A Wonderful Nursery Manager
Truly an exceptional nursery manager. She always has time for the children, making each one feel valued, safe, and supported. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything she does. No matter how busy she is, she never hesitates to get down to the children's

level, offering comfort, encouragement, and fun.
She also creates a fantastic environment for the staff, fostering a positive and supportive team. Her leadership ensures that both children and staff thrive, making the nursery a wonderful place to be. Her passion for early years education is evident, and the impact she has on the children and their families is immeasurable.

Outstanding Nursery - Highly Recommend!
This nursery has been absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly nurturing, and the facilities provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children to thrive. They looked after my daughter for four years, and I couldn't have asked for better care. Even

now, I continue to support this nursery at a community level because of the incredible work they do. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a loving and supportive setting for their child.

Overall Experience

The manager and the staff at Ashbourne have been so accommodating with my very cuddly mummy's boy on his transition to nursery. It has not been a straight forward journey but they have been so warm and friendly and allowed him to have as many settling in sessions as he needed to feel more comfortable.

They give him lots of cuddles if he gets sad throughout the day and do a wonderful job of keeping him happy whilst I'm at work. Thank you so much to you all!

Overall Experience

Starting with settling in days in December, the staff at Ashbourne have been friendly and accommodating, answering all of our first-time parent questions and worries. They have worked with us to modify the food for our baby's dairy free diet - something our baby obviously appreciates as he's become

a voracious eater since starting nursery, even eating his vegetables!
Our 1-year-old seems very comfortable with the ladies in the baby room, and we have been really impressed by how warm and genuine they are, always taking the time to talk through our baby's day. He has become so much more active too and seems to love scooting around the baby room on his bottom! Best of all, he is now eager to get to nursery in the morning and will kick his legs with excitement when he realises he's in the car park!

My son 2 1/5 year old has attended this Nursery since he was nine months old. We absolutely love it!! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The management team are also amazing and get involved with the children, which I think it so good! They very often host charity events which to me just speaks

for itself on the kind nature of all the staff. My son has learnt so much since starting here and will be staying until he's goes to school!

The environment is happy and positive, the building is homely with great outside spaces compared to other local nurseries. My daughter enjoys the activities and has good rapport with everyone. We are really happy with Ashbourne. Our daughter feels loved and like a part of the family there. It's clear the staff are delighted with her and she's made great bonds with all of them and the other children. They are sure to update us, the space itself is fab and she has learned so much since being

My daughter started at Ashbourne 4 weeks ago and from our first visit up until now, I can honestly say that the whole team have been wonderful and settling in process has been seamless. The lady (who is fantastic) arranged for my daughter to have a weeks worth of settling in periods so that the team

could get to know her and allow myself time to adjust too before I headed back to work. Since starting "officially", my daughter has come on so much in terms of her development already which is down the care and activities from Ashbourne! The staff are so attentive and always give you a thorough report after each day and genuinely care about yourself and your child. They are also more than happy to give reports via phone call (I have called up many times for my own peace of mind!) or via their app. The baby room is lovely with a designated dining area in the conservatory with their own garden too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashbourne to anyone. Thank you to all of the team!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year now. She absolutely loves it and so do I, every single time she comes out her speech has developed even more as the weeks go by.
The manager is incredible and we have formed such a special relationship with her, she goes above and beyond for

every single one of the children that attend. You can see how much the children mean to her and how much she loves her job.
The staff members are also amazing, handover is always in depth and my child always comes out with a smile on her face.
I will be sending my other little girl her too when she is old enough.

My little boy has been attending this nursery for a year and loves it. Never upset to go in, always in a great mood at pick up. That says it all really.
Staff are warm and approachable, updates are thorough.
I feel like the app could be better utilised for things like developmental updates. But

it's nice knowing what they've eaten through the day and the occasional snapshot of activities.
They have a spacious outdoor area which they spend lots of time in (weather permitting).
Indoor area has lovely little nooks, messy play, home living, sensory.
I love that they have a separate dining area to replicate school/home dining.
Manager/parent communication is great, the manager keeps us up to date on everything and is always on hand for any issues.
Only reason I'm marking down learning is because my son is only 1.5 and I'm not sure what he's actually "learning" at this age (again developmental updates on app would help here)
Would definitely recommend this setting to others.

This is a wonderful nursery and I often recommend it to friends. My son was around a year old when he started and my worry about him going to nursery was that he couldn't tell me anything, however, I'm given peace of mind because each day he reaches for his nursery teachers at the door and he greets

them with a smile, and he always comes out at the end of the day very happy, he clearly loves it here! The staff complete such detailed diaries, I get to know loads about what he's been up to and meals. They really cater activities to fine and gross motor skills and help their development, and encourage exercise and imagination. Huge outdoor space!

Overall Experience

A really nice and well thought out nursery. My daughters absolutely love it there, so much so that my 2 year old chose to go to nursery on Friday instead of spending her day with daddy!
The staff are passionate and well trained and there's a real family atmosphere to the entire setting. I'm always

kept up to date with my 2 daughters' progress/activities through the app and, most importantly, through face to face conversation with the staff who speak to me respectfully and graciously.
This nursery keeps going from strength to strength. Keep up the great work!
