Overall Experience

My son attended the nursery since he was 11 months old.
We absolutely love our son's nursery, and he loves it just as much! He's made so many wonderful friends here, and it's been amazing to watch him thrive in such a positive and nurturing environment. The staff are simply outstanding - they go above

and beyond in everything they do. The manager is fantastic and truly cares about every child and family. The level of care and attention they provide gives us complete peace of mind every day. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience

We put our son in the nursery since Jun'23, when he just turned 6 months old. He loves going to the nursery every day and he loves playing with all the staff and the other kids. They have a range of different activities planned every week so my son can get the stimulation that he needs. The staff are

very friendly and there is a good partnership between the staff and us. I like that they give us updates through the app. We're so glad that we made the decision to put our son in this nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to Acton Montessori Nursery since 02/07/23. The atmosphere in the nursery is very friendly and welcoming. My daughter settled in very easily. She goes to the nursery with great pleasure every morning. My child enjoys learning, playing with her friends, singing, and eating

in the setting. She loves all the staff team and all the kids. Every day I get a lot of photos in the app of how my daughter spent her day.
The nursery manager is a real professional, who loves children and her work very much. She is always ready to help with any issue.
I am very grateful to the team for everything. I would like to add that the value for price is excellent and the food is great.
I would recommend Acton Montessori Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.

Overall Experience

My child was constantly attacked by this boy who, by the confirmation from the nursery's management team, had behavioural issues and the manager of this nursery did not do anything to prevent this boy causing physical harm to my child.
After one of the many incidents, when nobody from the nursery even

noticed multiple scratches on my child's face, I complained in writing to the manager but she just ignored me! The next day my child attended this nursery, she was attacked again, by the same boy!
When she was confronted about this, the manager started defending the boy and describing this boy's problems, completely relinquishing herself from any personal responsibility for failing to protect my child under her care!
My child was scared and frightened to go to this nursery again and their casual managerial style did not instil me with any confidence that they have the competence to prevent any further harm to my child, so I had to resort to moving my child to another nursery.

As you have transferred to one of our other branches we appreciate that it is not with our company or service you are not happy with just in particular one of our staff members who happens to be one of our experienced managers. It is with sadness that we have not had the opportunity to discuss this situation either prior to you relocating your child to our other setting and or since transferring. Children with neurodiversity have different strengths and challenges and as a result, require understanding to enable them to meet their full potential, it has always been our intention to support all children with both neurodiversity needs and children who do not have these challenges. I am pleased that your child appears happy to attend nursery and engages well with children. I am happy to meet with you to discuss your feelings at any time to discuss and resolve this.

I have 2 boys attending Hanwell Montessori, my eldest has been there for over 2 years and both of them love it. The staff are great and I can tell the boys are well taken care of.
The food they provide is nutritious and my kids are always coming home showing off new things they’ve learned. I’d highly

Overall Experience

Really happy with Hanwell Montessori. All staff are extremely friendly and caring. It’s such a relief to know my daughter is being well looked after while my partner and I work. The communication from staff is excellent and I can tell that my daughter feels comfortable/happy there. Really impressed

by how healthy the catering is too. Whilst choosing a nursery, we visited a few who gave babies cake and ice cream! Hanwell Montessori gives out a fruit platter for children’s birthdays. They are also really conscious about allergies! I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started this lovely nursery aged 2. She was very reserved and shy. But the kind and friendly staff (teachers) helped her a lot. She looks forward to going to Montessori every day! Even on a Sunday. She made a special connection with both the children and teachers. She loves her key person,

and the manager. She always says her name and what fun days she's had. All staff are so kind, caring, supportive, understanding, and respectable! I 100% recommend this fabulous nursery.

Overall Experience

The staff at the Montessori Nursery School in Hanwell are so welcoming and professional to children and parents. I cannot praise enough the manager and the team for their outstanding work, and for their interaction and care with my daughter from the first moment we met.
Regarding the setting, the

rooms are well-equipped and clean. The Montessori curriculum is truly taken up and I would recommend it to any parent wanting the best start for their children, from an excellent team who will treat your children as if they were their own. I always tell the manager that she is like a second mummy to my daughter as I can trust them with the care they deliver.
This nursery is where commitment, competence, inclusivity and diversity are well embraced and there is no doubt that this is the best setting for my child to be educated and cared for within. Once again a big thank you for your hard and excellent work.

Acton Montessori has far exceeded our expectations with exceptional education and support. The nurturing environment has fostered tremendous growth in our daughter. The dedicated staff's personalised approach makes a remarkable difference. They keep parents informed with daily updates, including toileting,

meals and activities, through a convenient app. Our daughter learnt potty training with their help. Although the outdoor area is not large, they make up for it by taking children to the nearest park for outdoor activities. Highly recommended!

Since the beginning when my child started (11 months), the nursery has been great, very attentive very knowledgeable. My daughter seems to really love going and has a great attachment to the staff. They have always answered all of my questions and queries. When visiting the nursery the cleanliness was

great which is good given how fast germs can spread. The sleeping area was clean and tidy too with the children having their own space and cot/bed to sleep in. The Montessori method is applied throughout the day at nursery and that’s reflected at home. Great nursery, special thanks to the nursery managers and all the staff who help look after my child and provide a safe clean loving environment.

Overall Experience

My daughter went to this nursery from March to December 2022.
The latest Ofsted report (August 2022) marked this nursery as inadequate in all areas. Most of the year there were staffing issues. Reporting highlighted how the staff didn't engage or talked to the children. Children were left on their

own wandering with little stimulation to learn a language or other skills. The manager has been rude to me on multiple occasions, she's been very defensive and hasn't focused on improving the place or creating a positive relationship with the parents. She's been deflective and unhelpful. The hygiene was described as poor. The report said that staff didn't understand that pulling a young child towards them by one arm could result in injury to the child. We had seen red flags (and communicated them to the nursery) many times but after reading the latest Ofsted report we decided to move. Actually makes my blood boil what I read in that report.

Our setting offers exceptional childcare, we will be re-inspected and achieve a grading of good as many elements within our inspection referred to good practice being observed. We are committed to raising standards and delivering outcomes for our children. We have a comprehensive improvement plan and we are pleased to have the continual support of parental involvement working with our new manager committed to our nursery maintaining positive relationships and sharing ideas that will ultimately secure best practice.

My son had the most wonderful time at Hanwell Montessori. When Montessori Hanwell was opened, we took the opportunity to enrol him in as it was closer to home. Although it was a new environment for our little one, we still felt the staff warmth, nurturing care and love. He's always happy during drop-off

and pick-up, sometimes he would just run to the staff without acknowledging our presence, and that shows the nature and kindness of the staff. He grew immensely in confidence and acquired so many amazing skills! I recommend Montessori Hanwell to any parent who thinks communication with staff is important as well as being updated on your child's development and progression. We appreciate you, thank you!

I am so lucky to find Little Inventors in Hanwell Montessori Nursery & Pre-school
, truly a lovely nursery with amazing staff and facilities.
My twin boys couldn’t be happier with their teachers and they feel as comfortable as they are at home since day one. The quality of care and education are fantastic

with highly experienced teachers.
The facilities are very clean and safe environment for the children.
Thank you so much little inventor's family for supporting me and many other families to raise our children with great manners, high level of learning and preparing them beautifully to be ready for school learning.
