My child has been at Giggles Nursery since he was 8 months old and has always been happy and well looked after. He is starting school in a few weeks and is ready and confident for his next learning adventure. The staff have been very helpful and listened to any concerns and it is a lovely bright place
for children. I’m sure he will be back for some half term clubs to see the ladies that have watched him grow up.

We are so happy that our daughter goes to Giggles Nursery. She has learned so much - songs, new words and table manners (passing her spoon and bowl / plate back to us when she is finished eating). The staff are very caring and they have all taken the time to get to know our child and what she likes
/ dislikes. They have been very supportive with getting her to sleep, as she often fights a nap but now she will sleep there happily (they don’t leave her to cry and will hold her until she nods off and then put her in the cot). The outside space is very big and has lots for the children to play with. They go outside a lot, even to the local park. The food served is very good and it means our daughter has tried and enjoyed lovely cooked from scratch meals like salmon linguine and butter bean risotto.

My daughter has absolutely thrived in the care of all the Puddles staff. There is honestly not one member of staff that my daughter doesn't adore, and each night before bed my daughter will say all of the staff members' names and talk about them! This speaks volumes about the staff since my daughter
is quite shy and reserved and is not willing to go to just anybody, and yet she feels so at home at Puddles.
The girls all work so incredibly hard and my daughter's confidence has increased enormously since she started at Puddles and for that, I will forever be incredibly grateful.
Sadly my daughter has to leave next month but we are really hopeful that she can return when she's entitled to her 3-year funding, and we will always have a special place in our hearts for the wonderful Puddles.

Every single time we drop off or pick up, members of staff are so welcoming. They always ask how our girls have been so they can anticipate their day and they provide such a thorough handover at the end of each day. They constantly update us with pictures, explaining what they have been doing. There’s
always a variety of things going on and the staff are always so passionate about engaging the kids. The food that they provide is incredible and they are so helpful letting us know what the girls tried, enjoyed or didn’t like. Every member of staff knows and speaks to the girls even if they aren’t in their rooms and it shows how much they care that we never doubt or worry about the girls when at Giggles. There is not a single part of the nursery that we feel could be improved and we even decided that our toddler would progress to Giggles preschool and not the one our older children attended!

Giggles Nursery is an excellent setting. They go above and beyond to make sure your child is happy and settled. They listen to your needs and the child’s needs and follow what you ask, as well as give advice. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of girls to take care of my daughter.

Fantastic nursery, my son loves it at Puddles. The staff are great and so are the facilities. My little one gets excited when he knows he’s going to nursery, they have helped him with so much since starting at Puddles.

My son has attended since August 2021 and is thriving. He started in babies room at 13 months old and at 2 years and 8 months his speech, understanding, confidence and empathy is beyond his age. He's made some very good friendships with children and staff. One particular staff member in the babies'
room is a lovely positive lady and she enjoys being with the children. They've been brilliant in terms of putting my son down for a nap when he's tired following his cues as well as his nap time routine at home. Two staff members in the toddler room are great, every time I've collected my son I've observed him playing happily interacting with staff and children having fun. Any issues the managers have been quick to listen and resolve. The staff work very hard and are passionate at what they do, they deserve credit. In regards to the online diary, they are good at updating this but I do not mind if they don't, as clearly they are prioritising the care of the children's needs rather than updating a tablet.

Left my child in the same nappy the whole time he was there and just fobbed it off, also leave children unattended with no staff in a room. Not great at updates, about 10 pics since October. Lazy caretaking in my opinion, many times I turned up and staff where sat on tables with coats on looking bored
and ready to leave, not even interacting with the few children still in the room.

Dear BE, we are sorry that a single instance where your child's nappy was not changed has caused you so much upset. We explained in detail and in writing the events of that afternoon and had hoped you would understand why staff had been distracted for the 5pm change. We apologize again. Our staff, who are experienced and qualified, are passionate about the quality of care for all the children in our setting, so the suggestion of them being lazy or leaving children unattended or not interacting would of course be upsetting for them. Our staff build very positive relationships with both our children and their families. This is born out by the many families who have been with us for years and the glowing testimonials we regularly receive. We are sad that in your instance we have not met your expectations, and you have decided to leave rather than talking to us further (as we offered). We would however like to wish you and your child all the best for the future.

The staff are always reassuring.

Staff are always positive and this is really important in front of the kids.
My child has lots of different activities to do throughout each day.
My child sleeps well at the

My daughter has been going to Giggles since she was 9-months. She has thoroughly enjoyed each stage at Giggles, and her development has been amazing as a joy to watch. My son is my 2nd child to attend the nursery and both of my children have loved it! The nursery has even expanded as of last year and now has a wonderful large garden space with great outdoor activities. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They are very eco-friendly and make the sites wet wipes
and use glass bottle milk and are quite focused on making positive changes. They have recently started a holiday club where older siblings can attend during the school holidays. I can honestly say that I will miss them when it's time for my son to attend school.

My review of Giggles Nursery overall is brilliant. My little girl has been going for nearly 2 years and every day she looks forward to going and seeing friends. Staff is always updating me about progress and how she has been on the day. 3 days a week and dinner always seem very healthy with lots of
meat and vegetables. A new garden has been finished in the outside area and is amazing with lots of fantastic activities for all age kids. Pictures are taken of kids, regularly of progress and different stages succeeded and put onto own personal account for only parent to access which was a brilliant idea. (I could go on forever about lots of great pointers, but all kids are very happy when in the nursery) Great work staff!!

I recommend Giggles to everyone looking for a nursery. My eldest went here and loved it as it really brought him out of his shell and now my youngest goes here and also loves it. The staff are excellent and always update you on your child's progress and what they have been doing. I also love using tapestry
and think that is a brilliant addition as you can see pictures and videos of your child and information about what they did on your personal account.


My son loves Giggles and is looking forward to coming back in September after the summer holidays.


The new space in the garden is fantastic and they do so many activities with the children, my son still talks about the chicks that hatched at nursery.

This is our second child to attend Giggles Nursery, which means we are very happy with the place and truly can recommend the nursery to other parents. We haven't had any problems with communicating requests etc to staff. Every person in Giggles is very helpful and friendly.


This is definitely the

best nursery in the area and further!
