My son absolutely loves going to nursery always asking when he is going back and has made friends always excited to go. The fact my son is like that shows he is well cared for and meets all his needs. The staff are very supportive of the parents and children's needs.

Overall Experience

The staff at Minibugs Liskeard have been fantastic. They have been so welcoming and supportive during my sons settle in sessions, even more so knowing how nervous I've been leaving him for the first time. He's only 2 and comes home talking about how three particular ladies cuddle and sing to him when

he's upset and that means a lot to me. I trust them with my whole heart. Thank you for starting my sons new journey at your nursery so positively, it reassures me that my son is in safe hands.

Such a kind and friendly team, very welcoming and always so helpful. Willing to help out with any concerns or queries we have. Offered extra settling in sessions when our daughter first started and now in her review she's absolutely thriving and hitting all the milestones and more thanks to the support

Overall Experience

My son has been at mini bugs for the last two years and he absolutely loves it. He is a fussy eater and the staff are going above and beyond to make sure he eats something and encourage him to explore other foods. The activities are so varied and every day my son has been he has always had a smile on

his face. The ladies are so supportive and really do care and take the time to update you on daily activities and with what's coming up. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Minibugs Nurseries for around a year and has had a brilliant experience. I couldn't praise the staff enough for their attentive care, calm approach and joy/happiness they bring him.
His speech is developing at a steady rate and likes to call out each member when he sees them. Loves

the baby rooms sand pit and playing outside, but his favourite thing is to read. The staff are great at sitting down with him and reading him stories or asking him what an item is so he can repeat it back.
Definitely made the right choice for a nursery and wouldn't put him anywhere else.

My son has been at the nursery for just over a year now and he is absolutely loving it! The baby room is so warm and inviting and the staff have so much care when setting up the room with fun toys and things to do and my son always runs in and loves to dive straight in!

Overall Experience

My child started at Minibugs Nurseries when he was 9 months old and has moved up the rooms from baby room, to the 2s room and is currently in the preschool.
In every room he has had brilliant care, and staff have really supported his learning and interests. All the staff have been so welcoming and

more than happy to share any advice, both at handovers and at parents evenings.
He also has a dairy allergy which has always been taken seriously, which has put my mind at ease (especially as a first time mum).
My little one is always so excited to come to nursery to see his friends, and often wants to recreate activities he's done within the setting at home (requesting ice play or making his own Chinese Dragon to celebrate Lunar New Year with us at home, which has been lovely!). It will be very strange for him to leave and start school in September as Minibugs has been such a huge part of his childhood.

Overall Experience

We and our daughter love all the staff at Minibugs Nurseries Ltd Ovenden, they are so kind, warm, loving and professional. My daughter loves being there. English is her second language and I can see that her every step in communicating and overcoming barriers brings them so much happiness and pride.

In addition, our daughter is very shy and I appreciate how much time they devote to helping her learn the language, how much patience they have and that they don't put pressure on her. Every day she talks about the delicious food, the fantastic experience of sand, painting, body painting, playing in the garden etc. She is very happy, and so are we too. I definitely recommend Minibugs Ovenden.

Overall Experience

Following on from my last review. Very grateful to the staff in 3s for helping my daughter achieve a target which was needed before going primary and was given very high praise so thank you, team. In 2s room, I love the recent idea by the staff of photos pinned up and then taking them home, got 2 of

my son so far. Please do that idea in the 3s room as well asap so my daughter has some before leaving for primary.
Urgent: Firstly, car park space very limited as said before esp pick up at 12.30 pm, had to park opposite nursery on 2 occasions. Secondly, still no space created for strollers/pushchairs in 2s which other nurseries do as I also said before, am sure chaps at 'Blue Support' can create this. Lastly, the 'waiting area' between the 2 doors for 2s group is far too narrow and needs a huge revamp. Today myself and 5 other parents at 12.30 pm were all waiting at the same time and could barely move. When my children move on to primary, other parents will raise all these so best to act as soon as possible. The status quo is not viable.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing some of your experiences. We are currently looking at storage for pushchairs but are limited with the space we have. If we progress with this we will of course feed this back to you. With regards to the foyer space unfortunately we are unable to make this bigger but are looking at the space and how this can be revamped.

My son has not long started and I have been very happy with how well he's doing. They have helped a lot to settle him. They have been so supportive of his speech and the difficulties he's going threw. The staff are lovely and the senco worker has been amazing too. I'm so glad I chose this nursery for

My son joined the nursery in September. He loves it. The staff are very calm and welcoming. Always smiley and make my son feel very relaxed. He was very nervous about starting a new nursery with new children but it's like he's been there for years now.

Overall Experience

The girls there have always been super friendly and helpful, the handovers are my fave that's when I get an idea of what's been going on in the day. Sometimes we don't get as detailed ones from some of the girls, but that's fine as there are so many kids under their watch, the key worker for my child

goes above with her and they have such a great bond. They take notes when you ask if they could help with toilet training or anything else. They are always happy to help.

My daughter has been attending minibus Ovenden since September 2024. She was a reserved, quiet and shy child. Since attending minibus, her confidence has improved immensely. She is more sociable, knowledgeable and happy. She is excited to go to nursery and has established bonds with her peers and the

staff. She has learned how to make new friendships and grow as part of a group. I can't thank the staff of minibus Ovenden enough for the care and attention they have given, and continue to give to my daughter. I could recommend this nursery enough! 5-star care, 5-star staff, 5 star establishment.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Minibugs for almost a year now since she was 8 months old, and her speech and development have come on so fast. She absolutely loves going to nursery, and each of the team has made the effort to know her by name. She is learning baby signs outside of the nursery, and the staff

have gone above and beyond to make sure they can understand and communicate with her in this way. She comes home each time having done a variety of activities and is always so pleased to chat about her day. We're so pleased that she's very happy here.
