Overall Experience

When my son started to join the nursery in what I noticed completely new staff, except 1 or 2 staff were old. Within two weeks we experienced accusations, and false promises. The nursery claimed on the website that a high service and caring which was not true at all. The manager is extremely rude, and

arrogant, The Deputy manager owner's son is clueless. The nursery is dirty, and no safety is guaranteed in there. They seem to be using an app for communication but that is not true, false information, child hasn't even touched the food they claimed he had most of his food. The staff let the toddler go to the toilet by themselves. When there is an accident at the nursery they don't do anything but accuse kids parents. Managers don't even know the big difference between a fresh wound at nursery claiming it was an old bruise from home and accusing the mother done that to the child. Thanks to me I took a picture before my child went to nursery. Failed to show CCTV not even apology from nursery. Absolutely horrible place!

Safeguarding children is the most fundamental part of the responsibility for us and we feel confident that we carried out everything we could do correctly. 2. We did have a major staffing change. We are currently getting busier and we are taking on new staff. This is why you've seen new faces. All staff are given thorough training and are expected to be outstanding in their practice, this does take some time. 3. Our ratio management is higher than the Ofsted requirements, and we pride ourselves on a high standard of childcare. 4. We are always respectful as an inclusive practice and dispute that we were rude or disrespectful. We pride ourselves on our professionalism. We tried to support you and your family through our efforts and we have reviewed your complaint and do not feel that your concerns require further action.

Overall Experience

My daughter started Kingswood over a year ago and she is thriving! Her confidence, vocabulary, and social skills have improved over her time at the nursery. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional, and they have the ability to bring out the best in all the children that attend. The nursery setting

is clean, comfortable, and set up in a way to encourage the children to learn through play and activities. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and I would definitely recommend checking out the nursery if you have a little one.

Overall Experience

My child started at Kingswood Early Years nursery in January 2023. Looking for a nursery for our daughter was such a daunting time and nowhere we visited felt right for us, until we visited Kingswood Early Years Nursery.
Straight away we felt at home and at ease, we were introduced to all the staff

and shown around the whole nursery, this took our breath away. There was something for every child and you could see that this nursery manager had a huge heart by the amount of effort that had been put in to make this nursery like her own home. My daughter settled so quickly, that surprised us. The different variety of activities is amazing and the children really engage.
All the staff at Kingswood are so caring about their pupils. They do a lot of fun and educational activities with the children and I think their use of the app is a great tool to see how your child is getting on and also share with them activities from home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much.

Overall Experience

It’s an excellent nursery. My daughter has developed a lot in confidence after coming to nursery, the staff is excellent and extremely helpful in all ways. The staff put a lot of effort into the child’s learning, and development in all areas. The feel of the nursery is very friendly and safe of a child.

I would really recommend this nursery to all parents.

Overall Experience

My son attended this nursery (first child and first nursery) from the age of 14 months until 22 months. I cannot recommend Kingswood highly enough. The staff in the baby room is amazing, extremely caring, looking after the education and the behaviour of the child. The baby room is also spacious, clean

and tidy. Lots of activities every day and detailed handover to parents in a delicate phase of growth. There are cotbeds and the sleep routine is highly considered. The manager is a strong woman, her leadership is great and she has been listening and sorting out any issues efficiently for the time we were there. We left last May as we moved out of London but I have to say we left the nursery in tears as we had very good memories there. I would recommend to anyone in London in this area. Written by a demanding mum.

Overall Experience

Extremely pleased with both my kids attending. The level of care is exceptional. Teachers are genuinely invested in my children’s wellbeing and education. Each teacher has different qualities which bring an incredible balance to the environment. My kids ask to stay even when the nursery is closing!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been in this nursery daycare since she was 18 months old. Her personality has drastically changed and progressed since she attended this daycare. She absolutely loves it. She learns a lot, her communication skills are always improving and she is always learning. Her teachers/carers have

most often been great but a few have not been so which can make the experience for a parent not so ideal.
Nevertheless, my daughter has been very happy here.

Both my children attended Kingswood from the age of 9 months. from their very first day in the baby room, I knew my children would be looked after and cared for by an amazing group of people in a safe and secure environment making returning to work much easier. Kingswood has done wonders for their social

development along with their confidence. They have learnt so much over the years through the different activities provided and the environment created by the staff. When my son started primary school he was completely ready to make that transition thanks to the Kingswood staff. My daughter is now in the pre-school room and loves every day that she is there. A great nursery with friendly, caring. professional and knowledgable staff.

Overall Experience

My daughter joined the nursery in November 2014 and wasn't even talking properly. There she learnt English (not spoken at home). After a year, she has started communicating fluently in English. She has learnt a lot, for example how to behave with friends and public, how to eat decently, toilet trained

and has turned out into a fine little lady. My only regret is not having sent here there before. I never believed that a 3 year old child could read at that age and I am very surprised to see my child read her story books, not perfectly of course, but she manages to read a lot of words. Honestly, Kingswood Day Nursery is the best nursery so far.
