Overall Experience

My son has been at Springburn 3 years now and is in his final few months. Springburn is nothing short of fantastic. I am so glad we moved to a local Village and found Springburn i wouldn't have my son anywhere else. The staff team are amazing and the relationships they build with the children are great.

The management team again are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble for them. As a first time mum i was anxious and sometimes still am and they always answer any questions I have. The nursery its self is beautiful and well kept clean and tidy, lots for the children to do for the children and they are always looking at how to improve. The current "acting manager" has been acting for nearly a year now and is a phenomenal manager and I'm looking forward to her getting the post on a permanent basis. They are very flexible and accommodating. The nursery feels like a home from home and I will always recommend to friends/family to send there littles ones here. Thank you.

Teepee Nursery is fantastic and worth every penny. Our child settled in quickly due to the care and attention she received from the lovely staff. The environment is carefully crafted to foster curiosity and is well-supplied with equipment and toys. We particularly enjoy when it is our child's focus

week and the environment is tailored to suit her particular areas of interest - the staff even created a coffee shop role-play area with her name on it! We receive regular updates and photographs which keep us in the loop and can see nap times and food eaten each day on the app. An absolutely brilliant nursery - a big thank you to the Teepee team!

My daughter has been at Little Monkey's Nursery for three years and she absolutely loves it there! The staff are nurturing and caring, providing a fun environment for our daughter to grow in. The nursery has a great menu for the children, they offer a variety of nutritious meals and snacks. All of the

rooms in the nursery are set up in an appropriate way for all the different age ranges to play in safely with a variety of activities for them to do. The outdoor space is spacious, enclosed and well-equipped. The management is brilliant and supportive.

Overall Experience

The carers at the nursery are fantastic. My child has built such a bond at every stage. I have always felt the carers love what they do and enjoy caring for children. The facilities are great, the children have plenty of space and a play area inside. They have varied activities, including crafts, songs,

French, playball etc. We really think our children learn so much. The outdoor facilities are also great and really well maintained. The catering is very popular, the variety of the menu is fantastic. I really like that the chefs are involved in some of the baking activities and the children really enjoy that. The management of the nursery is very attentive and supportive, they are an extremely reliable and capable team. They're always available to speak to parents and try their best to accommodate requests. Communication is great, we are kept well informed in the app and via newsletters. We absolutely love this place, such an important place for our children and building their foundation.

Overall we are very happy with Teepee. Our son has been going there for coming up to a year now, and he is loving it. He settled really well, all of the staff in the preschool room were very understanding and patient with him during his settling period and thereafter. He's made so many friends and has

developed so much in this one year. We are just about to send our daughter to Teepee as well because we are so comfortable and happy with the experience

Overall Experience

My youngest is at Teepee Day Nursery after our first attended before going to school. My daughter is thriving at Teepee and our son was well prepared for school. The facilities are second to none and the skills they are taught are beyond expectations. Our son has a diagnosis and was a learning curve

for all but the nursery is such an inclusive environment with the entire team learning makaton so they could communicate with our child and help other children with their early communication too. With support sourced by the nursery and the professionals the team were incredible and I would highly recommend Teepee to any other parents who may have a child with a diagnosis and complex needs as they are incredibly accommodating. My son was truly ready to start school and I believe that the team played a huge part in providing him with the skills to be prepared for that next step. Teepee is a true family nursery and I trust them fully to provide the utmost care and attention to my children.

I love hearing about what my granddaughter gets up to. She has been there since 6 months old and is currently in the Preschool Log Cabin. She loves arts and crafts and enjoys the large garden space that is on offer. The staff are really caring and can not do enough for my granddaughter. I know she loves

the home-cooked meals made by the nursery chef and cook. I often hear about the cooking she has been doing with them. The range of activities and learning opportunities for my granddaughter are amazing.

Both my husband and I have to work full time and couldn't do it without the support and nurturing environment that is Little Monkeys Windsor Park! Over the last 5 years for both our children we have had brilliant care and now with our youngest in preschool superb care and attention. Our son has a speech

delay and the SEN support has been first-class! A personal thank you to the Nursery Manager, no ask is too much and she always puts the children first, she has gone above and beyond in supporting both children and parents! I would thoroughly recommend Little Monkeys Windsor Park to all parents looking for a kind, nurturing environment that go above and beyond for the children and parents! And after our 6 years of nursery schooling, we shall miss Little Monkeys when that time comes but luckily not for another year!

