My Ohana York provide an overall excellent environment in which my child can learn, develop, and grow. There is always a wide range of activities for the children to engage in; whether that be physical - (outdoor play, dexterity, balance etc), or mental - (games, reading, recognition, etc) activities.
The nursery provide a safe space for the children to socialise and learn new skills; the nursery has its own outdoor area with a range of engaging toys, play areas, and outbuildings that my child absolutely loves. The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and engaging with both the parents and the children, and we couldn't ask for more.

The Staff at My Ohana are lovely and great. I've had/have two children go to My Ohana York and both with additional needs, both with completely different personalities, abilities and needs, and they have been so great with both of them and always being there supporting them. They are quick to contact
you if anything is wrong. They are easy to get into contact with and discuss anything. They are so nice and helpful. Lots of activities for the children. Seems a safe and clean environment. The children always come first. Management and all staff are fantastic. Couldn't recommend enough.

We can't fault the care that is given to our child. The team are very friendly, and convey what has been happening throughout the day.
Our child enjoys their time at nursery and certainly can't wait to get back the following day!

The team at Jubilee Nursery have always provided a caring and nurturing environment for my children. My eldest, now 5 and at school, spent several happy years there and even tells me he misses it now he has moved on. My youngest, currently in the baby room, is happy, settled and well-adjusted. The facilities
are great, the outdoor space is amazing and the food is nutritious. The additional activities such as Spanish lessons and Munchkin Sports are excellent. I have always felt that the staff are attentive and really care about the children. The management team have also been very friendly, accommodating and flexible. I am very grateful to the team for providing such a positive experience to my boys and would recommend Jubilee Nursery to any parent.

Jubilee Nursery is an exceptional nursery which offers a nurturing environment, coupled with an outstanding team of staff who are highly qualified, approachable and open to communication with parents.
The nursery day is designed to cater to the various developmental stages of the children, incorporating
a mix of structured activities and free play. The ratio of staff to children is excellent, ensuring that each child receives the right amount of attention.
Children are encouraged to develop independence and self-confidence through various activities and routines - this was particularly evident when my older children started school, both of their teachers commented on their school readiness and asked where they'd attended nursery.
Jubilee is an outstanding choice for parents seeking a nurturing, educational, and supportive environment for their children. I've had seven happy years with the Jubilee Nursery and will miss it when my youngest leaves for school in the summer.

A brilliant nursery, my 6 year old attended a few years ago and his confidence grew and staff was amazing, now my youngest son attends 2 days a week and I honestly can't thank the staff enough, my son's confidence has grown tremendously and he is now able to say some words which he couldn't do before.
I've been given advice on help to support my son at home with his speech and told what works best for him in nursery. It is a fun and safe environment and my son is always happy and loves his nursery setting and staff. Big shout out to 2 staff members in particular, great women and are my son's safe space.

My little girl attends My Ohana Nursery 1 day a week, she started in Poppies the baby room in April 2024, she has since moved up to the Buttercups toddler room. I get regular updates throughout the day of what my little girl has been up to, what she has eaten, slept and her nappies. I also get to see
where she is in her development too. All the staff in the setting are so welcoming, loving and kind. The nursery manager and assistant manager are amazing if you have any queries or problems they are more than happy to help.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for childcare. I'm so happy my little girl goes to this nursery, she loves all the staff and goes in running in the morning.

Quality of care and attention varies by child. Staff quality is also extremely variable. Some staff excellent. Others really poor.
In one specific room which we are no longer in there was a lot of gaslighting and refusing to get into details when seeking updates on child's progress and detail of how
a day works. Updates only on door so rushed and often not with key person. Further we had a junior key person who refused to arrange a meeting to talk to me without room leader present.
Poor nappy changing to point of pain for my daughter. And refusal to start potty training at the right age for the child. More to reduce their work.
Child was fully potty trained at home but coming home with four wet items a day.
More positive experiences in pre-school and babies but still fairly opaque and from what I can glean limited structure. Some children are seen as good and some as bad. Level of attention then varies by how advanced they are viewed to be.

They really are a brilliant nursery. My oldest son use to go here and now it's just my youngest boy he has gone from baby room to toddler room but also loves to spend time in with the pre school room so has a relationship with all of the staff. The management team are amazing as well as all the leaders
in each room they constantly switch things up to keep children engaged and it's amazing to see all the different experiences they get to be a part of.
The food is all ways great, my son all ways seems to eat it all up. He is well looked after here and I have no concerns at all with his care needs being met above and beyond.

Both my boys have been at My Ohana and they have been really happy there. The space is incredible, with lots of outdoor space and equipment for them to run around and play with, as well as a clean and tidy indoor space that doesn't look tired and outdated like many other nurseries.
The extracurricular
activities they provide are brilliant, sports led by a great external company, as well as Spanish singing lessons.
We have always felt they have cared for our boys and had prepared them well for moving on to school.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since April 2023 and we have be really impressed with the care provided. Our daughter walks into nursery every day without any problems and each day she tells us about all the fantastic activities she got involved it. The manager's team is exceptional and
I am so happy we have been recommended to join this nursery. Nursery organises occasional trips out to local parks, farms and even cinema. There is forest school each week which my daughter loves. Nursery staff goes above and beyond and you know they are passionate about their jobs and really love the children. The pre-school leader is full of ideas on how to engage little people and how to aid their learning. My little one has enjoyed all the facilities and food choices have been great too. We would recommend this outstanding nursery to anyone.

Our daughter loves My Ohana! She has been going since she was 1 and has made lovely bonds with the staff. She runs in every day! Our eldest also attended until school age and loves going back to pick up his sister! Our children couldn't be more different and have both had brilliant experiences. The
rooms are always filled with a wide range of fun and imaginative activities. The children spend lots of time outside in the lovely, well-equipped garden space. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who take great care in getting to know your little one. We are so happy we chose My Ohana.

My 2.5-year-old little girl is attending the nursery 5 full days a week for nearly a year now. She’s extremely happy and can’t wait to meet her friends and staff every day. The staff is amazing, very friendly and courteous and they’re doing a fantastic job with the children! My little one has developed
her speech and lovely character within the first few months of her attendance and she keeps developing a lovely personality day by day. She’s learning new, exciting things through educational activities, values such as helping, sharing and caring for others. I’m not only satisfied but extremely grateful to the staff for taking care of my little treasure! On the pros, I’d also like to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the garden, the safety of the toys/activities, the safeguarding, the app which keeps me updated of my little one’s day at school and of course the lovely and always happy and collaborative staff of the nursery.

I have two children at nursery (aged one and three) and they both love it. The staff are fantastic and I trust them completely to look after them. Both my children are very affectionate and I’m happy that their needs for this are being met. My youngest has only been at nursery for 3 months but he’s
settled beautifully and seems very happy as today’s stay and play has shown.
I love the fact that My Ohana offer trips out for all age groups, whether just to the park for a picnic and a play in the playground, or out on the minibus to soft play and various local libraries.
