Awful! I put my baby in nursery, when I came to collect, she was in a room full of other babies who were crying, clearly distressed, led on a matt on the floor staring at the ceiling, she saw me and burst out crying. I left with her very upset because she is my baby, she was very unsettled for the rest

of the day. I decided to remove her from the nursery and was informed I would have to pay 3 months of fees. When I asked to pause the payment until the matter had been investigated, the manager told me she would send the bailiffs to my house. She spoke in an unprofessional manner, showing threatening behaviour. I contacted the senior manager and conveniently the footage from the cameras had been deleted, bearing in mind this was only a month later. Do not trust your baby in this setting.

Overall Experience

Both my children attend this nursery. Knowing that they are both well cared for and have plenty of activities planned for them during the day makes it so much easier to drop them off each day for work. All the staff are incredibly friendly and all have the children's interest at heart. My little girl

has been coming here since she was 8 months old and in the baby room. She is now 3 in the preschool room and I have never had any issues. She has come on so well over the past few years and learns so much at nursery. My little boy started when he was 8 months old and is now 18 months old and he is coming on so well in the baby room.

Overall Experience

The Little Sparks family are all so friendly and welcoming! They have taken such good care of my little boy over the last few years! Overall Experience

My daughter has attended Little Sparks for 10 months now and has absolutely thrived in that time. She loves attending nursery, playing with her friends and taking part in activities. Staff are very caring and have a good understanding of her learning and development. The nursery is very good at making

me feel involved in her nursery experience through daily updates, photos, stay and play, parents' evenings and conversations during drop off and pick up time. There are always lots of different activities, outside playtime and occasional trips out of nursery providing a good range of experiences. I am also very happy with the meals she receives at nursery being nutritional and providing choices to help her feel independent.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending Conkers Day Nursery now for just under 12 months. At first, she was very shy, but going to nursery has really given her that confidence she needs. She loves the staff, and dropping her off I can see how much the staff enjoy looking after her. They are very attentive and

know everything she does and doesn't like. Her speech has come on so much from being at nursery and I believe that watching some of the older children has also helped with her development. Most importantly, she has learnt to play and share with other children and it's great to see this in person when she's at home / away from nursery. The staff do a brilliant job and I'm sure that will continue.

Overall Experience

In the last 6 months, my child has come on in leaps and bounds. His speech has improved dramatically. His confidence and approach to all aspects of life have grown substantially.
The staff and nursery's efforts have to be commended. The love attention and time spent on our child are now clearly showing.

Overall Experience

My 2-year-old son has been at nursery for 6 weeks. The nursery has been extremely welcoming and supported his development. He now runs into nursery in the morning as he enjoys it so much. He has a great bond with his key worker and I couldn't ask for more.

This nursery is definitely one of the best in Clayton! With a home-from-home feel both my children have settled in so well and made to be part of the Little Sparks family. Overall Experience

I don’t know where to start; from our very first settling in session it was so clear that my daughter absolutely loved it here. She’s built the most beautiful bonds with the staff in the baby room and it’s made me feel so at ease. We’ve been here a month now, alongside another nursery, and based on

how enormously happy she is at Little Sparks we’ve been lucky enough to increase her days. The staff in the baby room have gone above and beyond not just for my child, but for us as parents too. The structured learning through play and the gentle and caring approach is everything you’d want from people caring for your child. There’s a therapeutic attention and you can feel it in the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this nursery enough to anyone. I have an app that I am updated with very regularly and it’s so nice to see her wanting to go to her workers when she’s dropped off.

My little boy has attended little sparks from being 11 months old (he is now almost 4) he adores the staff at nursery, always loves attending, eats delicious meals he often won't entertain at home (quite often seconds too) and falls asleep usually as soon as he gets through the door which to me shows

he has a jam-packed day playing and learning.
All of the staff at Little Sparks are friendly and approachable and will help with any problems in any way they can. I really can't recommend this nursery enough.

This is the first nursery my son has been to. I was quite scared to send my son to nursery because no one looks after him other than me and dad. But Little Sparks Nursery and Preschool have put my mind at ease. I’m glad I went with them, they treat my little boy amazing as the other children. Because

my son is a very fussy eater when he won’t eat what the other children eat they accommodate for him and go above and beyond for him. Definitely 5 stars

My daughter started here at 2 years old and is due to leave in July. I'll be so sad to see her leave, the whole team has been fantastic, she's made friends and has come on so much in all areas. The nursery is spread over three terraced houses and it really is like a home from home feel. The support

from the staff is always amazing and even if you have an issue they are always on hand to help. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience

Little Sparks does everything and more. They treat our child like their own, and they do base days around their likes and needs. My daughter went into the baby room shy and cautious and now she is a whirlwind of happiness! She took her first steps at the nursery she is learning words and dancing and

socialisation. The ladies not only have the children’s welfare at heart they take care of each other and do staff treats and appreciation and it’s a great example of showing how to treat each other. I can’t praise the place highly enough, if you are thinking about taking your child there don’t hesitate and sign them up, I can’t wait to see our daughter's further development with the Little Sparks family!
