Overall Experience

My experience with Puddleducks Nursery has been amazing. My daughter has attended this nursery for the past 12 months and has experienced so much in such a small amount of time. The staff are brilliant at keeping the children entertained and show that they genuinely do care about the children they look

after. They give the parents daily updates on food, play, development, and toilet habits. My daughter gets so excited to go to nursery and she’s built some great bonds with the staff. My daughter has developed an awful lot since attending the nursery at just 9 months old. She’s built up a confidence to play with other children and interact with adults. Her development has also shown in speech, movement and play. And I believe a lot of that has been down to the staff’s brilliant teaching styles made fun through play. I highly recommend this nursery and would have kept my daughter there longer if we had not had to relocate. 10/10 from me!

Overall Experience

I could not be happier with the childcare at Puddleducks. The staff are all very professional, caring attentive and fun with the children and have worked with us as parents to give our son care that is consistent with our values and what we do at home. They are also always focussing on the nest development

goals and we have seen our son come on leaps and bounds with them, in particular with his gross and fine motor and speaking skills. My son is always happy to go there and as a parent I also find them easy to work with on the admin side of things. I could not rate them any higher.

Overall Experience

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Puddleducks Nursery Wrest Park to anyone! They are absolutely wonderful and have coped with the pandemic admirably. My son has become so much more confident and it’s lovely to see his smile when we arrive and his excitement to ring the doorbell! It gives us peace of

mind that he’s having the best time and being looked after by people who genuinely love spending time with him. He has become quite attached to a few members of staff and often talks about them and the other children at home. Thank you Puddleducks Nursery Wrest Park.

Overall Experience

I've been blown away by how amazing Puddleducks have been since my little boy started in August. The fact that he has the biggest grin on his face every time I take him there or say "we're going to nursery!" speaks volumes! The staff have such friendly and positive energy all day long and seem genuinely

happy to be with the children all day, which is just lovely. I love hearing all about what they've been up to and reading about it on the app throughout the day. Since he started, he's come on leaps and bounds in his social skills and development milestones too. It's wonderful to see my little boy bond so well with the staff, I feel confident all day long while I'm at work that he's having a lovely time there and learning lots too. Keep up the great work Puddleducks team!

Overall Experience

We chose Puddleducks Nursery as we got a really nice feel from the buzz of activity when we went for a look around for our little boy aged 10 months at the time. He is now nearly 4 years. He has loved it there and we had no hesitation in sending our second. The staff are always very welcoming, even

at dropping-off time and pick-up time when it's busy they make time to properly check in with you and let you know how your little one's got on. Even though I usually know everything as have been kept up to date through the online journal that the staff update regularly throughout the day.
My two really enjoy the activities the staff put together and they are always bringing home their creations. The staff have always been really good at listening to our concerns about our little ones, eg potty training and they always put our minds at rest. We have never doubted we made the right choice of sending our two to Puddleducks.

My son enjoys his days at Puddleducks. He enjoys all the activities (of which there is a large variety to suit every child). He has thrived and learnt a lot. He is becoming more confident. Overall Experience

I have my baby there since she was 5 months and I highly recommend it. They do detailed reports at the end of every day which are great.
They are kind and patient to babies, even through their grumpy and fussy phases. The collaboration between staff and parents is amazing, they are very supportive

of everything.
The outside garden is great they have toys there for every age and do love the fact they take the babies out also.
They do a lot of activities, especially sensory activities for babies.
The location of the nursery is also great they have parking and there is not the traffic rush when you drop off the baby.

Overall Experience

This is the most wonderful nursery in the most idyllic location. Set acres back from the main road I can safely leave my child here without any worries. The staff that work here are some of the most kind, patient and caring individuals I have ever met and instantly made me feel at ease when leaving

my little boy. We have recently moved 40 minutes away from the nursery but I continue to make the journey as I knew there was nowhere else I wanted my son to attend. The facilities are great, plenty of toys to keep the children amused and the online care system allows me to be updated with my son's progress and see pictures and videos throughout the day. Since joining Puddleducks I have seen both my sons motor skills and language development come on leaps and bounds. I can’t recommend this nursery enough.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has attended this nursery since a year old and all I can say is that the staff are always friendly and professional and clearly love their jobs. They have been 100% supportive both to us as parents and to our daughter who has thrived from being at Puddleducks. She loves her days and friends

there and can't stop talking about her day when we pick her up.
This nursery is brilliant and we are so pleased we chose it and would highly recommend to others.

Overall Experience

Don’t know where to start with how brilliant Puddleducks nursery is. My son has been here 6 months now and is growing into a happy and confident little boy thanks to all the hard work and commitment of the lovely staff.
We make a 15-minute journey to get to this nursery as it’s the best one we found,

other nurseries near us just didn’t come close to matching Puddleducks care standards and friendliness.

Overall Experience

This place is truly the most wonderful nursery. My son began here in Sept 2018 at 9 months old. Even on our very first show around; walking through the lovely warm entrance, with its neatly labelled coat pegs, I knew I could happily leave my precious boy there.
There is a fantastic room for 0-2’s;

with its own safe garden and a designated sleep area with state of the art cots, there is care and consideration at every turn.
I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the staff are. They are bright, smiley and always so welcoming. The owners are passionate about providing incredibly high standards of care and are constantly investing in the nursery and its facilities.
But most importantly, our boy is oh so happy. He settled quickly because the girls took on every suggestion I made, they couldn’t do enough for us. We get a brilliant care diary every day with photos and videos, too!
I can’t praise this place highly enough. It’s a 10 out of 10 across the board from this very happy Mama!

Overall Experience

We have been at Puddleducks for a year and my son loves it.
We moved him from another nursery due to poor standards and have not regretted it. The staff are great and show genuine interest and care. The facilities (especially the outdoor space) are excellent. The smell of the food cooking each day

as we arrive makes me want to stay too.
