Overall Experience

We really cannot recommend this nursery enough. The whole team at Minibugs has been so wonderful and supportive since our little boy started with them in February. We recently moved from Bristol and were very nervous that he would struggle with such a big change and leaving his last nursery. With the

support from the amazing team in the baby room, he has settled in beautifully and often asks to go to nursery on his days off! The manager was an amazing help during his settling-in sessions, letting me use the WIFI whilst our internet was down in the new house! It's a lovely setting with beautiful indoor and outdoor space.

Overall Experience

The nursery are brilliant and really accommodating when it does to my child. Always going the extra like for my child and us as parents really appreciate this.management are very good. Staff are also welcoming.

Losing stars sadly. The issue of space not dealt with. Car park space for pick up at 12.30pm is a nightmare,. Won't keep strollers in 2s room & foyer in 2s room is so tiny for parents to wait. The unit next door should make these extra spaces, maybe they themselves should relocate which gives nursery

that additional space. The status quo is not viable, must not be ignored any longer as it will put off future parents sending their children there. Its a shame as all staff & chef are amazing and my children love going there. But please can all afternoon staff in 3s have a proper plan for children using 'bathroom'. I thought the issue with my daughter got better but gone backwards & when query it, some staff, not all, answer back in a way that gives impression of 'that's the way it is' or 'its not the end of the world if not dry all day' & makes me feel bad for asking which shouldn't happen. Not too much to ask for to double down on making sure my child is dry all day.

Thank you for your feedback , Please see the responses below to the issues you have raisedThe nursery is becoming increasingly busy which then also impacts the footfall in the car park and waiting areas, we are not able to acquire additional space to improve this however the car park is being monitored at the busier times to ensure spaces are being utilised.I have considered an available area for storage for pushchairs and the amount that would be potentially required, it has shown this is not possible based on the layout of the grounds which would further impact space and we have not received requests for this from others. Parents have been happy to take pushchairs away after drop off.With regards to the issues around toileting, the team are working extremely hard to establish solutions to support this, you also have the opportunity to discuss this with the management team and room staff at any time to work together to support your child. I believe an email has been sent to you

Overall Experience

My little girl recently moved up from the baby room to the toddler room. She can be quite shy at first at drop off but the staff are very welcoming and she soon goes off to play and eat.
My little one used to cry when I collected her and now she's full of smiles and laughter.
The menu provided is

diverse and staff will always offer an alternative if my child is not keen.
My child's development has improved so much since starting at the nursery and can now say sentences and ask questions.
She loves story time and singing and dancing.
I have recommended this nursery to friends who will soon be starting in April.
Great all round nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter absolutely loves Minibugs. She has made so many friends, including the carers as she speaks about them like they are her friends too!
She comes home so excited to tell us about her day, playing outside, reading books, drawing and making, imaginary play and songs they have sung! She comes

home and imitates things like "bucket time" that they do there.
Any issues we may have had are always dealt with quickly and professionally. We really get the sense the staff genuinely care about our little girls well-being and the huge presence that she has there.
Handovers are always detailed and positive.
I cannot wait for my baby to start there later this year!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending minibugs since she was 2, she will be turning 4 this year and is in the pre-school room. The change that we have noticed in her is wonderful and we truly have the staff to thank for that. She has become confident, more imaginative and she speaks so fondly of her time at

minibugs. I feel so confident in her being there 3 days a week because I just know how much fun she is having. They also encourage her to eat foods that she often will not entertain at home and over the last 6 months she has been enjoying more of a variety of healthier foods both in nursery and at home and again we really do have minibugs to thank for this! I will recommend this nursery 1000%

Overall Experience

The staff at Minibugs Liskeard have been fantastic. They have been so welcoming and supportive during my sons settle in sessions, even more so knowing how nervous I've been leaving him for the first time. He's only 2 and comes home talking about how three particular ladies cuddle and sing to him when

he's upset and that means a lot to me. I trust them with my whole heart. Thank you for starting my sons new journey at your nursery so positively, it reassures me that my son is in safe hands.

Overall Experience

My son has been at mini bugs for the last two years and he absolutely loves it. He is a fussy eater and the staff are going above and beyond to make sure he eats something and encourage him to explore other foods. The activities are so varied and every day my son has been he has always had a smile on

his face. The ladies are so supportive and really do care and take the time to update you on daily activities and with what's coming up. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Minibugs Nurseries for around a year and has had a brilliant experience. I couldn't praise the staff enough for their attentive care, calm approach and joy/happiness they bring him.
His speech is developing at a steady rate and likes to call out each member when he sees them. Loves

the baby rooms sand pit and playing outside, but his favourite thing is to read. The staff are great at sitting down with him and reading him stories or asking him what an item is so he can repeat it back.
Definitely made the right choice for a nursery and wouldn't put him anywhere else.

My son has been at the nursery for just over a year now and he is absolutely loving it! The baby room is so warm and inviting and the staff have so much care when setting up the room with fun toys and things to do and my son always runs in and loves to dive straight in!

Overall Experience

My child started at Minibugs Nurseries when he was 9 months old and has moved up the rooms from baby room, to the 2s room and is currently in the preschool.
In every room he has had brilliant care, and staff have really supported his learning and interests. All the staff have been so welcoming and

more than happy to share any advice, both at handovers and at parents evenings.
He also has a dairy allergy which has always been taken seriously, which has put my mind at ease (especially as a first time mum).
My little one is always so excited to come to nursery to see his friends, and often wants to recreate activities he's done within the setting at home (requesting ice play or making his own Chinese Dragon to celebrate Lunar New Year with us at home, which has been lovely!). It will be very strange for him to leave and start school in September as Minibugs has been such a huge part of his childhood.

Overall Experience

We and our daughter love all the staff at Minibugs Nurseries Ltd Ovenden, they are so kind, warm, loving and professional. My daughter loves being there. English is her second language and I can see that her every step in communicating and overcoming barriers brings them so much happiness and pride.

In addition, our daughter is very shy and I appreciate how much time they devote to helping her learn the language, how much patience they have and that they don't put pressure on her. Every day she talks about the delicious food, the fantastic experience of sand, painting, body painting, playing in the garden etc. She is very happy, and so are we too. I definitely recommend Minibugs Ovenden.

Overall Experience

The girls there have always been super friendly and helpful, the handovers are my fave that's when I get an idea of what's been going on in the day. Sometimes we don't get as detailed ones from some of the girls, but that's fine as there are so many kids under their watch, the key worker for my child

goes above with her and they have such a great bond. They take notes when you ask if they could help with toilet training or anything else. They are always happy to help.
