Both of my girls have now moved through the rooms at Oldfield Road, starting in the baby room and leaving to start school.
They have thrived in such a nurturing environment and have had such lovely bonds with all of the staff that they have spent time with.
They come home with huge smiles, and I
know that I don’t ever need to worry as they are always safe. They have navigated allergies with ease, which is not an easy job! We would 100% recommend Oldfield Road to anyone looking for childcare!

This nursery is just magical!

Such a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff - you can see that they all genuinely love children and want them to enjoy their time at nursery. My daughter particularly loves the dance classes on a Monday - such a treat!

I really wouldn't hesitate recommending

this nursery, it's just fabulous.

Our boy is currently in the baby room. We love this nursery for him. The values of staff and management align very much with ours - exploratory play, promoting healthy mindsets around eating, and creating a safe “hygge” (cosy) space that feels like home for the children. They use an app to update us
on his naps/mealtimes and we get photos of him. This is invaluable to me. All essentials are provided by the nursery and food served comes from their local farm.

The nursery has been beyond accommodating as our son has potential food intolerances, meaning different meals and needing to be held and comforted more. I cannot thank the baby room staff enough for being so responsive to his needs.

There’s a focus on outdoor play, and whilst the outside space is not a planted garden, the nursery ensures there are trips to the local allotment and nearby green spaces.

Lovely warm and welcoming staff. A beautiful and unusual setting with lots to explore. Super eye-catching and interesting. The care my daughter receives is of a high standard. She loves her key worker. The manager is professional and very friendly. My daughter very much enjoys her sessions and looks
forward to attending each week. Overall highly recommended nursery!

If you’re looking for a small home away from home nursery this is definitely the place. All the staff are brilliant, kind and understanding and communication is excellent. All staff members are there if you need to have a talk especially the manager. Their ethos around their approach to learning is
brilliant too, very much child led in a safe and gentle way

I am so pleased to have found this delightful nursery for my daughter! The Power of Play has a truly homely feel, with so much thought put into every little detail of the spaces, all with the children’s comfort in mind. This is the only nursery that I was happy to send my daughter into!

Such a lovely setting, The Power of Play Nursery has a warm, cosy feel to it and the staff give exactly the same feel too, they are all so lovely and truly caring. My daughter has just moved here and on her second day she waved me off to work and already loves going. They do such lovely things here
too, like making salt dough, making snacks etc, the garden area is also fantastic. I'm so pleased I found this nursery setting.

My little boy has been at Neston Farm nursery since just after its opening in May 2021.
I can honestly say he has thrived at this nursery; the outside space is like no other. The indoor facilities are fantastic and the food they are provided with is nutritious and has really helped expose my little
boy to different textures and flavours and he never fails to eat all of his provided meals. They also offer more if a child wants it which I think is great as he never comes home hungry.
The staff are lovely and although they've had quite a staff turnaround due to the actual struggle with finding staff post-pandemic, my little boy has bonded beautifully with everyone there and walks into the nursery happily and confidently.
Communication is great, we get daily videos of the activities which is a lovely touch, and any communications are put out via the app which is easy to use.
My son has enjoyed this nursery so much that Ive already signed up my currently unborn baby as well.

I have had a horrible experience with this nursery which has resulted in pulling my children out after 14 months with them after a safeguarding breach. I have also sent numerous emails about retrieving our children's property and paperwork which are being ignored. I have asked for a meeting with their
director which has also been ignored. I have reported them to Ofsted and am in the process of reporting them to the council.

Over the past year, we have seen our daughter develop and grow into a sparkly and confident little girl. The time spent at Oldfield Road Nursery has undoubtedly contributed to her development, and we can happily recommend the venue and hard-working staff to others.

We love Oldfield Road Nursery. Our daughter feels so happy and supported by all the staff here. The setting is charming and homely, and the children are always exploring an array of equipment and materials. The outside space is fantastic, and regular trips out keep the children's imaginations running
wild! A brilliant setting for the early years.

I would thoroughly recommend this nursery. Our little girl has been there from the age of 9months to 14months. The staff all seem really lovely and they care for our babys needs individually even though she is part of a group. It feels like she has so much fun at nursery and the inside facilities and
garden are wonderful. Nursery are really inventive with their activities and outings - for example she has met birds of prey and visited the fire station as well as regular visits to the park and local farm. There is a daily video of all of the babies and they update the app so you can know your baby is well when you are at work. I feel very grateful that she has a place there.

When I first viewed Oldfield Road Nursery as a potential nursery for my son, I instantly knew it was the one! A very warm welcome and I loved the different areas of the rooms, so much for them to do from reading books to the sensory room and I knew the large garden with mud kitchen and animals would
be a hit!
My son started in the baby room and is now in one of the toddler rooms, all of the staff have been so caring, kind and all so well-liked by all of the children that go there. My son asks to go to nursery most days and loves seeing his friends.
We feel totally at ease with sending him there and I feel relaxed in the knowledge that he is in safe hands and most importantly having fun!

The nursery building itself is beautiful, it feels like I am leaving my little boy in someone’s home. I viewed various nurseries in the area and knew as soon as I stepped through the door that he would love it. The office staff are friendly and welcoming, they know each child by name and make it extremely
easy for both me and him to leave. The key workers are equally friendly and have genuine care for the children they look after. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for someone with a personal touch.

Our daughter has been attending since September last year, the staff were amazing with settling her in they have made her feel so comfortable and she loves attending, I often have to drag her away at the end of the day. They are very efficient and prompt in answering any queries and very thorough with
feedback and hand over at the end of the day.
The facilities are excellent and they do lots of activities with the children at no extra cost such as ballet, Rugby Tots, yoga and educational trips out.
They are very passionate at what they do which means the children benefit greatly. We have noticed our daughter progress as she is very happy with her surroundings.
I like that they have a chef on site cooking nutritious meals with organic produce our daughter comments on the meals and ears really well.
I can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter (19 months), has settled so well into the setting and can't wait to go! All the staff are friendly, approachable, kind and caring. They offer a wide range of activities including baby ballet, visiting the local care home, baby yoga and more.

All my questions (I had a lot!) were answered

promptly and efficiently. The transition of settling in was excellent and I feel the staff really took the time to get to know my child. She is always happy when I arrive to collect her and I have to persuade her to come home as she doesn't want to leave! Returning to work has been made so much easier knowing she is having a great time and is surrounded by loving, nurturing staff.
