My daughter loves the nursery, has settled very well and developed a lot since she started. In terms of cleanliness the carpet and toys would benefit from a more frequent clean up, apart from that I am very happy with the nursery. Staff members are very approachable and always happy to help!

Honestly couldn't recommend a better nursery. My daughter started and had serious attachment issues with me, now she's so happy going to most people. She's walking at 14 months and exploring so many new things on a daily basis. She gets such a brilliant variety in her day and has developed so well!
The daily updates are so heartwarming. The love she has for her key working is incredible. You just know she's in the best place! There's so much space for her to play and explore with so many different toys inside and outside. Management gets involved and doesn't hide in the office which is reassuring too. It feels more like a second family than anything.

The staff really helped me settle my son in the toddler room! They kept me updated and messaged me regularly to inform me during his time at nursery, photos were sent to. I was so anxious about leaving him as he's my youngest but the staff helped me a lot during the settling period which put my mind
at ease! Overall the nursery is very tidy and doesn't have any horrid smells e.g nappies etc! All staff members are friendly and communicate well. I had concerns about my child having additional needs and the manager has guided me and reassured me about my son's development/progress. The staff always upload pictures of all the various activities that are set out for the children on a day-to-day basis. Weekly my son will also have an observation so I can see where his development is at. My older two who are 9/10 attended here too. I would always choose Incredible Kids over any nursery!

My daughter started this nursery early last year, after being with a childminder for around a year and a half. I think since starting here her learning and skills have developed so much and so quickly. The staff are all brilliant and my daughter has such a lovely bond with all staff members even the
ones that aren't in her room and the lovely cook! They are very good at understanding my daughter with her fussy eating habits, they try their best to get her to eat as much as she can. My daughter has loved her time here and I would definitely recommend friends and family to sign their children up here! Thank you for making her nursery experience amazing!

My child has been at the nursery for over a year now and she absolutely loves the facility and the staff. As a parent the facilities are fantastic. The baby room has so much space for little ones to crawl, explore and learn to walk. The toddler room is packed full of lots of different activities to
keep the children busy. My child has really progressed in all areas because of the range in learning. The staff are constantly feeding back to me as a parent and will give tips and advice of how to continue the learning at home. I Look forward to my child's development as she continues into preschool.

My child has attended for almost two years. Fantastic nursery overall. Staff are very friendly, professional and know what they're talking about. They are very creative with activities to keep the kids engaged whilst developing them at the same time. For mother/father's day, they run an event that allows
the relevant people to attend nursery for a couple of hours to play with the kids, which is a nicely thought out activity that I'm not aware of occurring at other nurseries. The building is purpose built for a nursery, well designed, clean and in a very convenient location, with great transport links right next to it. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter has attended Incredible Kids (Ashby) since she was three years old. She has loved every minute of going and looked forward to it every Monday and Tuesday. The staff are great and will help when/where needed. Preschool staff especially have given our daughter so much support, nurture and
love, she really has developed so much with their help and we cannot praise their hard work enough, they all do a fantastic job and deserve recognition from Incredible Kids management.
Special thanks to one member of staff who left in recent months and two others in particular. Your huge hearts shine through in what you do and our daughter lights up when she's around you. We will be forever indebted to your kind, loving, supportive and encouraging nature. Thank you with all my heart.

My son started full time in the baby room in June after just turning one. I was so apprehensive but he had some settling in sessions which helped ease my worries. He absolutely loves going to nursery, his key worker is fantastic and he has developed so much in three short months! There is so much for
the children to do and play with, and the baby room is huge. I love the modern and clean setting which was important to me. All the staff are lovely and I'm so happy with the choice I made for my son.

Letting someone look after the most precious gift you have in your life is a difficult decision. You walk into Incredible kids Ashby de la Zouch and you first feel a sense of quiet and calm. Is this a where children are? To your right is an office of management where the door is always open, and where
nothing is too much trouble. Any query, question or concern is answered and with validation. You see the next door a dedicated cook who all the kids love, she cooks as if they're her own, with variety, taste and health in mind. You then enter a room, with staff that are welcoming, friendly, but understand rules, and discipline. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, with a variety of toys, every day there is a new task, layout or play table. Talking from Preschool view, the option to freely go outside is amazing, no allotted sessions or time, external events and visits are arranged. Don't look elsewhere, excellent, worth every penny your child will grow and is safe. Thank you.

Too many issues which I feel isn’t dealt with in the correct manner. I have considered pulling my son out of nursery because of the issues. Injury’s that go unnoted. No one knows what has happened, going against parents wishes to make their life easier. Overall, I don’t think the nursery is keeping
an eye on the children as expected too many problems for them “not to realise”.

My daughter attends nursery 3 days a week. She is always excited to go and wants to play with everything. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have answered any questions I have had, well. My daughter's keyworker has a lovely bond with my daughter and has enabled my daughter to develop in
leaps and bounds. I am very happy with the progress made and the way this progress is communicated to me. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Since choosing Incredible Kids Derby, I’m amazed at the hard work and energy the staff put into caring for children. My child has developed so much since enrolling at the nursery, and that’s down to well-trained personnel. They have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place so I know my child is

I attended a Christmas party and pick-up of my cousin’s son who I regularly look after. I always find staff helpful and efficient. Children are happy in their environment. My little charge loves attending and enjoys all the different activities. Lots of encouragement from staff during activities. I
