My son had a great time at Richmond house.
He was being well taken care of.
We were sad we had to go but my son is still talking about the teachers and friends from Richmond house.
Definitely good memories.

Overall Experience

The nursery is great, clean, well-presented, and warm. The staff are great. My two boys have recently joined and I've seen a massive improvement in their speech and language and trying more new foods that they'd previously just not entertain. They both love going, they don't want to leave when we pick

them up. Which puts our mind at ease knowing they love it.

Overall Experience

My son has been at Rainbow since he was two, and I love how well the different rooms have taken care of him. He always looks forward to his days at preschool and loves talking about the staff and his friends. Couldn’t think of a better place for him to be. I fully trust the manager and her team with

Overall Experience

My child has been attending the nursery for over a year, and we are extremely happy with Rainbow. Our child loves going, and the staff are wonderful.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating and know all the children well.
I would definitely recommend Rainbow.

Overall Experience

My daughter attended this nursery before going to school, and they went above and beyond. Staff are very professional and meet the care needs of my child. Her development came on leaps and bounds, with so many amazing opportunities within the nursery and wider area with trips and outings. The meals

are healthy, the nursery is clean and lots of learning opportunities with varied resources. I was updated each day on what my child ate, nappies/toileting and activities. Management is approachable and supportive. Rainbow is like a home from home!

Overall Experience

The acid test for us is that our child really misses nursery and her friends when she’s away (on holiday). She sings the nursery songs all the time and asks not just where her friends are but where her teachers as too. Other nurseries have provided child-minding facilities to our two (teenage) boys,

but Richmond House engage more and educate to the extent that we can say our daughter would not be as confident, advanced and chatty if she had simply stayed home. She is off to a flying start thanks to Richmond House. Highly recommended from a usually pernickety dad!

Our daughter has been going here for 18 months now and she loves it. It’s a lovely family-style setting where all the staff know our daughter’s name and we know theirs. We’ve been very impressed with our daughter’s learning since she moved into the kindergarten and preschool where she does phonics,

numbers and Spanish! We’ve already signed our newborn up for a place in the baby room later in the year.

Overall Experience

I have had three children at Richmond House and have always been impressed with the dedication, care and provision of activities. The children benefit from music, movement and even Spanish classes on top of their daily routine. The nursery also does lots with parents and carers to build a close bond

with families. The staff are incredibly hard-working and I really love the homely atmosphere. All my children have enjoyed their time there. A fantastic place.

Overall Experience

Two of my children have done/currently attend Richmond House and my third is due to start in September. We have been extremely happy with the service provided and our children have all settled well. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and caring and have always worked hard to support the children

in achieving personal, emotional and social goals within the nursery setting. The communication is brilliant and I love seeing my child’s progress from week to week. My children have taken part in a variety of different activities including Stretch and Grow, Spanish, Forest School and much more! Our daughter attended right up until Reception and still talks about the staff and memories she has of attending Richmond House. It’s so lovely! The nursery has always been very accommodating to our children’s dietary needs, which is so important to me, and we have always been assured of alternatives with staff being on hand to answer any questions. Couldn’t recommend Richmond House Kindergarten enough!

Overall Experience

Our daughter started when she was 9 months old. She has been looked after and cared for very well. She is 2 now. The wide range of activities she does is amazing from the music and dancing to the pictures and collages that come home. She has made a close little group of friends that she talks a lot

about! We feel her language is developing due to her attendance. The staff are lovely and very pleasant always greet us with a smile and cheery manner.

My granddaughter absolutely loves Rainbow Nursery.
We get regular updates regarding food/sleep activities etc, and photos via the app.
The staff across the whole nursery are not only exceptionally trained, but they show genuine care and love for each and every child.
My granddaughter loves the

staff, as they do her ... it feels like we leaving her with family. We have every confidence when leaving her in their hands for the day.
They have a variety of meals with a balanced and nutritious menu, all cooked on-site. All are shown each day via the app.
Every member of staff is warm, friendly, positive and encouraging. Nothing is too much trouble.
The children partake in many different activities each day inside and outside and we have seen our granddaughter's confidence grow immensely, as well as her social skills.
The staff are super friendly and great communicators, with safety being paramount; they engage extremely well with both the parents and children.
Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Our twins have just finished their time at Streatham House having started aged one. In the three years they have attended they have thrived and had a wonderful experience of their first educational setting. The staff are outstanding, they genuinely care about the children. The opportunities the nursery

provided for the children such as trips out, school events, sports coaches etc. are fantastic. This nursery has a different feel to others in the area, it really feels like home from home. Our boys have loved every moment of their time there. We are sorry their time is over but extremely grateful for the care they have received and how they have been prepared for big school.

I was nervous about sending my little boy to nursery, but the staff at Rainbow Day Nursery went above and beyond to help him settle in. Overall Experience

My son has attended Streatham House since June 2022 and has been in Robin Discoverers and Robin Observers.
The nursery is fantastic - I get daily observations (either individual of just my son or my son with other children) while he is in Discoverers. Food is nutritious and homemade on site each day.

The activities that they do with the children in the nursery are all great - my son attended the farm today and has been talking about it since being collected - my only feedback would be that I hope to see more trips out and about as this was the first time he has been outside of the nursery on trips when I know the nursery do take children often - even if it is to the duck pond!
My son adores his key worker - she is approachable and so lovely, which makes dropping him off and collecting a lovely experience and is a credit to the nursery!

Overall Experience

We transferred our son from a childminder and have never looked back!
The communication between the staff and parents is excellent. The app is a wonderful way to share our and the nursery's news.
Our son is well-loved and cared for and has built wonderful relationships with staff and peers.
There

have been some excellent initiatives to help parents feel part of the community, like bonfire night and stay and play. These have really helped to establish relationships with parents and staff.
There are excellent learning activities and education underpinning all of the excellent play activities.
Whenever we've had a concern about our son, we've received a really fast, detailed response which has provided us with lots of reassurance.
Our son has been given the best possible start and has just graduated from nursery. We are filled with confidence that he has all the skills required to socialize, learn and play in primary school.
Thank you to all the amazing team at Stretham!

Overall Experience

The staff at Streatham House are kind and compassionate. My daughter has always formed a close bond with whoever has been her key carer that year. The reports before the parents' evening are detailed and feature genuine personality traits of my child; it's clear they're really spending time getting

to know her.
My daughter's dietary needs changed during her time at nursery, and they have always been accommodating; even when they were less sure about what choices were available to her, they were so open to talking about it to make any changes that could improve her experience at nursery.
There is an app to receive updates on your child, a full report on their day at collection, and a private social media page so that you can see the fun your child is having at the nursery. They take the welfare of the children seriously, and this is evident in so many ways, which is so reassuring.
I would absolutely recommend this nursery and will be sending the next one there.
