Overall Experience

My daughter has attended Dunky's for the last 3 years and has loved her time there. Staff are friendly, caring and develop excellent relationships with the children in their care. The facilities at Dunky's are excellent and provide children with a wide range of learning opportunities. My daughter has

enjoyed forest school and is always excited to tell me what she has been doing. The app provides me with a full overview of her day, including what she has eaten and any observations made by her teachers. When my daughter was in the baby room, all nappy changes, feeds and naps were recorded which was really helpful. Parents can also add observations of any learning or activities that have taken place outside of nursery. We are so happy with our daughter's development since she joined Dunky's. She has become confident, eager to learn and is well prepared for school later this year. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience

My two children absolutely love the nursery and I couldn't be happier, knowing they are safe and cared for by such wonderful practitioners. They have both settled in so well, do some wonderful activities and constantly talk about who they have played with or who looked after them that day. The SEN support

is equally incredible, I feel supported and I know my child is well looked after and has the best support for any additional needs he may have. I can't thank the team enough.

Overall Experience

My little one has been attending for just over a year and I have absolutely no complaints. My child is so happy, all of the staff are super supportive with any quires or questions that me or my family have. She has thrived so much since being there and I can't wait to see how much more she progresses.

I'm not looking forward to her leaving we love it that much.

Overall Experience

Our 1 year old has been at Dunkys since October 2024, and we can see he is coming on leaps and bounds. He is happy to be there, even after holidays when regression often transpires in children. He is gaining so much in his development that we aren't qualified to give, even as parents. Thank you Dunkys.

The food is also excellent with our boy eating well, and a whole manner of different dishes.

Highly recommend Dunkys nursery very friendly staff. I was worried about my baby starting nursery but he loves it and staff are amazing.. you receive updates throughout the day to put you at ease. My son comes out of nursery with the biggest smile on his face.. and loves going in

Amazing and friendly staff who go above and beyond to help and support you and your child. My child settled in really quickly and took to the staff almost instantly. Overall Experience

My 2 boys have attended this nursery for 3 months and have absolutely loved their time here. The forest school part was the biggest deal for my oldest as he loves being outside and they have shown him things I wouldn't have in terms of learning. The baby room is so cosy and catered for my youngest.

All the staff are so helpful and friendly. They will take the time to chat and listen to you. Sadly, we had to leave for personal reasons and Dunky's have done their best to help us in a sticky situation but would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone from the area as cannot find a fault with them. Me and my husband have been happy. Thank you.

Overall Experience

We cannot express how pleased we are that we chose Dunky's Hapsford as the setting for our child. From our very first walk round, the family feel is evident and all the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic. The manager couldn't do enough to ensure that his transition was smooth and easy for both him

and us as first-time parents. Our child has allergies so initially we were worried about how that would affect him during the day. All staff and management were so reassuring and made sure that he would be safe. The cook always makes him amazing food (that he always devours) that suits his allergy needs. Our child loves going to nursery and bounces in every morning and comes home chatty and happy after every day. We love the use of the Famly app to see what he is getting up to and love the observations that the staff do, making us feel so involved in his development journey. We would highly recommend Dunky's Hapsford to anyone looking for a brilliant, family feel nursery.

Overall Experience

The Dunky's team at Hapsford always ensure that every day is an adventure! They have fantastic resources for the children to access both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space is incredible and the children are often outside in all weathers having fun through learning. Updates are provided via the

family app which is brilliant! Food is cooked fresh on site and the menu is varied and encourages our boy to try new things. Photos are posted to show what our boy has been up too as well as any comments and questions he has made. I love this feature as it helps my Mum guilt as I can see he's having fun and having the best time!

We live in Ellesmere Port and chose this nursery because it offers so much more than local nursery settings in our area. Our son started when he was 1 he's now 3 years old and is thriving! Our son has special dietary requests and these are taken seriously and reviewed regularly. Dunky's Nursery is the perfect setting for our son to learn, explore and have fun!

Overall Experience

My son aged 2.5years started at Dunkys Hapsford in May 2024. The staff have all been incredibly welcoming to him. He settled well into the nursery, he went for a settling-in session every day for a week and on his first full day he happily walked into the nursery and has been very happy and settled

since. Communication from the nursery is fantastic, we know exactly how our child is all day when he is there, the app the nursery uses is brilliant. He enjoys a range of activities and being outdoors when there. We are also aware of the progress he makes with updates of photos on the app.

My son is a slow talker and the girls have been supportive of this and have offered us help through a referral to an outside agency. They have worked hard to support his communication. He is happy to arrive and always has a big smile and shouts bye when we leave. The nursery provides lovely activities to support at home which are left in a basket by the door. We are pleased we chose Dunkys for our son.

My 20-month-old son has been with Dunkeys now for 5 months. I knew I would find choosing a nursery for him difficult but as soon as I stepped into Dunkeys for a show around I knew it was the place for him. (Show around by the Manager) The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and they made me feel

I am part of their little family.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery and enjoys playing with all his favourite things. At the end of each session, I am told what he has been showing interest in and what he has been learning. I can tell the staff know him so well (which makes me happy) Staff are always enthusiastic and you can see they all work well as a team. I would highly recommend Dunkeys Nursery!

Overall Experience

My little boy has attended since March '21 and he has loved it since day 1. All of the staff are very welcoming, clearly adored by the children and continuously find new exciting activities for the children to take part in. Since becoming part of the Dunkys group of nurseries the nursery has further

transformed with a strong focus on inspiring children of all ages to find new ways to learn, at nursery and at home. The recent introduction of weekend books and home learning resources are a fantastic example of this and builds a strong connection between home and the nursery setting. This is a fantastic nursery with a real warmth at the heart of it and a run by a wonderful team.

Overall Experience

Hi have two children at Dunky's Hapsford, my daughter started at 10 months old and is now almost 3, and my son has been attending for over 6 months now. Both children absolutely love it there. My daughter was easily and quickly settled in and although it took my son a while to get used to being away

from me, they now both run in with huge smiles on their faces. The level of attention that the staff provide to the children is outstanding and both children have developed so much since being at Dunky's. The nursery itself is a great surrounding with lots of outdoor activities including climbing frame. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking to put their child in. An extra benefit is that the nursery offers a short day of 9-3 which not all nurseries offer and is a great benefit to myself and other parents with older children in primary school.

I would highly recommend this nursery to all. My niece attended from babies right through to starting school and I knew then that this nursery would be my preferred choice. As a first-time mum returning to work can be daunting but all the girls have made it that bit easier. They provide regular updates

throughout the day and a run-through of the day at collection. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, my little boy has settled right in and has come on so much. Thank you for all the hard work you do!
