Netstar 9 was founded in 2001 by the current director who had one simple vision; to be committed to working respectfully with all children and families, valuing the diversity of the community, so that children develop into happy, thriving individuals. They nurture, develop and support the growth of all children within their care in their early years in life by investing heavily in continually training of staff, renewing their facilities, and refreshing their resources.

This ensures that all children’s individual needs are met, so that every young child can thrive in a learning and caring environment.

The company currently has three fantastic nurseries across the North West, located in Blackburn, Lytham St Annes and Preston. All three of the nurseries are fully equipped to deliver a rich learning experience and to allow children to develop in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had incidents where my child has come home and told me teachers have been swearing, children are hitting her and nothing is being done about it. I tried contacting her and she decided not to respond to my emails. I would not recommend this place
unless there's a recent Ofsted report.

Brilliant place, with amazing staff. I feel absolutely confident about my child spending their after-school time there until I collect them. The amazing thing is that they do the collection from school. Everyone is nice and welcoming and particularly good to children.

I use Busy Bears for both of my girls and they love it. I find them very nurturing and my kids are always excited to see them in the morning. I'm never afraid of asking questions or requesting things and always met with a positive outcome. I enjoy the sensory room and that they have a nice big garden
at the back which the kids go out in in all weather!

Very high standard, very respectful and inclusive from all the children nothing but excellent words for my little girl since starting there she has come on so much since starting there. They asked me for updates and anything that we could work on and vice versa. At Busy Bears, it is such a relaxing
setting for my child and she loves going. The staff have gone above and beyond for my little girl which I am very grateful.

My son has been coming here since April and he has come on massively. He has become really close to the staff members and loves the outdoor facilities here.
