We are incredibly happy at the care our daughter receives at Mr Bee's North Lynn. We always feel welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The environment is safe and clean and filled with engaging and creative activities. The staff is attentive and communicates well, keeping us informed of her day-to-day
wellbeing while in their care. We get regular feedback of her progress and development. We are grateful to everyone at Mr. Bee's!

My daughter likes the nursery and they make it so easy for her to settle in the beginning. My daughter learns something new every day and comes home very happy. The staff take good care of her and make sure she is never wet. They do a lot of activities and my daughter talks about them after nursery.

Our two-year-old daughter has been attending this nursery for the past four months, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very first day, the staff made her feel at home, which is no small feat for a toddler! They have an incredible ability to connect with each child, and it's clear
that they genuinely care about each little one's well-being and development.
My daughter has blossomed in their care - she's become more independent, social, and curious. The nursery is filled with a variety of activities that keep her engaged, from creative arts and crafts to outdoor play.
I can't recommend this nursery enough to any parent looking for a warm, safe, and enriching environment for their child. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

Staff is very kind and approachable and you can see they like what they do. They do send regular updates on my child's development as well as lots of pictures from activities undertaken when she's attending nursery. So far I haven't had to deal with unpleasant situations so can't comment on how these
are handled. Only improvement suggested would be more variety in mid-morning snacks as they seem to have just fruit frequently. Some form of water biscuit or breadstick, cracker to go along with the fruit would be great.
Overall, our experience has been nothing but positive so far.

All have been very accommodating. Answering all the questions. My son has been only for 2 months and has progressed. They accommodate time for adaptation. I had previous experience with this nursery as my daughter used to attend it and she loved it. So far a very good experience. They take time at the
end to tell about the day which makes all the difference. Sometimes it's difficult for this to open as other pick-up times or other babies need attention but overall they have been taking the time. The app is great for keeping track of his day, especially regarding naps. I will definitely recommend this nursery to my family and friends.

I have nothing but praise for this nursery. Our little one has been here for almost 2 years and she loves it. The staff are kind, understanding, and helpful and have really helped our little one thrive. She gets to experience lots of different activities and is always keen to go in and play with her
friends.
The staff are wonderful, they keep us updated with what she's been doing which is really helpful as a first-time parent.

I am ever so happy to say that I have found the best nursery that I could ask for.
Not only the lovely staff helped me overcome my fear of separating from my baby after the end of my maternity but they have been so lovely in many ways.
Some of them are:
Caring for my baby in the best way
Sending
me regular pictures to see how he is doing and make me happy whilst I was away from my son.
Looking after his personal development by engaging him in multiple activities and learning things.
Taking time to review care plans and talk to me regarding his care no matter how busy they were.
Being compassionate when I was sad about my father's diagnosis and sickness!
Supporting my baby and me towards difficult situations in my life.
Advising me, helping me learn through my new journey as a new mum.
Excellent facilities/very clean environment and lovely staff! Lovely team lead. All the team has values that I never thought I would find very easy.
Whatever I will say is not enough!

Our son has been at Mr Bees North Lynn for two days a week since he was 9 months old. Returning to work and sending our baby to nursery was understandably an emotional time, but we absolutely made the right decision choosing Mr Bees. From our first visit, we loved the homely, intimate feel and could
see that the staff know the children and their needs well. This really eased our worries about beginning nursery. Our son quickly adjusted and we credit the staff for supporting him and making the transition smooth. He is now two and a half, has moved up to the next room and again has transitioned really well. We love the updates and observations we receive through the app, which show him engaged and enjoying a wide range of activities. Our son has grown so much in confidence, become more social, adaptable and has developed his counting, singing and language skills. Communication with the nursery is always prompt and great. We would happily recommend Mr Bees North Lynn to other parents.

My little boy has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old and he is now almost 3, he has recently moved into the toddler room and he absolutely loves the nursery and all the staff. I feel they have done the transitions really smoothly and this really helped him with settling into his new room.

My son has only recently started but has settled in really well and seems to enjoy his time there. The staff appear to take great care of the children and encourage them to engage with each other. They have a variety of activities regardless of weather to keep children interested.

The staff seem a great bunch but my primary concern surrounds how the nursery deals with ill children and the seemingly absent measures in place to protect well children from the regular attendance of children who are unwell.
It is now apparent that our child is constantly becoming ill following attendance
at the nursery and this then leads us to not being able to work yet still paying for a placement at the nursery despite the illnesses constantly originating from the nursery. The illnesses are then being passed around the family leading to more educational absences and sadly all this started when our child started at Mr Bees.
I'm sure they have difficulties but my opinion is that you can see if a child is ill and if they are then the nursery has 2 choices, send them home or segregation to stop the spread.

Childhood illness can be difficult to recognise as many illnesses are contagious pre-symptoms appearing and or come on very quickly which can make it difficult to completely stop some illnesses.
