a new childcare provider. I was never asked why I am pulling my child out of there, and the owner never asked for feedback. The staff turnover is horrendous, people are leaving all the time. Do not waste your time sending your children there, it is not worth the stress and the money. They do not even deserve 1 star, would rate them 1/2 star if I could.

We strive to provide an excellent quality of care at tiny teddies day nursery.
The baby room member of staff gives detailed feedback daily and communicates effectively with parents/carers.
We do have exclusion policies in place for illness which we do have to follow, as does any other childcare provider.
The children are provided with breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and a tea.
We have long-standing staff at tiny teddies, the manager has been with us for 17 years, and the deputy manager over 10 years.
You did inform us of your reasons for leaving the nursery, which we appreciated.
We don’t have any record of any formal complaints made by yourself, however once again we are sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.

I cannot fault Tiny Teddies Nursery, Radford. It is such a loving and friendly place for the kids and the adults. Even through the pandemic, they made sure everyone was safe in and out of the nursery. Both of my kids have been to this nursery and they have both thrived and blossomed and that’s with
the thanks to all that work here.

All my children have attended this site. My oldest now is 16 and the youngest, who attends, is 2. It has always been a perfect and outstanding nursery. The staff, activities and everything - I have never had any complaints in the many years.

My child has been at this nursery for 1.5 years and has learnt so much from the brilliant staff and the way they work. They have amazing facilities for all the children to learn new skills. The staff are always happy and the children are very excited to see them.

Since starting at this nursery our son has become a lot more socialised with other children and also more confident in himself. Due to the pandemic, socialising has always been a worry with his age group so this has been a relief for us as a family. Our son's speech has come a long way and so has his
general development. The staff are very involved and passionate about supporting with things like potty training and also encouraging general things like tidying up and being polite.

My little boy started out crying when I left him, but quickly learned that nursery is fun and now doesn’t cry at all! He loves the baby room, comes out with a massive smile each day and always has lots of fun activities on his daily sheet. Daily sheets are very informative and they are really considerate
of his allergies. The workers are all so friendly, I really don’t mind leaving him there, which as a very clingy single mummy, is amazing in itself!

My daughter first attended Tiny Teddies from 6 months old until leaving for reception. My son now attends and has done since being 6 months old! All the staff are amazing at what they do. They made it a home from home for my kids.

My daughter has been attending Tiny Teddies Radford since she was 6 months old (she is now almost 3 years old) and all of the staff have not only made her welcome but shown her she is part of the Tiny Teddies family. She feels loved, safe and valued. As she has been there since she was so young, they
have literally supported her through each stage of her development and also kept her safe throughout the pandemic, which was especially important due to her underlying heart condition. Every member of staff from the receptionists, nursery nurses, kitchen staff and managers make the effort to get to know the children and their families.

My daughter has attended Tiny Teddies for about a year. I was nervous about leaving her to go back to work and she was often upset and clingy during drop off. The staff at Tiny Teddies helped my daughter settle in really well. There's now no drop off issues and my daughter looks forward to going. Any
concerns or queries I've had have always been dealt with in a timely and professional fashion.

They are all so lovely with helping my daughter settle in and get started on her first day. She is not used to being around new people and kids but she seems so relaxed and happy to go. They work very well and quickly to sort things out.