Excellent nursery. Our two girls have loved it here. Good facilities, a garden and wonderful staff. We have experienced the baby, toddler and preschool rooms and all three are great. Our older one has gone to school now and still talks about preschool and our younger one loves her days there.

My granddaughter has been going to Little Monkeys since she was 6 months old. It is wonderful to see and hear all the fun things she gets up to via my daughter's app she has.
I love the large outdoor space the nursery has. The staff team are also very caring and helpful. My granddaughter loves the

homemade meals that the chef and cook make.
I just think that it's such a lovely place for my granddaughter to go to.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been with Little Monkeys Windsor Park for 3 years, full time, every working day of the week, starting with the baby room, toddler room and then pre-school group. In all of these 3 years, she has enjoyed her time at the nursery. The staff have been amazing: caring and kind, teaching

her a lot of things, they have complemented beautifully the education we gave her at home.
She had a close relationship with all the ladies in all of the rooms.
The rooms are brilliant, lots of things to do and play with. The garden is huge, giving the kids a lot of freedom to explore and spend their energy.
The nursery always has great themes, they celebrate a lot of lovely events, all for the kids to benefit from a well-rounded knowledge.
We, as parents, are more than proud of the nursery's staff and facilities. Great investment in our daughter's future.
Thank you again for all your hard work. It has been an amazing 3 years.

Wow! It is going to be a very hard day when my daughter leaves Little Monkey's, Windsor. Being a parent to a Special Educational Needs child, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing how invested the staff are in her development every day. They're super good listeners and have really made an effort

to understand my daughter's needs and how best she learns. They communicate effectively and update us thoroughly during handover, always shares the same enjoyment in wins as we do her parents. Nothing is ever too much for the staff at Little Monkey's, they are warm, welcoming and fun!

I have to say that the nursery is just outstanding. My child settled in with no issues, having tried two different nurseries before. All of the staff are amazing, always smiling in the morning, and they are happy to take my child so I can rush off to work. Many of our friends mentioned, before we decided

on Teepee, that it is quite costly, but I can understand why. The facilities, the care and attention, the activities they do, and the trained staff are absolutely worth paying for. They really know what they are doing and how to handle each child's personality. In just 2 months, it's so visible how much my child has improved in the way she talks, eats, and behaves. Absolutely recommended, and I don't think I can say a bad thing about the nursery - and we are quite critical!

Overall Experience

I have always found all of the staff to be courteous, professional and very welcoming when collecting my granddaughter. She is very happy and loves being there. Any concerns are always addressed and dealt with in a timely manner.
It has a lovely, happy and fun atmosphere. There are strict safety protocols

in place for dropping off and collecting (key fobs & individual codes/ signing in and out) - which reassures me that it is a safe environment for her to be in.

Fantastic facilities and an outstanding manager. Communicates very well and goes above and beyond. Sometimes I collect my niece and I'm always greeted by lovely staff who always let me know about her day and any wow things she has done. I don't have children of my own but if I did I would definitely

recommend this nursery. The chickens are a lovely touch, they are well-loved by my niece and we enjoy eating the fresh eggs which are sometimes available on pick up!

From the moment we enrolled our little one, it was clear that this nursery was something special. Teepee provides an incredibly nurturing and supportive environment that has allowed our child to flourish in ways we never imagined. The staff's dedication and genuine care for each child are evident in

everything they do. They take the time to understand each child's unique needs and tailor their approach accordingly. The outdoor play area is safe and well-maintained, offering plenty of opportunities for children to explore and play. When making the decision to put my son in nursery, there were multiple nurseries we had looked at. Being first time parents it was a huge commitment to make and ensuring that my child progressed well and was happy when not being with mum and dad. From the initial interactions and settling in days I

could see that my child instantly enjoyed his time there. The staff are fantastic and have built a bond with my son which is incredible to see as he usually only wants to stay with mama so for him to be left with staff for over 8 hours and see him smiling in the photos that are sent through is really comforting to see that he is being looked after so well. My child has been at the nursery for approximately 9 months and the progression he has had in that time is incredible. The staff have a clear understanding on how to deal with my child and how to help him develop physically and vocally. I am so happy that Teepee is the nursery that we had picked as the staff are fantastic.
