Overall Experience

This nursery has a lovely warm atmosphere and the staff are kind, friendly and approachable.
Our child has been going there since 9 months old and has made good progress and developments since beginning, highlights of this are independent feeding and being encouraged to walk when he was beginning

to find his feet.
I would recommend this nursery to any other parents in the area

Honestly this place is magic so hard trust any one with your child but they have been heaven for my boys love the nursery couldn't recommend any more help with my son speech they do lot fu activities With the children's push them to there full potential

Overall Experience

My daughter has developed a strong bond with her carers in both the baby room and the poppies room. She attends full time and this has made the process of working full myself as a Teacher doable. I pick my child up and see that she is happy and has experienced a range of different activities including

phonics! Her vocabulary and independence has really improved this term and it's wonderful to know that she is well cared for. Any worries that I have I feel comfortable to approach the office staff and they deal with any queries promptly. The setting is affordable and also provide discounts for being a Teacher and full time hours which is handy for myself. They also sometimes take my child in from the main door when I am running late which is very helpful on days that we are running behind. The food is enjoyed by my child also and they encourage potty training at a pace you're comfortable with.

Overall Experience

So far I don't have any regrets putting my child in the school.
The teachers are very receptive and always ready to attend to the needs of the children
They equally extend that to the parents
The environment is always neat and tidy

Overall Experience

My son has been in the nursery for some few months and I am say I really glad he settled in so quickly. A big thank you to the practitioners.
He loves to go the nursery every morning as he is warmly welcomed.
I highly recommend this nursery to every parent looking for childcare in the area.

Overall Experience

It's been two years my son going nursery and he only knows what I teach him at home so it's depends on the staff I think how they handling the kids I don't want to degrade someone but that's the true opinion, only need to work on teaching otherwise it's ok.

Overall Experience

We are very happy with the provision at Comfort Angelz Nursery at Walthamstow. My son left very prepared for the start of reception this September and our daughter has just transitioned into Poppies room. This went very smoothly. The updates I get on the online platform are regular and detailed which

I'm really appreciative of. All the adults are very professional and friendly. This was one of the only nurseries near us that also offer full time care rather than just term time care. Recently, I've noticed my daughter mentioning about phonics sounds and she also enjoys taking part in football every other Thursday with an external coach who comes in. My children were and are very happy here.

Overall Experience

We are so happy with our daughter's time and experiences at Comfort Angelz. She has been there from 11 months and is now nearly two and a half. She has always been really happy going in and has clearly developed some really lovely, close connections with lots of the members of staff. Everyone is always

warm and friendly, when you drop off and pick up. The forms we get to tell us what they have been up to that day have been really helpful. I'm always amazed by how much she's learned, most recently she has suddenly been able to sing the whole alphabet which really impressed me and was clearly learnt at nursery along with all her colours and words to so many songs. Thanks you so much to all the staff who work so hard to keep all the kids happy.

Overall Experience

I don’t have enough words to say how happy I am with this nursery.
My boy is now two but he started when he was 7 months old.
The easiest way to get him out of the house in the morning is to tell him where we’re going and mention the names of the staff working at Comfort Angelz.
That says everything

and I couldn’t be more relaxed at work knowing he is happy there and in good hands.
He also surprises me every day with something new or learned.

Overall Experience

My son loves his days at Comfort Angelz and is always happy when we arrive in the morning. It's clear that he feels safe and cared for. The staff have genuine affection for the children.
My son is very cuddly, especially if he's feeling emotional, and staff are always happy to support him with a hug.
He

loves drawing, painting and generally getting messy. He also loves the outdoor space and toys. He is always tired when we get him home, which I consider a good sign of a fun day!
The nursery menu always sounds tasty, and he seems to eat a good amount.
I get a feedback form at the end of each day telling me what he has done. We do get some photos on the app, but not every day.
Comfort Angelz Chingford has been very reliable for us and even accommodated some ad-hoc days.

Since my son started in December 2022, he has achieved so much; he has become more confident within himself and around others. He has made good bonds with staff and children in his classroom. I’m really happy with how we see updates and activities he has been doing throughout the day via the app. My

son is very happy and content at nursery; he is always smiling and is always telling me about his day. Also, before my son attended the nursery, he was a very fussy eater, and he would only eat a range of foods; however, since starting, the nursery has supported him with trying new foods and now eats a variety of new foods. Very pleased with how far my son has come along. Management is extremely helpful and approachable if you need anything. Overall, I’m so pleased I chose Comfort Angelz Daycare as a place for my son at nursery. They are one big family.

The staff are professional and I believe effort is made to ensure that the children in their care are thriving.

Overall Experience

My daughter attended a previous nursery before starting this one in September 2022, she was there for about six months and never settled in. With Comfort Angelz, my daughter settled within a week, so quickly. She has been so comfortable with the staff, eats most if not all her food when there and enjoys

going to nursery. The food is nutritious and enjoyable, as my daughter eats it all on most days. The staff are extremely patient, supportive and friendly. They really put the 'care' in childcare. It is a difference from our first experience in nursery. The nursery communicate well regarding events, any health issues or concerns and meals. The only con I have is the day to day update on the nursery's application is not updated regularly enough with comments, but the nursery management did inform me that it's used more for personal development and not an update on the child's day to day and this is done at handover so it's not a major problem. Other than that, I'm quite happy.
