Overall Experience

Both my 2 children have been/go to the Lighthouse. They have both loved it, and have always run straight in. The communication is good with daily handovers at the end of the day and slightly more in depth 3 monthly parent meeting. They also good at work collaboratively with you for any problems which

may arise. We used cloth nappies and they were happy to use them. I would recommend them to others as we've had such a good experience and it continues.

Overall Experience

My son has been at the nursery for 3 years now. All the staff have been great since day one. They are professional, supportive and they genuinely care for all the children. There are always plenty of activities as well as a variety. They enjoy the outdoor space come rain or shine which is great. My

son's transition from room to room has been smooth with the support of all staff. I would recommend the Lighthouse nursery to any parent who wants to see their child thrive in a friendly and fun environment.

Overall Experience

Our eldest daughter spent 3 years at The Lighthouse and our son is now in the Cubs room. We are so grateful to the team at The Lighthouse for creating such a caring, creative and supportive environment. Both our children love their time at the nursery and the staff are so supportive with any questions

we have. The lady greets our youngest every morning with the biggest smile, the team in the Cubs room is so patient and playful with him and overall I just can't speak highly enough about the staff and the care throughout. The building itself is also lovely, with lots of natural light and a big garden for playtime.

Overall Experience

We have been using The Lighthouse Nursery for our childcare provision since 2019 for both of our children. The nursery provides a loving and safe environment for children and you can tell that all the staff at the nursery genuinely enjoy working with children and have a real interest in their development.

I know that when I drop my daughter off in the morning she is very happy to go in and I know she will have a fun full day of activities that she enjoys. The staff really get to know the children as individuals and it's really lovely to hear how they are getting at the end of the day. They are like a family to the children and most of the staff have seen my children grow and move up from the baby rooms all the way to pre-school. It's really the staff that make all the difference to their day and how comfortable the children feel. The folders of their pictures and development milestones are really helpful in seeing what they do day to day and lovely keepsake for us as parents.

Overall Experience

My child has attended The Lighthouse Day Nursery since he turned 1. The team in cubs (youngest room) are fantastic. They were brilliant at helping the transition from home to nursery and were so caring and wonderful with my son. The food at The Lighthouse is great thanks to staff and I really value

that the food comes from Sainsbury's and is prepared on site. All the staff are friendly and professional and have been a pleasure to communicate with for the last 3 years. I hope the family atmosphere continues under the new management.

Tree Tops Montessori Nursery is an outstanding place. My child is very happy there. He settled quickly and learnt heaps since joining. The management is keen for staff to get training to support my child. The food is excellent and my child now eats better at home too. He developed new skills and habits

since joining, his speech is coming along too. Excellent nursery with loving staff.

Overall Experience

We feel so lucky to be part of The Lighthouse Day Care Nursery family. All the staff are professional, caring, fun and diligent. We like the lighthouse because it is small and everyone knows each other. The chef is wonderful and the menu is varied and healthy. When we collect our son each evening. The

staff take time to talk through his day, We feel like the lighthouse is a home from home. Our son is happy and well cared for which is all we could ask for.

Overall Experience

Tree Tops is a lovely nursery and I always know my child will be looked after. I have always found the lack of updates on the app slightly disappointing and I would like to know more about what they do during the day. What she likes to play with, or what she's not interested in etc.

Overall Experience

The Lighthouse is a fantastic nursery that our daughter loves attending. The whole team take a great interest in every child and their personality even for the children they're not directly responsible for. The best thing about the nursery is the team. They work together really well and every individual

is energetic, passionate and shows such love and care towards our daughter. The nursery is proactive in encouraging our daughter's learning and development. They keep detailed logs and pictures of her growing skills and create an environment that encourages her to try new things. This is complemented by regular open mornings where it's clear the team know our daughter inside out. The food is high quality, nutritious and made on-site, the nursery communicate well and are responsive, they have a great building and good outdoor area to play. We feared some of the magic would be lost with the change of ownership but we couldn't be happier with The Lighthouse.

Overall Experience

My four-year-old daughter has been at Treetops since she was a baby, and we have had an excellent experience throughout that time. The staff are caring, supportive, professional, and especially skilled at tailoring their provision for individual children. The Montessori approach makes learning fun and

stimulating, and there is a genuine interest in ensuring that the activities complement what the children are involved in outside of the nursery. I highly recommend Treetops and feel very privileged that my daughter has been able to attend- and thrive in this setting.

Overall Experience

My son attends the Preschool at Treetops Nursery and loves going in! He has been with Treetops since he was one and has progressed through the baby and toddler room and into preschool. I also sent my other son to the preschool before he moved into school, and he loved it and flourished very well.
The

nursery has friendly and competent staff. It is smaller than most nurseries, which means it feels more like a small family than a huge nursery with hundreds of children. This was important to us when we moved our first child to Treetops from a childminder setting.
The menu is very good, and my son very much enjoys his food at the nursery. They have a guitar man who comes once a week, whom both my sons have adored. Often, they will come home singing the Beatles.
This year, they held their first Christmas concert in quite a while and hosted a lovely Christmas Party for the children with an external party company coming in; even Santa came too!

Overall Experience

We have two children at Treetops (different ages) and, as a result, have experience in each of the separate areas of the nursery (babies, toddlers and pre-school). We've been so pleased with the care for our children throughout the nursery. One of our children needs a bit of extra care, and the team

has gone above and beyond to help them. Treetops is also really well administered and managed with frequent and useful communications. Overall, we couldn't be happier to have our children cared for by the Treetops team.

Overall Experience

We have two children who attend Treetops (one in the baby room and one in pre-school) and are really happy. It is a lovely nursery and exceptional learning environment, where both children have thrived. The manager and her team are considerate and completely dedicated to the children and I cannot fault

the quality of care. It is a calm and safe learning environment. My preschooler loves the freedom to explore and express herself and engages in a range of play inside and outside. The Montessori environment is ideal for her curious and busy personality and she has developed meaningful friendships and excellent relationships with the staff. The staff work hard to encourage independent learning and life skills and are always polite and friendly. They have been particularly good with potty training and the challenges that come with that. The food is excellent and the children eat a healthy and varied diet.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My son has a speech delay and the teachers have worked so hard with him and communicated with me throughout. They are caring and kind. My son often tells me about the kind teachers and tasty dinners. They have a huge range of learning toys for the children. My son comes

home happy with lots of pictures and arts and crafts. The staff are approachable and are always happy to discuss any worries I’ve had about my son's progress. I can’t recommend this nursery enough. They go above and beyond each and every day.
