We are so thrilled with First Friends Day Nursery - Wootey. Our little boy settled in within a couple of weeks with the support of the wonderful staff and now comes home chatting about what a great day he's had. All of the staff are friendly, professional and caring, they communicate well with us, and
we have great confidence in them and their care of our son.
We love the range of activities that our little one gets to take part in and the way that his capability and independence are encouraged. He's learning new skills, and things we're working on at home are encouraged at nursery too. As a bonus, after a year of refusing to nap with his childminder, he's now getting decent naps every nursery day and coming home happy and well-rested.

Everyone who works here are amazing, they always go above and beyond and listen to anything you have to say. They do great work with the kids, including mine, could not thank them enough. Best decision I ever made was choosing this nursery and pre-school for my kids. Clean, friendly and inviting environment,
the kids have come leaps and bounds since attending here.

My son started at the First Friends Day Nursery - Eastleigh earlier this year and we already love it. The staff are amazing and show they really care. I have recommended this nursery a few times already because I love the size of it and love the fact the manager doesn't just know the children by name
but she also knows their individual interests. The tight niche of this nursery is what sold it for me. Two staff members in particular are amazing in the nest and my son has settled so well with them both. We also love to see another staff member some mornings. I used to work in childcare myself but this nursery feels so homely and we're always welcomed with kindness. I highly recommend First Friends Eastleigh. Thank you all for making this transition effortless.

As a first time father, I dreaded the day sending my son off to nursery. From the very first visit to the latest pick up, I have always found the staff genuine and sincere, no matter who comes out to greet me. You always hear horror stories and just the bad things that supposedly go on at nurseries,
but the overall feeling is my son is safe and well looked after. What has been most pleasing is how well they describe his day and they really make time for conversation for any concerns I may have without shutting me down.

My daughter has been attending First Friends Nursery (Eastleigh) for almost 4 months now, and we've had a wonderful experience. The staff are nurturing, professional, and create a warm, supportive environment. The learning activities are engaging and have helped my daughter grow socially and academically.

The staff have invested so much time and care into getting her settled and I'm so pleased that she's now loving life at nursery. She is even taking it upon herself to help the newer babies to
settle, she's clearly learnt from the best. As someone who works in Early Years it is clear to see that the staff are the perfect mix of personable and professional and they clearly take time to reflect on the children's progress in the areas that matter the most. I love the way they chat to me on pick up showing a genuine enthusiasm for the day they have had with the babies a testament to how good they are!

First Friends Nursery has been a fantastic choice for our child. The staff truly do care for the needs of each child. We get regular updates about our child's development and what they have been up to. Our child very much looks forward to nursery and gets excited about going which in itself speaks volumes. I

First friend nursery is a happy place for my children. They always look forward to each day at school. They are always happy when they get back home. Always have something to say about how their day went. The songs they sang, what they were taught and about how they played with their friends. My daughter
talks about how she made her auntie's hair, this makes me laugh always. My son talks about his aunty cuddling him whenever he feels sleepy and how she feeds him whenever he wants to eat. He talks about how his aunty help him change his nappies as well. They also talk about the snacks they give to them and how they love it and wants me to get it for them. I am very happy that my children are in safe hands and well looked after. Well done to the entire team. Much love from my family to the team.

I honestly don't think I could put it into words just how happy we are with First Friends Alton. Each person has been incredible in the care of my little one, such a personable experience and I've seen him go from strength to strength since being there. Really pleased with how my son has settled in at nursery and we have really noticed a difference in how he has developed with speech and gross motor skills since he started back in September. All the staff are really supportive and keep us regularly updated on all developments. Also love that all staff
know the names of all the children as it gives off a real personal touch and investment into all the children who attend.

My daughters have both thrived during their time here. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and dedicated to the well-being and development of each child. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that has allowed my daughters to feel safe, comfortable, and eager to learn.
The curriculum is
thoughtfully designed to stimulate cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth. They facilitate a wide range of engaging activities, including, creative arts, imaginative play and outdoor exploration. This well-rounded approach has fostered their curiosity, problem-solving skills, and overall confidence.
I am particularly impressed by the individualised attention and support provided to each child. The staff are skilled at identifying and catering to the unique needs and learning styles of the children, ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to thrive.
